I walked into the store flustered because iv been running around all day!John in concierge greeted me with a huge smile and welcome!! Definitely wasnt expecting that!He walked me to where I needed to go and explained the care pass! Long story short John was AMAZING!!! He took the time and made me feel like I was important! This review is based on my experience with the older women at the clinic conceiege.i think her name was Annette.She was extremely rude and short with me when inquiring about getting a covid test and it was quite perplexing.When I informed her that I was not aware I needed an appointment, she rudely expressed that anywhere I go Im going to need an appointment as if my question was dumb. I will not be going back there.FYI. I was able to walk right into the valley shield for a test right away.

Good location, open 24 hrs! I came in late - had an emergency and needed to pickup some antibiotics, the pharmacist was really nice and helpful, no issues with my GoodRX, and the wait time was minimal!

After a year of good service, this location has not been ready with my prescription now 4 times in a row at their quoted time. Given the lines, it is a significant waste of time to queue up an hour after the promise time and have to come back again in another hour. As a physician, it is hard to recommend a business that runs in this way to my patients.Not to mention, this location almost lost a controlled substance prescription that I submitted that cannot be replaced. I have been forced to fire this location, as it has made too many of the same mistakes.

The facility looks newly refurbished, and the minute clinic was easy to make an appointment with. I shouldve instead went to an actual doctor whom for the same price wouldve been able to give me proper advice as well as testing. There is no testing at this facility besides usual TB, and Physicals. Do Not use the pharmacy. Even with the small army behind the counter and my prescription filled, I was still told come back in an hour. The whole reason I was getting it filled there was from the minute clinic doc whom told me to wait for the prescription because it was serious and I needed it that night. I had to go back the next day to see the time stamp on my medicine was earlier than when I left the previous day!

Been coming here for years and they always erase that I have SMI insurance from my profile even after I’ve told them that I shouldn’t have to tell people I’m SMI every time I come for my psych meds. I’m reporting this to mercy care. Time to switch pharmacies to people that care and know how to do their jobs.

I called this location and I was very happy with my initial service my the pharmacist. Then I was told I would be transferred to the med clinic to ask them and tell them what Ive been feeling with my symptoms. I never reached the medic clinic in the shop but a medical clinic hotline and she told me that she didnt know what I could do but go to a doctor or ER. I would have bee fine with that but she said we cant help you and was rude about everything I asked a question about. I understand you cant diagnose me. I was just asking about free covid tests. I seemed to have bothered her because she seems not to redthe minute clinic. Thanks recommend. It wouldnt let me change it

I recently switched to this pharmacy and wished I would have switched things over sooner. The pharmacy staff is extremely helpful. I have had multiple times where they have had to call the doctors office to sort something out and they are always happy to do so. I love that the pharmacy is opened 24/7 as well.

While the store itself is clean and well organized, and the checkout personnel at the front of the store are efficient and friendly, the pharmacy department is the absolute worst. I have been on hold to fill a monthly prescription that is supposed to be on auto refill and for some odd reason, they just decided nah, were not gonna do that this month. Absolute bellends at this location. Understaffed and undertrained, they really need to get their acts together.On the plus side, I got to hear about the COVID 19 vaccine every 15 seconds on the automated music response; even though employees at CVS cannot administer or schedule COVID 19 vaccines.Then stop advertising it!!!!

This CVS has the worst pharamacy I have ever dealt with. Back story, I am a type 1 diabetic so I am insulin dependent, meaning I need it to live. I have been attempting to pick up my prescription for a month.First, it was going to cost me almost $300. I asked why that is, the tech said I dont know. Next, I got a more helpful tech.. I wish I knew her name cause she was great. She told me it was because I needed a 90 day prescription for my insurance to cover the cost. Great! Call up my doctor, tell her this information and she sends it over. Well apparently not, CVS is now telling me I need a maximum dose, I use it as needed dependent on what I eat, my meal times, etc.. (for those of you who are diabetic I am sure you understand). I call my doctor again, they give me a maximum dose and send it back to the pharamacy.I am thinking everything is great and so I go to pick it up again, again they tell me oh its $280 dollars.. now Im mad, I ask them how this is possible if my doctor sent over the prescription THE PHARAMCY said would knock down my co-pay.. still no good answer. I got a lot of I dont knows and theres missing information at this time. So I call my doctor AGAIN, they tell me they sent the information and it should be filled. Lets jump to around 8 am this morning. I attempted to call this pharamcy FOUR times and each time, the phone hung up on me. That meant I was on hold with no answer for longer than 5 min give or take. I am not an impatient person, I dont mind being on hold as long as someone responds and tells me theyll get back to me. So instead of being on the phone, I decided to drive up there, luckily I was helped quickly by Jennifer (I was able to pick up my prescription this time) and I am grateful for that at least as she seemed to know what she was doing.To conclude, instead of saying I dont know, why not say oh ill find out. Also give people information about what youre looking for so we can go back to our doctors and give them the info.. some of us are not pharmacists and this world can be confusing. Lastly, ANSWER YOUR PHONES. Its so frustrating when you need a medication to live and the pharmacy decides they dont wanna pick up the phone. All in all, I have my insulin finally but jeez.. what an extremely frustrating month this has been. If youre gonna use this pharmacy, make sure you either get your prescriptions written and drop them off or deal with them in person cause theyll never answer the phone.

The WORST pharmacy in the valley!!! I’ve been coming to CVS for 15+ years it wasn’t until recently that they have gone completely downhill! They have given me somebody else’s prescription, they have filled the wrong pills into my bottle, and most recently LOST a prescription altogether! When I showed my Frustration for the runaround and complete lack of regard for the situation they put me in, Mallory told me she didn’t like my tone! What a joke! After they accused me of picking up the prescription,they then stated that the prescription was out of stock (like they had told me days prior) and then came back on the phone and told me that not only did I pick up the prescription but I had it mailed to my house?! None of this made sense when I brought it to her attention she got even more rude with me. Based on the way that this CVS employee treated me I’m hesitant to go into a CVS again! Beware and check your meds!!!

Horrible service in drive thru. Was calling and waited for 41mins then was hung up on while still waiting in drive thru. After approaching the service they then teamed up in defences against my claims instead of explaining or offering and apology. Not a good place for elderly or those in need of positive assistance.

CVS is always so helpful with medical stuff for the family. They are open 24hrs 7 days a week which is super convenient. Also the pharmacy staff is always helpful and considerate. Also the rewards program with all the coupons on either the whole store, or items I normally purchase. Then, the overnight staff are awesome. Very friendly, and always looking to help.Thank you guys so much.

She was forced by her insurance to move from Safeway to CVS and it has been the worst change ever! I am reporting this place!

This pharmacy is the absolute WORST! The young black girl working at the register was the rudest, most unhelpful employee! Didnt care to help me at all. She flat out REFUSED to look at my Good Rx card for my prescriptions. When I tried to show her she looked at me with a blank stare and said Well what price do you think it is? I told her to look at it because shed need the code and she proceeded to say No. You have insurance on file...how is that even possible?! Its not. Ive NEVER been to a CVS pharmacy and my insurance isnt even accepted there! Ended up paying full price and leaving, I was too sick to argue. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I made an appointment this morning because I have a fever, but no other covid systems. This time of year EVERY YEAR I usually get sick and I was hoping to catch it early. While I’m pulling into the parking lot someone who must not be qualified to do her job called me and diagnosed me with covid without even seeing me or asking me any other questions other than confirming that I have a fever. There are other illnesses other than covid. Also, since I made the appointment in the morning it might be helpful to call people 10 minutes before the appointment. It was an absolute joke. But I shouldn’t be shocked since CVS sends positive covid test results to people who don’t go to the appointment to get tested.

Service is always good. People are always nice. I never have problems they always text when my meds are ready. Or when I need to renew something. So I never have to go in except to pick up what I have ready the items I get they cant mail or I would never have to go in. Plus i love the sales.hope this helps.

Like many reviews have stated this pharmacy is abysmal. No one answers the phone unless it is midnight since they are 24 hours. They get prescriptions from the office but do not bwgin filling them until you make contact which is impossible because no one answers the phone!!! The whole group needs to be replaced or trained again. It is a joke.

The pharmacy tech working on for 4/30/18 @ 8pm is super human. She is a curly dark haired woman who was working her butt off so people can get their medicine. I think CVS needs to staff their Pharmacy better because I saw three white coats and one blue pair of scrubs and she was the only one who seemed like she was actually working. That woman deserves a raise and a more organized place to work. She is the only reason for the four stars.

I NEVER give out bad reviews but this is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to! Every single time Ive filled my 3 month script they mark off that they gave me 3 but would only put one month supply in my bag so if i would have not double checked i would have been screwed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but it had happened every single time since then, a total of 4 times. They need to be double checking there products before giving them out. Also, every time I call they are rude and condescending or straight up just dont even listen to you and go on talking & helping someone else. I am just at a loss for words at how horrible every interaction at this pharmacy has been. Please get your act together.

I wouldve given this review 2 stars, but bumped it up because I think the pharmacy is just way too busy and doesnt have enough people, so theyre doing the best they can. If youre waiting for a prescription in the store, they dont text, call or notify you that its ready. I waited an extra 20 minutes or so when I didnt have to - a simple text is an easy way to get around this. One of the workers copied my insurance card but never gave it back (I had to remind her she had it), only to see that she stuffed it in her pocket where it could have easily fallen out. I dont totally trust the people working there.

I don’t live in the area but my physician is in the area. I went to drop off my prescription and the pharmacist was the rudest, negative and unhelpful pharmacist I have dealt with in a long time. He needed to contact the office and I told him the name to ask for and he would not listen to me and completely “ignored” me. He then stated they are at lunch and “sorry I tried “ . He was rude and condescending and I will never step foot on they again!

I am prescribed a controlled substance that I need to be on to function in society, and this CVS made me feel like I was doing something wrong because I was just trying to get my prescription filled. Also, they don’t accept discounts for controlled substances. They have no right to talk down to people and decide whose medications are morally “good” or “bad.” My doctor helps me decide what’s best for me according to peer reviewed research and years of schooling and professional experience. There are much better CVS locations out there whose staff & management are actually respectful to their customers.

Dangerous place. Picked up prescriptions to find that they had added one. ??? It was an antibiotic.I am not on an antibiotic. They woman after me discovered that they gave her 4 yr old daughter the wrong meds as well! Frightening. Long pharmacy lines. Only one person working the register. Ive had stellar service through the drive through.... Inside the store its another matter. I waited 20 minutes standing with the other cattle 20 feet into an aisle. They texted I had 3 scripts ready. I get there, I had one ready, a second not filled yet and a blank stare for the 3rd. I showed the text. Got little reaction. She tells me to go sit and wait. So I did. They call my name 10 minutes later and she expected me to stand in the 20 foot line AGAIN! I told her I wasnt standing in line again. (45 minutes at CVS at this point) and stood in the drop off line of 1 person. She saw me standing there Looking unhappy and helped me after her current patient. That was kind of her but it should have been automatic. They need some management overhaul desperately.

This is the absolute worst CVS that Ive ever had the displeasure to have to do business with! God forbid you ever have to call them. You will be on hold forever. They are completely understaffed and have too many customers to service them effectively. Beware and if you can go to a different Pharmacy I would highly suggest that you do so! Terrible customer service. They used to be great. I have used them for over 12 years but now they have 20 minutes on hold over the phone. Always seem short staffed, out of stock and the management doesnt care. Sad to see it get so bad. Plus the drive through pharmacy pick up takes at least 45 minutes.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in modern history! 20 min on hold to see why a prescription that was called in 5 days ago isnt yet filled. Had to come down and wait another 15 min to find out they forgot to put it in. 5 hours later get a text its ready, its now 13 minutes in line with 3 cars ahead of me. Everytime I need to refill prescription there is an issue. I had to call the pharmacy three times today to hear that there was a problem, that the problem has been resolved and that the pharmacist is “working” on the prescription. My first call was at 8:30 am and I’m sitting in the driveway waiting with a toddler and a car full of groceries over twelve hours later for over 30 minutes and it’s still not finished. It’s worth it to go out of your way if you can pick your prescription up in a timely fashion. Had the pharmacy bothered to call as soon as there was an issue instead of waiting for me to show up this would not be so frustrating. Not impressed.

General Contractors and Service Companies BEWARE! TERRI, the manager of this CVS, will rip you off! We completed our work to the previously agreed upon terms, then when we went to submit our invoice and collect payment, he changed the terms that were agreed upon previously and would not pay unless we discounted the rate at which our work had already been done, and required us to do more! Just Saying, Be Sure, before you do any work for this manager, that you have a written and signed contract on the day that the services will be done! Due to my experience here and how unreasonable he was, we will be moving our prescriptions to a different pharmacy and CVS as a whole has officially lost thousands of dollars a year of mine and my families business. Any business who employs him, especially as a manger, is saying something about their standard of customer service, which unfortunately is safe to say is well below what any reasonable business model would assume.

Dont fill from this pharmacy. The pharmacist (Jacqueline) didnt have 30 seconds to do a med reconciliation for me for a patient admitted to the hospital (Im an RN - its important that we get an accurate med history from the patients pharmacy so we can adjust medications as necessary). When I asked her to slow down she said she couldnt and that I would have to call back (Im taking care of four pretty sick patients, so thats very difficult for me to do- I call when I can). When I asked if someone else could do it, she was short and snapped that they were all busy. When I asked if she could fax a med rec she said Sure and left me on hold for 10 minutes and still holding. I will be putting in a formal complaint to management.

At the time of my visit the service and staff was friendly and courteous. Atmosphere was clean and organized. I went to buy cat litter, and had no trouble finding within second. On a added note as a person with disabilities PTSD and hypervigilance is a symptom often displayed and often I get mistreated because people assume, the staff here does great each and everytime I come in, and I appreciate their positive and courteous attitude. Keep up the good work.

EVERY TIME they have to order a prescription in for me I get a call two days later saying it is missing from the order and it will take a few more days. This being the fourth time they called me with the same story Id say it is time for me to find a new pharmacy. I would highly recommend finding a pharmacy that can do their job the first time around.

CVS Pharmacy.... Now Im a pretty cool and calm dude. It takes a lot for me to get visibly frustrated and even more to get me verbally frustrated. I truly am an extremely patient person but this Pharmacy is what hell is like! I have got into verbal arguments with not only the staff but with that smug pharmacist that thinks he is some sort of holier than thou supreme human being and he has a severe superiority complex. Hes rude and he doesnt care! Horrible horrible place!! Avoid it at all costs!

Pharmacy puts patients at risk beware. This was the worst experience. The tech was rude and refused to talk to us after she realized that our script was not sent after she called the urgent care and they closed which left us without the ability to get medicine for our child. She told us she would let us know if there was a problem and after waiting a half hour we asked if it was ready and she just said it was never sent. When we asked about the lack of communication and why she didn’t tell us so we could call she just walked to the back of the pharmacy and refused to talk. The pharmacist said it was our fault and we were out of luck and walked away.

I would give them zero stars if that was a choice! My insurance now makes us use CVS & its been a month and I still havent gotten all my prescriptions refilled!!!Wait times are 20-30 minutes on the phone if they dont hang up on you. If you go inside its a good 15 minute wait. The drive thru is a good 20 minute wait. Im still on hold after being hung up on after 20 minutes.I feel sorry for the people that work there! They look like theyre super busy and could use more help!!! Come on CVS & get it together & hire the help thats desperately needed!!!

The drive thru is insane- 40 mins to take care of four cars - we were seen and processed faster at the urgent care. Our Rx was filled while we were still waiting for paperwork at the urgent care next door. Rx alert was received at 602pm and we finally exited the drive thru at 645pm. I called the actual store to complain, and was simply told everyone is picking up rx, we are busy- that is complete bull- my child went into the store to use the restroom and said ONE PERSON was at the actual pharmacy. Plus if they were that busy how did our 4 rxs get filled in record time? No manager on duty, just rude staff who really dont seem to understand that I can get rxs filled anywhere. This is not my usual drug store and not my usual urgent care. In this economy money talks and honestly- I dont need the headache, the hassle or the LONG WAIT. I expect better.

I will no longer go to any CVS because of the service I have received multiple times at this one.From standing in line for up to an hour with only a few people infront of me.To them strait up losing my scripts and not being able to get my medicine?They have even lost my filled scripts.Today takes the cake tho. They call me on the phone. A real person calls me. Says my scripts are ready. I litterally show up 15 minutes late. I wait in line for another hour. Only to have them tell me they cant find one of them? They all dance around acting like they are looking for it. Pulled into this store to grab some bread and there was a old woman with a child in a van with a flat tire. She had been in the parking lot for over an hour and no one had offered to help her. I asked if she needed help and she said yes please. I myself cannot change a tire so when I went into the store I asked for help for her. (She is from another country and drove up from Yuma. She didnt know you can ask for help) The manager on duty Chris, came out and changed that tire. He was so dirty, sweaty and hot. plus had to complete his shift still. He was very sweet and helpful and I am thankful that he was on duty and able to help that woman. I stuck around to make sure she got back on the road but that woman was crying she was so thankful her and her granddaughter could get back to Yuma....Thank You Chris, and Thank you CVS for having such great people working at your stores!!!!

Couponers beware! I made an honest mistake with some purex coupons and the guy at checkout asked if I still wanted to complete my transaction. Before I had a chance to switch the detergent I wanted, the second cashier rolled her eyes and said, no. She wants them for free! Which is not the case. While I do get some items for free, I had planned on paying for a portion of these detergents. The customer service reps should not be upset that some of us live paycheck to paycheck and have to save every dime we can, just to afford to live. I was not harming anyone, and I admitted to making a mistake. It was no big deal until she made it one. Rude!!

Not a fan of this cvs. The pharmacy is always busy and wait times are longer than expected. Also, the policy for controlled substances seems to be un-friendly to patients in need and often the staff turns patients away to other stores due to the lack of medications on hand.

Im a long time customer, filling prescriptions for 10 years here, their great ! Love the staff and customer service i recieve ! Yes there can be a long wait at times but it because they make sure you get the right medication and answer all your questions .

Not friendly or customer service oriented. Ex. Sitting in the drive-thru Im looked at by three different employees (including the pharmacist) and none acknowledge Im there. Figuring they were busy and would get to me shortly I wait for 5 mins then push the button for service. Had I known I truly had to push the button for service even after 3 employees looked at me I wouldve pushed it when I pulled up. Lesson learned. After this, the person helping me had to use a telephone handset that she couldnt keep in front of her mouth for me to clearly hear her so I had to keep asking what she said as Im leaning half-way out of my vehicle to get closer to the speaker. If my insurance didnt require me to get my Rx at CVS I wouldnt go here.

Its a drug store but Over-the-counter drugs are not always priced as low as other discount stores. With proper insurance you can still get low copays here and avoid the Hugh crowded box stores.

I have been going to the pharmacy for the last 3 years and the last year or so their customer service has gone down considerably (with the exception of one of the pharmacy technicians). It seems that every time I bring in a prescription they have some sort of issue getting it in or whereas before I could sit and wait for it and theyd have it ready for me within an hour. Now it seems as though it takes at least a day or two. Having worked at a retail pharmacy before, I know the ins and outs and how stressful and busy it can be, but considering they have the same people working there they did 2 years ago I dont know what has changed. I have been given negative comments by the staff, made fun of, and even been outright accused of being a drug addict. As a person with a mental illness this is extremely offensive and furthers a stigmatism and label put on people like me. Rude, rude, rude. I highly recommend you find some place else.

This is the second time I went to pickup my prescription and it never got filled. The bad thing after waiting in a line of 4 cars in front of me they tell me I can wait 30 minutes for my prescription. They messed up it should have been stop everything and do my prescription not tell me come back in 30 minutes.

After many years as a customer, Im done with this company. Incompetent pharmacy techs are the reason. Of course you can find a customer in the system without their date of birth, they did it 2 weeks ago for the same elderly patient (my 84 yr old mom), but tonight I was told it could not be done. Not that they were not allowed to, but it could not be done. So Im done with CVS.
