Since my service is T Mobile, I decided to return now, three years later, to buy a new phone. Jose, store manager, assisted me. I was uncertain about choice and Jose guided me with expertise and a quick and accurate understanding of my needs. He did not steer me to the most expensive choice, just the best one. Jose is very impressive with that unique combination of technical expertise and interpersonal talents. He will surely go far in professional advancement and he should! Thank you
On August 31st I walked in to get my phone fixed because the duration of the phone was acting so slow. Roger helped me out in minutes and helped get my phone repaired easily. He was also so kind and very helpful. He also helped me get a new protector on my phone and did an amazing job. Thanks Roger. Youre the BEST!Renee and the young helping out today were great. They were kind and patient. This location is very helpful anytime I come in with questions about my phone
The service is very good, and you can answer questions patiently.
This T-Mobile store is very unprofessional. I was helped by some kid who had no idea what he was doing. When I asked him how long he’d been there he said over a year. But yet he spoke to me about my iPhone like I was from another planet like he didn’t know what he was talking about either. I think they should review the skills of whom they hire.

Every time I come by to this store I feel welcome, such friendly staff and great customer service. I’m normally helped by either Michael and Sofía, don’t think I’d go to a different location just because of those 2 great employees. Thanks again for all the help!!

This is not a corporate owned store. Had a negative experience in trying to replace a phone. Staff were unmasked (unlike in their corporate location where all staff were masked). Staff were unhelpful.
Worst customer treatment. Just want to make money. So called store manager is so rude. Please avoid this storr if possible.

I went this location to get help transfer info from old one to new one. I know this does not give the associates no credit or commission. Nonetheless, employees are super kind and are dedicated to support their customers. And also so knowledgeable on their products. Thank you guys!!

Good shop. I roll in after hours when customers are few with all kinds of questions about my phones. Last night I stopped by with a broken phone and the agent spent a full hour helping me recover as much lost data as possible. Hence this review.
After purchasing a Revel plus phone a week ago the phone was not working I stopped by the T- Mobile store in Glenview a bit closer to me. Alex the new manager as well as his staff was incredibly patience and once again demonstrated such professionalism, I witnessed how they took care of each person who came into the store with such care this was the third location I have been in over the past week and the service in the stores are consistent. I wish this type of demeanor would catch on in other establishments. Thank you for helping us and caring about your profession it shows.
Worse t mobile location ever, term customer service is not in their dictionary. I guess because its not a corporate store, do not use this location save your time and money . Store operated by ttc wireless llc.

I am very frustrated and disappointed with the recent experience here and with T-mobile customer service. I traded my phone in for an upgraded phone on Saturday June 8th. I had 14 days to determine if the new phone was a good fit or not and return it undamaged for my old phone with a $50 restocking fee. At least that’s what I was led to believe. I called the store the day after to give them a heads up that there’s a chance I’d return the new phone for my old phone back since I did not think the phone was a great fit. The employee asked me to come in store that day or Monday because the manager would be there to help and had knowledge of that situation. Unfortunately I was not able to make it because life got in the way. I return to the store 5 days later (June 13) to get my old phone back and pay the restocking fee. The employee at the store said they already shipped my old phone out despite mentioning to them I may want my old phone back and there was no way they could retrieve it back. They lazily suggest I call customer service and apologized for the inconvenience. I called customer service and after having no luck with the first representative, I asked to escalate the issue with a supervisor. I explained the situation of how I felt misled, how the employee was not clear about the 14 days, and how frustrating it was the store still sent out my phone despite telling them my intent of returning. It was an overall frustrating situation that they were unable to help with at all. I am very disappointed since my family and I have been customers for 17 years and they were not able to accommodate my request to simply get my old phone back. This prompts me to reassess my business with T-Mobile and evaluate other options for my family and me.
Will deff come back to this location in a heart beat! Michael, the store manager welcomed me to tmobile and made me feel super comfortable. Ive never experienced such great experience at a TMOBILE store like ive had here. I honestly have no words to describe his great customer service he offered me today. I went inside the store clueless about my recent upgrade to my Iphone 11 pro max that I got from the location at Skokie. No one answered my questions at all the right way at the Skokie location & didnt give me good customer service at all. I mentioned to him my problem and all my doubts that they left me with. He was so quick to give me a great explanation on all my questions and even wrote down the answers to my questions. Which I brought home with me! He went above and beyond! Michael is such a sweetheart and deserves to be recognized for his hard work. On the other hand, we also walked out with purchasing an Iphone 11 for my sister!! Thanks for helping me with my recent upgrade questions on my new device & for helping us chose the right phone!! You made us extremely happy. I will deff go back here!! Thank you so much. Keep up the great customer service!
Reading the reviews didnt give me high expectations about going to this location, so believe me when I tell you that I had a better experience at this store than I did at any other (including the store near home that Ive been going to for years). I dont know what the bad reviews are about Im led to believe that perhaps the customers were more the problem than the actual staff. I phoned ahead of time, they gave me ALL theyre attention over the phone and listened to my problem and gave me a list of possible reasons. When I went to the store it took under 5 minutes for the staff to pinpoint the problem, solve it and give me great tips that will help me in future. Big thanks to Michael, I recommend you ask for him if ever you visit this location.

The manager at this location is knowledgeable BUT she lacks people skills big time! The first time I had to interact with her I thought it was just an off day. Nope, I went in again today and it was the same unsatisfied service. Id rather drive the distance to another location than EVER go to this new location.

Be careful when dealing with these reps.They scammed me out of $20/month.I thought I signed up for one plan, but once I got home and logged in to my tmo account I saw that he signed me up for $20/month in extras I did not request.Paperwork that I signed did not show these extras.I removed it from my plan, but it was too late for Tmo to credit that money back for the current month.Be very vigilant with them! Double-check every single thing. Request that they print everything out and check everything right in the store.
I was a customer for many years. I came in with my old phones to get pictures downloaded. Very little information on how to do it.
Literally some of the best customer service Ive ever had. Jaime patiently answered my laundry list (I actually came in with a physical list) of questions about my new phone...and there was no judgement about it being my first (yes, first) smartphone. Jaime and Stephy helped me transfer contacts from my old dumb phone when a previous T-mobile store was unable to do so. Im a huge fan!
Small store, easy to find what you are looking for. However, near sunset, you are blinded by the sun. I wasnt too confident with how knowledgeable the staff on location was in regards to the products they carry.
Very disappointed in this location, came here for a new phone the time before last and when I went to get my new phone this last time from a different tmobile store I realized I had a lot of extra charges. Come to find out they had loaded me up with a bunch of extras a head set, case, extra memory...that they told me that was included, that they in reality added to my phone bill as a payment plan. Very sketchy and bad business practices. I will make sure to look at my bills from top to finish from now on! Because its clear you prey on the fact that most people dont look at contracts and just sign!
