I have been an Aveda customer for many years. However, I mainly purchased their hair product line and body lotion, until this weekend when I met their amazing sales manager, Kellie. I was checking out some of the new gift set and noticed a product line that I wasn’t familiar with. When I asked Kellie what the product was, she generously offered to give me a facial. The experience was such a treat that I felt like I was in a spa. Kellie first inquired about my skincare routine, and then she hand picked up a few products based on my preference and my skin type. Since I have rosacea, she chose items that are suitable for my sensitive skin. Kellie then gently applied each product with care; the aroma is so pleasing that I felt like I was being pampered in a beauty salon. Kellie also took the time to explain the uniqueness of each product. My skin felt so rejuvenated after her treatment that I am so excited to finally have found a product line that not only has natural ingredients, but also makes my skin glow while I experience the amazing aroma throughout the entire customer journey. I highly recommend the Aveda store in the Glendale Galleria mall, as well as Kellie’s personalized and thoughtful customer service. I can’t wait to return to the store and experience more exceptional products soon.

It was a pleasure to walk in not being so sure where to start and being treated so kindly. Erin was a sweetheart. Very well rounded and informative about Aveda and what they have to offer. I wasnt sure if Aveda had a line for my hair texture. She sold me on at least giving it a try! The female helping me with the free facial was super helpful and mad me feel comfortable; not an easy feat.

I love how friendly and polite the staff are and the quality of Avedas products are absolutely worth the price. If you have the chance to pop by here I would highly recommend it.
