I want to commend Brandon at this location. His service, kindness and patience were absolutely incredible. I watched him in awe as he serviced a difficult person, also assisting another customer and having to answer calls with 2 phones and calmly answering their questions. He made everyone feel important and that he would help them. He took care of me swiftly and made it incredibly easy. He is the reason that I will always come back here and highly recommend the store. I hope that he gets some additional support because people kept coming in and it was quite busy. He is really very good and I hope the store recognizes his work.

The gentleman who helped us was very patient and helpful. Having said that, I was not thrilled that we couldnt accomplish what we tried to do and that I need to go back. Still. . . kudos to the employee!

No wait time. I recently bought a new phone and needed to transfer the SIM card from my old phone to the new one. Antonio was very helpful in doing it for me. After he installed the SIM card he even used the store phone to call my phone to make sure it worked before I left.

Nico was the best . He spent two hours helping set up all our family phones. He stayed after closing to make sure we left happy . I highly recommend .

Brandon is calm, professional, knowledgeable, and a teacher of technology. His good humor and easy manner along with his patience helped us with our problems and the selections of our new phones. He gives each customer their full turn and met our needs.Brandon knows the different products and systems. My son got an iphone, and I got an android. We were asking questions one after another, and he was able to answer each of our questions for the type of phone we were using without getting us confused.

I’ve had an issue for a few months now, and I keep trying to call and resolve it, however the manager is never available for some reason. Also, the employees are very unhelpful and I feel like they just don’t care. I’ve never been the person to leave bad reviews, but hopefully by doing so, someone at the store will see this review and reach out to help me. I don’t know what else to do.

Brandon was extremely professional and helpful. He helped me transfer all of my information in a timely and effective manner. I dreadfully hate upgrading my phone because it’s time consuming and tedious, but Brandon simplified that process in a very proficient and efficient manner. He was also knowledgeable about the promotions, product specs and plans deals being offered. At the time I wasn’t the only customer in the store, Brandon was able to multitask by not only assisting me with my upgrade but also assisted everyone who came and left the store with their issues and concerns. Horrible experience. Owes me 160 dollars for 3months now, due to an employee mistake, when I signed up with them. I called many times and they give me the run around. I had talked with two employees, everytime the same answer, I will talk with my manager and nobody calls back. Horrible service, very rude. Manager is never calling back.

Brandon is the least helpful person there is when it comes to customer service and honesty. I do not recommend this store to anyone. All they do is scam you and do not tell you the whole truth.

Swindle (additional charges)/ be careful on this placeOn top of being more expensive than Apple or Costco for new iphone they charged us $65 in things we didn’t ask. It’s been more than a monthof back and forth, several trips (as they can’t answer over phone) with awful customer service even to get simple answer on what these charges were as they pass the ball from one employee to other, and unanswered emails. Very frustrating especially as we had been customers here for many years. I don’t know if it is the new management or something changed. This also gives bad reputation to Verizon which I am informing next. Run away from this place.

Derrick was most pleasant, patient and helpful. My wife wanted to upgrade her iPhone4s and was well attended including a careful explanation of all her options going forward including features of the various phones available to her and relative costs.Ill return in a couple months to upgrade my Galaxy III to the new Galaxy s7.

If i could give zero stars i would. Dont go to this store they rip you off with unnecessary charges. Go to a corporate Verizon store they dont charge you for install on a new phone or anything. This place is a scam. Horrible customer service.

I was sold a $29.99 Redux membership without any mention of it. When I called back to ask about it, he called it a set up fee. Redux is a 3rd party wet phone recovery service and has nothing to do with phone set up.I was also sold the device protection service without being asked.I would not buy from here again, but if you do lookout for additional charges you didnt ask for. Ask for Mark, hell be sure to tell you the customer is always wrong!

Verizon’s service is terrible. Constant dropped calls, bad reception and slow data.

I got excellent service from Patrick who helped resolve a particularly difficult issue involving porting a phone from my employer and swapping multiple numbers. He stayed on the phone with Verizon support to see it through even though it was quite frustrating.

Antonia was really patient and helped us for almost 5 long hours to get us the data plan we needed.

Verizon online said the phone was in stock and I could pick up when I received an email. I called 24-hours later just to see why I hadn’t received an email. The person on the phone was rude, telling me “I don’t run the website.” Very i called for.
