Kylie did an incredible job with my 30 minute facial! My skin is glowing still today and feels so much softer & smoother. Highly recommend going to see her! I got the oxygen facial and in 30 min she cleansed, got rid of some clogged pores on my nose & chin, infused my skin with oxygen & antioxidants, masked & moisturized.

I had Ava do full highlights in my hair today and she did an amazing job! I am very happy when I set the appointment she was chosen for me! Im so happy with her and I definitely found my new cosmetologist!!

Went in looking for make-up for my upcoming wedding. I havent bought makeup in years so I was a little lost. I wasnt greeted or asked by anyone if I needed help. However I found an associate (her name was Megan) and asked her to help me and she was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and didnt try to upsell me. She gave great recommendations and I was able to get what I needed. The only reason Im not giving a higher review is because I had to actively find an associate to help me because the first ones I came across just walked right past me. But thank you again Megan for your help! You deserve a raise :)

First time visiting Ulta. As an Black woman, it can be challenging to find makeup that matches your skintone. I decided to go to the one in Glendale, inside of Bayshore mall. I was NEVER acknowledged. I walked around for a bit, as employees passed by me, not speaking and doing their own thing. I was very turned off. Some lady with green hair, with a halter top, with no bra, literally, restocked items, next to me. Never saying a word. I had to say Hey, can someone assist me since I have yet to be acknowledged. Thats when they all pretended to care after what was said. Long story short. An Asian lady in another area helped me, by the name of Marva, or Martha I didnt quite get her name. But, I know it started with a M. She was very pleased and helpful. However, I decided to not purchase any products from this location, due to the treatment. I would rather visit a location, where ALL customers are acknowledged and feel welcomed.

I had an appointment at the Bayshore Ulta salon to get my hair styled with extensions. My hair was done by Claire and she did amazing!! The extensions were placed in so well and they did not show at all and stayed in place for the whole 8 hours that I had them in for. I was very very pleased with the work she had done and will continue to get my hair done here and by Claire!!!

*Sigh,* I was racially profiled while shopping at Ulta Beauty-Bayshore today! The experience has left me saddened, and concerned. My skin tone is of a darker hue than most African American Women, So I am profiled often. As I have made excuses for a plethora of companies; the experience here I cannot ignore. Decided to visit the store quickly for an eyeliner. Once I headed to the rear of the store the Manager asked me if I needed help with anything, as she looked at me from head to toe. I am always dressed business casual everyday of the week to avoid being profiled. She then goes on to tell me how, A serial shoplifter was recently caught stealing and arrested. I replied to her in agreement that, the store made the best judgement call. As a corporate professional in retail myself, the Manager was unprofessional in sharing that information about LP matters at their store. I was followed down each isle. (Lord). At the point of transaction I was assisted by a really nice young woman.. Who attempted to ease the tension. I cant change how dark-toned I am. It sucks people go out of their way to remind me I am not welcome.At this point, Im staying inside.. I will order beauty products online. I would not recommend this location to any Woman of color. Sigh.

Very unprofessional business. Made an appointment and got a call a few hours later telling me they had to cancel on me. They claimed it was because the appointment before me was going to take longer due to the other customers error in scheduling an appointment. So instead of telling the other person to reschedule, they canceled on me instead. I let them know my frustrations because I dont get consistent days off so when I have a day to get appointments in its very hard and inconvenient for me to reschedule. The best they could do was reschedule ME for another day, rather than the customer that made an error in scheduling their appointment.

I saw Neena for a cut and full highlight- she did an amazing job. She was precise and took her time giving me exactly what I wanted! She was also extremely personable and kept great conversation throughout my appointment. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to book services at the salon! Thank you Neena!

I visited the Bayshore Ulta the other day, and the service was excellent. I needed help finding a product for a silk press, and the staff person helping me(she looked like Kendall Jenner)inquired with the lady in the salon area about where that product might be. They were able to locate the exact product that I needed and I was able to get it in travel size to try out. Ill definitely be returning.Thank you and stay awesome!

I always have a great experience at this Ulta beauty location, the staff is really helpful and friendly. I recently went to the salon located inside and had a hair service done by Claire, she is the sweetest!! So great at what she does!! She did a balayage hair color on my hair and brought my brassy, uneven colored hair back to life!! Definitely recommend her if you’re looking to get a fun new color and hair cut!!

Love this place (probably way too much)! The sales people are always very knowledgeable and helpful, and I love that the store offers cruelty free and clean options for skincare, hair care, nail care and makeup. I also appreciate the amount of travel sized products they have, making beauty and self care on the go super easy.

In addition to this being such a fun place to indulge in all kinds of beauty products and services, Julia at the Bayshore Ulta Salon does AMAZING hair. She has a very, calming sweet and kind personality. Her utmost concern is for the health of her clients hair. She is ALWAYS positive and never over books.

I was reluctant to shop cosmetics during the pandemic (aside from the obvious health perspective), how do you know what colors to get)? The store felt super safe and Adrianna listened to all of my concerns (gave me all of the time and patience in the world), I felt confident in my purchase. The real test is trying it on the following day and I am happy to report that everything is a perfect match (even if it weren’t, Adrianna said I could come exchange)- I’m thankful I don’t need to exchange but even more blown away that she literally matched me perfectly (behind the mask and all/without opening any product)! We’re talking foundation and concealer, people- that’s serious skill! I will definitely be back to see Adrianna!And Kisha! Kisha has been a professional artist for years! These ladies will take such good care of you!

Have gone here a couple times when i couldn’t get in to my regular stylist. I was shocked by how much the prices have gone up for hair! It cost $200 plus tip for hair cut and partial highlights for my shorter hair. This is higher than some nice high end salons charge, I thought I would be saving a little money by going there but was wrong. The hairdresser was really nice and professional and did a good job but won’t be going back because of how much they charge, will be going back to my reg boutique salon.

Worst customer service near the billing. They are so careless and sarcastic. Went for a hair service and I had 500 points on my account. Initially the girl in the billing applied those points and gave a discount of 15$. I asked her to see if there were any point on my other account. Since it had no points on other account, I asked her to use my previous account. I don’t know what she messed up and finally she says they can not provide the discount. I asked them to talk to manager and manager is not even bothered and dint even show up. Employees have very bad attitude and tells me to cal to customer care in a negligent way. Trust the bad reviews. This is the worst Ulta place I have been. People are not at all bothered to hear your issue.

I was here for the salon. I had an appointment to get my hair cut, colored and highlighted. The salon is easy to find and the stylist was there and ready to go when I got there. Easy was very knowledgeable of the products she was using and what would help my hair most. I have an extremely dry scalp so she recommended the scalp treatment and a good line of products to help with that. Very pleased with my service.

Excellent salon, just went in for split ends and got a lot of useful tips for keeping my hair healthy. Somebody was there to help my partner get everything she needed, and to answer all her questions.

I get my brows done here by Megan, my super talented daughter 😊. She tidies them up for me and tints the ones that look older than the rest. She has recommended several other products and helped me find things that are helping me age gracefully. Seriously, you NEED to make an appointment with her!

Their store associates need to work together... A store associate helped me find a new primer after she listened to my needs. Later while still shopping another associate came over to help me find something else and let me know that I should not buy that primer because she did not like it. First why would someone contradict a fellow worker, next I didnt ask her to wear it, and finally no one asked her to buy it. That was not a helpful visit

I love this place. Theres a wide variety and if I ever need help with something, I am quickly guided to the product that I am looking for. The employees also have great knowledge and product suggestions. I was looking for a matching lip liner, and one of the women working there suggested clear lip liner. DUH! I shouldve gotten that, but it has revolutionized my life.The benefit brow bar is great. My brows are always done right. They can be a little heavy handed on the tinting. Just tell them to tone it down a little if thats your style.Ashley, who does my hair, is a god send. I came in with very bad looking hair a few months ago from something I had done at another salon. she made it totally better and brought my hair back to one shade.

The had everything I was looking for and then some. The actual product was a Ulta brand it was bit smaller compared to others brands. That was ok they were gifts, and they work well from what I am gathering. Thank you, Ulta and your welcome for new customers.

Worst and racist customer service. They accused me of stealing because Im Muslim wearing loose clothes (according to my beliefs). AND also, because Im pregnant. They told me that cameras recorded me putting things under my t-shirt. And asked me LOUDLY in front of all customers to take it out. When I told her I dont steal anything and thats my baby she said someone saw you then I told her I have nothing to hide. She DISRESPECTFULLY said after I paid collect your things and leave.

Everytime I come into this store minus one exception I am treated like it is assumed I know nothing and/or I am going to steal something. Every person I pass asks me if I have questions, not always in the friendliest way. Usually it seems fairly condescending. I went in looking for a lipstick today and really felt like the service I got was relaxed at best- felt like they thought I was wasting their time even though I was one of 5 people in the store. Frustrated with always leaving this store frustrated.

Cleanliness of the store is great but customer service is not. Every time I enter the store I NEVER get greeted or ask if I need any assistance until I make my way over to the prestige section and sometimes I still dont get asked. I come here quite often because of the location and do enjoy coming in but if this is the way customers are being treated, please rethink about retraining the staff for better customer service.

They offer other things like waxing and are reasonably in priced. Very friendly associates. I would go back.

I was in need of a intense touch up for my prom night. Keysha and Marvic helped me gratefully with my make up. It was very professional and very family friendly. I was in love with my look all throughout the night. I hope to get my makeup done by them again soon!

I was there to get my makeup done for my sons wedding. I was terribly disappointed and dissatisfied with the results and ended up having to redo my makeup before the ceremony. It was a terrible waste of money and time on one of the busiest days of my life. I would never recommend this place.

Had a great experience. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the staff (Nate, I believe) was SO nice and awesome. Very knowledgable. Definitely will shop here from now on.

If I had it may way, I would rate this place zero stars and 2 extra thumbs down. The associates seem to have a rude disposition and some of the items seemed to be slightly used. Im actually surprised that the store is still around given that the whole Bayshore Town Center is slowly becoming a ghost town. I would say buy at your own risk if you cant make it out to Sephora.

This is a review strictly on the hair services..... very disappointing, inept and dont know what the f,?!! They are doing with African Mercian textured hair. My regukar stylist couldnt fit me in so I went here. I see why there were openings. I asked for spiral curls when I first sat down and instead I have stick straight hair. Molly has a nasty attitude. While my stylist was nice she has no clue how to use a round brush for volume and smoothness. I really felt like getting up and leaving with my frizzy scarecrow hair ... never coming to the salon again and debating on. It coming for facials anymore. Very disappointed

Just got my hair colored and cut by Alexa. I will not be going back nor will I be recommending her to anyone. The services are extremely over priced- $60 for a one inch trim. And she let me walk out with almost dripping wet hair, no style nor product on my hair. My bill was over $200. Terrible experience.

Came in to a mostly empty store. Received a friendly greeting but then stood around for 15 minutes waiting for staff to finish their private conversations to come and assist me with color matching foundation. Left after 15-20 minutes very disappointed in the service (or better yet, lack of service) that I received.

I had a tight schedule last Saturday but was in desperate need for a haircut/highlight! Kelly, the hair stylist adjusted her schedule to find a time that would work for me. The results speak for themselves, I was very happy with my hair cut, highlight, and styling at Ulta.

Spent a total of 6 hrs in this salon the first time they put the wrong color in my hair the second time I had to go for color correction and still no desired result and much like what they did the first time around..which is pointless! I am so frustrated made another appointment to fix the color they denied me service because they cannot do it right and said I have to go somewhere else then stated Id get a full refund which the salon manager originally told me they couldnt do because they are corporate. I go back for the refund and am ignored for over 20 mins and the retail supervisor who is supposed to give the refund becomes busy suddenly and says she will be back. Very disappointed and upset at this 1m1 save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! This was not a huge task ttransitioning from a blonde tone to a different blonde tone cant believe these are supposedly professionals!

My wife went here for hair blow out. Needless to say it was horrible. The first girl messed her hair up and a second girl had to fix it. The fix was not that good, and when she went to pay they up charged her for two people. Stay away from this saloon a bunch of rookies here.
