If you have an empty home you can complete the entire household goods at one stop shopping at Abt, with top of the line or familiar brands. As walking in the store outdoor grills are nicely displayed, then TV, refrigerator, oven, washer& dryer, cameras, car electronics, audio system, mobile phones, watches, drones and more electronics. Second floor has beautiful kitchen showroom, you will find most envious kitchens. Bedroom and living room furniture are also upstairs.

I heard about this place for years. I imagined something like Circuit City or even Frys. I even bought a printer from them online, and just thought, yeah, theyve got printers, and decent prices. Those who know, know that this place is SO much more. Case in point: my son wanted cotton candy on his birthday. I searched Maps and a candy store INSIDE Abt popped up. I called to make sure it was correct. Yup, theres a candy store, not to mention a bubble booth, giant litebrite, dancing fountain, and... yes, electronics as far as the eye can see. This place is truly one of a kind. My kids want to go on their birthdays every year! 😅

The installers were great. They had to go into my crawl space to hook up the waterline for the dishwasher, and there were a few issues, but they stuck with it and didn’t leave until it was all done. Way more professional/skilled than installers from any big box store I’ve bought from in the past. Very pleased!

While perhaps not in the most convenient location, there is no doubt that this is one of the largest facilities that displays nearly everything you could imagine in a mall-like environment. The advantage is that it allows you to touch and experience virtually all of their merchandise. Coupled with a fast and reliable delivery service, or ability to pick up and take away nearly anything on the spot, its hard to beat the convenience. Prices are also pretty good, as is their commitment to stand behind their sales.

From the sales service experience with Steve and Ramona to the delivery with Mike and Anthony, everything was outstanding. Steve and Ramona were prompt, and extremely helpful. Mike and Anthony did a great job with delivery, which was to a new build home with work still happening. In fact when Mike and Anthony arrived they found a plumbing/well pump sub-contractor with their truck and equipment blocking the driveway. And a big hole in the ground obstructing the front entryway to the home. Mike and Anthony were able to work with the sub-contractors to free up a path for them to bring the appliances inside the home, per our request. Mike and Anthony were timely and great with communications! That plus the sales service, the delivery text notifications, and the delivery truck tracking feature made this an outstanding experience! The guys arrived right at the beginning of my delivery widow, I really liked being able to track their location online. They were very courteous and answered any questions i had. Abt has a wonderful selection of products but what makes them stand out is their customer service. I am so amazed by all the staff, but especially want to mention to how helpful the delivery people were. I ordered new kitchen appliances and eight away our delivery person noticed that while the refrigerator we purchased would fit, that there was a different one (same brand and price) that would be a much better fit in our space. So we were able to swap it out.

I knew exactly which over the range microwave I wanted. ABT was the only place that had it in stock and at a great price. I even called to make sure it would ship immediately. It arrived on time although slightly damaged. The damage wasnt ABTs fault. UPS was a little rough with the box. I installed it anyway knowing the dent would not be visible once installed. Everything works as it should and It looks great. I am very pleased and I dont have to return it.

We ordered our washer and dryer online and got it scheduled fine for delivery and install. We needed a dryer floor vent and BB couldnt install it for various reasons. Abt called us on delivery day and gave us a 10 minute Arival notice. Their installers were professional and courteous, but more importantly, they did a great install where bb failed. There was a minor vent issue, but the installer said i should have a part on my truck and he came back and fixed the minor issue. He tested the washer and dryer and they worked as expected. Im very happy with their installers as they did a great job and i believe an asset to Abt and would use Abt again based on my positive experience. Im going to try their hvac side and if their hvac is as good as appliance, Ill update my review. Thank you for a great w&d install, it was a very good job with courteous and professional installers as they gave me time to sweep the lint from under the old dryer while they prepared the new install. just a great experience. When it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE they deserve 0/5 stars. Fridge broken three times now.. takes multiple days to even get someone out here, and about 1-2 weeks for any part to come in. Notice how all the 5 star reviews have to do with the purchase process and not about RESOLVING ISSUES. They Their motto: Our Goal... Complete Satisfaction. Well I am not satisfied, but hey Abt will do absolutely nothing to change that.

This is the place to get appliances, electronics and more. Friendly helpful staff. Not sure how they do it but they match or beat any competitor, ever - always. They also have most appliance in stock and include free delivery. No fine print. They also accept some negotiating if youre buying multiple items or a matching set... wink wink.Once you visit, there is basically a mini-mall with an Apple and Microsoft store, a gigantic fish-tank aquarium and even an airplane. Upstairs the design center inspires you with many home upgrade ideas. We would shop here first and nowhere else, because we end up buying here every time...

Eric and George did great on delivery and should be commended for the Customer Service they provided. Only negative was they arrived at Approximately 7 PM on a Saturday and didnt finish til well after 9 PM. Made for their very long day. So far very happy on our decision to select these products. The smoothest delivery and installation process I have EVER encountered! They were incredibly communicative about arrival time, made sure I had everything working properly, and were very thoughtful and kind throughout the process. It took them 45 minutes to deliver and install my refrigerator, range, and hood. They even moved a piece of old furniture to the curb for me, even though it wasnt on their list of things to do. I cannot wait to buy more appliances from Abt in the future knowing that this is what the experience will be like.

Great experience all around. The sales person was very helpful, the delivery team called me to set the delivery expectation with a very reasonable 2 hour window and then they called when they were en route which gave me the opportunity to get the car out of the garage and prepare for their arrival. While it was a challenge to locate a new refrigerator to fit our space and needs, Abts salesperson (by phone) was very helpful in identifying an available (in 2 months) fridge that met our needs. The installation crew (2 weeks later) was on tiime, they communicated effectively in advance of arrival, and they completed the installation of water line and new refrigerator flawlessly. Truly pleased with the whole experience! Rob was able to find me a great oven and fix my problem of my oven no longer being available. Installers had to bore through the brick and tap out some but they were neat even though it was messy work! Couldnt be happier!! Felt extremely confident in the two installers so much so I walked the dog while they drilled. Really nice guys; offered to help me remove pretty much overkill plastic that I put up to protect my kitchen. I decided that tearing it down would be my fun. Have to say too that first two guys that came out were very professional and great at making sure Rob was aware of oven box being too large for the inner wall. I ordered a macro camera lens from Abts website. It arrived the very next day. The care taken in the packaging was top-notch. Ive ordered camera lenses from other retailers and boxes have shown up crushed with the lens box inside the shipping box just loose and rattling around. Abt took the lens box and packaged it in a bubble wrap cocoon so the lens box wasnt loose in the packing box. The care shown to the product was top-notch. Thank you. I was able to purchase the dishwasher I wanted from Abt that no one else had in stock or had back ordered. They also had the most reasonable price! I would definitely shop with them again. If I could change one thing, it would be that the delivery guys would have removed the appliance from the wooden pallet before they left. It was a beast to remove the dishwasher from the carton! Last time I went there, I had really bad service. I needed to order a part for my Weber grill, and I wasnt sure how to go about it. Call them, they said come on in well order it for you. I get there after driving 14 miles and nobody would even look at me in the grill area... I stood there while two guys talking about the weather... finally one guy acknowledged me and said he couldnt help me ( after standing there over 8 min ) told me to go to service counter. Go to service counter, theyre like NOPE cant help you... I said I called earlier, and guy told me no problem. she asked for my number. She knew what time I called and said oh you were on the phone a while, I said yes on hold for a long time. Then went on to tell me they had nobody by that name worked there and said they couldnt help me. 🙄 I have bought appliances there, you guys have a great reputation for greatness, hell even my niece works there and loves it. Was so mad after that, if I didnt spend all my wasted time driving there after work in traffic I would overlook it. But wow. So disappointing. Not sure if Ill buy from there again

All of their sales folks are knowledgeable about what theyre selling and the service folks are great. We have had our furnace and air conditioners serviced and fixed by Abt - all-around great experiences each time. These guys have really got their game on. We will be moving from the Chicago area to Utah next year and will miss Abt very much. They should open a store in Utah - we would be 100% loyal customers.Keep up the great work Abt!!!

I ordered a Miele washer/dryer from them. The deliver was made using Pilot Freight Services. Although the dryer arrived in good condition, the washer was severely dented and damaged-- so bad that there was a protrusion from the inside of the washing machne and the frame was dented. They exchanged it and sent out a new replacement unit. I received it yesterday, and it was damaged worse than the first unit! I attribute this to their delivery service, Pilot Freight, which gets very poor reviews on Google (and I now understand why). I have to commend ABT on their customer service (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star), but they really need to think about switching from Pilot Freight. They are awful. Unfortunately Ill never buy anything from ABT again.

However if you go for something specific call ahead, we went to check out espresso machines that according to their website were in stock and unfortunately their online selection didnt match what was actually available at the store. I was very happy with the customer service we received from Abt. When I chose the cooktop we purchased, they provided info on shipping time etc. with UPS right away. I knew I couldnt be home to sign for it at the scheduled time so I contacted customer service via the chat feature they offer. Within minutes someone contacted me by email and then by phone to try to arrange a different shipping time with UPS. It was rescheduled for the time I asked by the next day. Then UPS dropped the ball and didnt deliver it as promised, Again Abt went to bat and made sure it was delivered the next day. They went the extra mile for us and were really fast and thorough in their customer service as well as delivery of the product. It was in great shape when it arrived. At a time in our lives when so many appliance products are scarce, they had a lot of product availability. When I checked Lowes & Home Depot their appliances were not available for 6 months! Abt had it within 2 days. Very satisfied!!
