This evening I visited the Cosmetics Company Store at Tanger Outlet, the first time. I was a little nervous cause I did not know if they carried my type of makeup for my skin ( I am Afro American woman). Nichol, the representative they explain in detail. What type of makeup to use and she was very very patient with me. I will recommend shopping there.... I got some many comments about my makeup.. Thank you. 💯💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️❤️😎😎😎😎😎

I had a terrible experience at this store! I’ve shopped here many times and the ladies in the store have been helpful, but the older-mature blonde woman was very cold towards me and was even like that with her employees. I’m not sure what her problem is but she should not be running the store as she does not seemed trained to be in a management position. I was shocked that she was the store manager. If you shop here you will definitely feel the tension she creates in the store. Avoid yourself a headache and do no shop here. I will not shop here anymore!!! The only way I would shop here again is if there was a new manager!

I was in the store on Sunday 5/23/2021 and there was a pregnant woman and a short Hispanic woman. Sorry couldn’t remember their names but they were very helpful and friendly. I normally don’t like to shop in this store because the store manager is rude and loud. Always following me around the store to a point where I can’t even shop comfortably. I always check to see if she there before I walk in there. Shopping at this store today was relaxing for once.Didn’t feel rushed or pressured and was treated respectfully.

I was in the store once. And the girl named Jessica provided me impeccable service by having a lot of patience with helping me. Will definitely come back for more stuff.

I visited the Cosmetic Company Store in Glendale, Arizona several weeks ago and since then, Ive returned 5 more times. The store manager, Nichol, provides impeccable service. She is not only very attentive to the needs of the customers, but she knows her products and inventory inside and out. My visits have been extremely pleasant every time and the store associates have even reached out to me personally to see if therewas anything further they could do for me. If you want to shop at a professional cosmetics store with high end cosmetics at very low prices, look no further than the Cosmetics Company Store in Glendale.

If I could post 0 stars I would. The store is wonderful I loved coming here. But my experience with the store manger was horrible. She was rude and would not help. I went by over the weekend and I saw her and asked for some help on finding a present for my wife she was cold and short. No help at all. When I finally saw another associate and asked if I could speak with a manager, she informed me she was management. I cannot believe she acted that way. I thought better of this company but as a manager of a different store I would not allow my employees to act in such a manner. Especially now when there is no job security. I hope you send her to some kind of customer service classes or she needs to find a new line of work. Great job to the other store associates for helping me find a present for my wife. She love her anniversary gift!

I love this store and their prices are unbeatable! I recommend this company to all of my friends. The only reason I give it three stars though is because the last couple of times I’ve been there two of the staff members were laughing obnoxiously/ talking so loudly to one another the entire time. They didn’t seem to care about who was around them.

I was in over the weekend I had the pleasure to meet two amazing girls Jessica and Becky they are so much fun.Had such a great experience with these girls:) Thank you ladies for showing me all the great things I bought. My husband would disagree LOL!!!

I love this store! So clean and a VERY friendly manager came to greet me right away! I can tell she was super genuine with the tone of her voice and the smile in her eyes!! I’ve worked in customer service for many years, and I know a good service worker when I see one!! Nickol helped me with all of my questions and concerns, came up with great recommendations for products, and was very Knowledgeable about her products!!!!!! And with the way she does her makeup for work, I can tell she knows her stuff! I just want to personally say ThankYou Nickol for your great friendly service, and Thankyou for taking the time to listen! I LOVE what I bought and will be definitely shopping with you guys again, and will be asking for Nickol next time!!!! Thanks!!

Me and my wife were in the store over the weekend. There was an older lady with short blonde hair working there at the time. We asked for her assistance and she was so rude to us. We also noticed that she was acting in the same manner to other customers. She made us feel as if we didn’t belong in the store. We have shopped there before and never had any issues with the other staff there. Maybe she’s new because I have never seen her before. I just think she needs to be trained properly because in times like now the retail industry isn’t doing so well and there is a lot of competition out there especially in online ordering. Because of that situation I will not be shopping there any longer and I will let others know.

The lady that works there helped my daughter a lot especially when we explained to her about her dry skin and breakout. We left happy especially my daughter.

Store was clean. However, we were in for 10 minutes and neither of the 2 associates spoke to my mother, grandmother, or I until my mom asked for a price check at the registers.The price check consisted of the associate walking back to the wall where the product was and was searching for the item with the tagged price - as if my mother didnt do that already.Retail professionals know that retail is a dying space - only if you allow it to be. Customer service is the one thing I would expect when walking into a brick-and-mortar store.
