This store has amazing collection of items especially games. They have the latest games but they also have the classics and games for sale. Theres also tons of cool stuff like toys, shirts, books, collectibles for all the gamers and anime lovers out there.

Terrible customer service compared to the years in the past. Won’t accommodate a very pregnant mom by providing a curtesy phone call when a product comes in. They go on to make you feel wrong, as if you are demanding customer service and stealing their time. Very disappointing

Called to see if an item was in and the associate said yes. I went in a they said they put the item on hold. I literally came to the actual store and they told me that. Didnt provide me an option to put it on hold when I called so you literally wasted my time and let scalpers win yet again. Thanks hope you go out of business. Useless.

Good service and workers were friendly. While trade-in was a bit slow, they definitely seemed to be trying to be as fast as possible. I just wish the company in general would give more fair trade-ins, but that is not GameStop Prestiges fault.

Best most educated staff of any location. They are always willing to help me out. I am there once a week at least looking for pop figures. There are middle schoolers there all the time since the middle school is across the street but despite that the staff handles it extremely well.

In a world where game companies are greedy and love digital purchasing and microtransactions, Gamestop is the alternative. Best place for gaming media and physical copies. Great deals often too.

Always has good selection in items and pre-owned games. It aint Wheeling Gamestop best but it definitely is a nice one to go to!

Great selection of games for multiple systems. They have just about any game you could be looking for and the staff are always willing to help. There is a good collection of collectables available for sale as well. Only downside if the store is a little squished due to its location in the glen.

Nice guy but stores a/c was broken. And store was stifling. Store operator also deleted my sons account and Pokemon game on DS while we were considering trading it in for a store credit. We decided not to trade it in, so now have to set up account again.

Variety could be better. Seems to be big names only - Mario, Zelda, Halo.

Bad experience the two guys here dont help at all I just looking for a Kinect tv mount but the guy dont no What is that I have to show him for what is work and I have to do her job looking by the internet for him thats is nice.
