Extremely happy with the professional and helpful support I received. Our Viking oven went out days prior to Thanksgiving. The replacement part was not available locally. Thermador Group helped me find the Viking part online. They let me buy direct (no markup). I paid overnight shipping and received the part the next day. Thermador Group rearranged their schedule to allow our technician to come back the next morning to install part and ensure oven was operating for Thanksgiving. All staff from the technician to the office staff and Operations Manager were all very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our oven was repaired in time for the holiday. Much appreciated. Thermador Group was recommended to me by my neighbor because they repaired their refrigerators. My four-year-old Kenmore refrigerator had stopped running. When I called Thermador Group, around 10 am on November 10, the machine response was that they are accepting appointments for November 11. I left brief information. They returned my call within an hour and said they would be here between 9 and 11 am. The man arrived at 8:55, worked quickly and efficiently, found the defective part and replaced it, checked that the refrigerator was working, and left before 9:15 am. He handed me the defective part, an action I appreciated because I have too often had workmen replace good parts (showerheads and car batteries) and take mine to sell to other people. He got everything repaired and working well in less than 20 minutes. Outstanding work.

They sent a man named Boris over and he replaced my washing machines motor within an hour. I was really impressed with his knowledge of my appliance.
