Sophia Concannon was just amazing! Everything went incredibly fast and she was extremely knowledgeable. I couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience!! In the past I would absolutely dread having to go to the at&t store but after the wonderful experience I had with Sophia I will always go back to her for anything that may come up in the future.

Cassie, Sophie and Marcus worked together as a team to switch over our four phones as quickly as possible. We have been loyal Sprint customers for over 20 years but after my wife and I spent two weeks and over 6 hours on the phone and online trying to get a straight answer about final monthly bill to upgrade 4 phones, we threw in the towel and made the switch to AT&T. My wife called AT&T and Cassie was able to give her a hard quote in an email within 30 minutes of gathering all the details. Awesome customer service.

We had the prepaid plan (Text Talk Data) they might slow down service during busy times. I guess they were always busy, the internet barely worked most times didnt work at all. Even the phone service did work at times. I could not count on this provider at all. I paid for a service I barely received. Beware!!!

Sophia was extremely helpful and professional customer representative. She was able to help me address a billing error on my account which required multiple calls. She patiently did this for over an hour and we were able to get everything sorted out. I know numerous reps who would have just referred me to the ATT phone number. She was also able to help me upgrade our plan to get us more service for less!

We started the process of getting new phones/service at Walmart. A litany of technical issues that were not able to be resolved led the in-store representatives to recommend that we go to the AT&T store. Sophia was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly...she was able to resolve our issues and get us up and running quickly. Highly recommended.

Though they’ve cracked down on letting you take the phone and set it up at home with the trade in phone, Cassie was pleasant, helpful, personable, and sweet. I worked with Cassie at this location and she was super nice and helpful. I had been having issues with the voicemail on my smartphone, and it turned out to be an issue with the Sim card. As always, calling tech support was a pain. Cassie help gather all the information I needed and spoke with tech support to verify who is was. Thanks Cassie!

I would suggest anyone interested in working here to not apply. That also includes Edwards, Aspen, Eagle and Dillon because they are all run under the same affiliated company. This store doesnt do well with training new hires. They are contradicting and unorganized. There is no management to regulate the training or a realistic completion time. They cant maintain or honor company ethics. The pay seems to be great but its not worth investing into this job if the company cant be trusted to follow their own rules. They are quick to discriminate your work ethic without giving a warning or the proper tools to succeed in this business. Your encourage or discourage which leaves you absolutely confused with no direction. And then if something goes wrong you are at fault without being heard or given the opportunity to correct the problem. Which leaves you unemployed because the company doesnt invest the time or pay attention to other factors resulting in the employees growth. Or maintain their own contract with new on-board team members because of financial pitfalls.

Went in the store just yesterday to link my new Apple watch to my phone. I was told it would be an extra $10 a month, no problem. When I got home, I had an email from AT&T outlining my new estimated bill. It was $109.00 more per month. I called AT&T Customer Service. They told me my plan was changed and a few other add ons that I did not want or approve. Another customer was being serviced by a seperate employee. The customer was getting a new phone. Through the corner of my eye I watched these two employees giving signals on what to do for the other customer. It was clearly deceptive. This store is not to be trusted and If it is affiliated with other local stores then everyone in the area should be aware of their tactics. Check your account online after you leave any of these stores. They obviously get a commission off the accounts and will cheat you to get it. AT&T has changed my plan back to the original plan I had. Very sad they choose to operate with deception. This was NOT an innocent mistake. It was intentional. Sad I had to choose a 1star to post this comment. Otherwise, I would not have given 1 star.

On Feb 9th, 2018 I went to the store excited to upgrade my current phone. The sales associate greeted me at the door asking what they could help me with I explain I was there for an upgrade. I explained what I was looking for and the process began. As checkout process began, the Customer service agent whom was helping me pulled out their phone and began responding to personal texts. I was quiet shocked. Being someone who works in the guest service industry this is not appropriate behavior when helping a customer. After putting his phone away he then continuously checked his Apple watch, reading texts and not engaging with me with me at all. I felt like I was wasting his time and that he would rather be doing and or be anywhere else than helping me or being at work.I would have to say that I will not be going back to that store unless I absolutely have to. I would rather drive an extra hour out of my way.

I went there to get a sim card and bought a glass and liquid protector paid around $112.00 then after all was installed agent accidentally broke my battery protective case and damaged my iPhone, i spoke to manager about replacing only the case and glass protectors and they only offered me a 20% discount on a new case, everything that i bought there was down the drain. I had to pay to replace my iPhone x as a insurance claim. if you dont want to wast your time and money call att support or go to another store.

Ive been a loyal customer, I expect the same from you. My service is extremely spotty. So ironicly i connected with an att employee, she asked me to come in and see what she could do. Stopped at the glenwood location and sat outside the store for over 20 minutes with 2 people ahead of me in line. Props to those men that were waiting. I got up and just left. I do not have the time to sit around to wait on a quick troubleshoot.I am switching carriers, yall should too.

I am not one to complain about company practices, but after signing up with the two salespersons (which didnt have much knowledge of products) I asked about my bill and couldnt get a definitive answer about how much my actual bill was going to be or how well my family would be covered in our area.Later came in to sign up for Directv and they signed me up for combined billing... huge joke! and caused my bill to be over $800 whuch is just ridiculous. It seems that this company needs to convey information better and also learn more about the services they are selling. Probably in the top 20 for worst retail experience and a complete lack of customer service.I would likely call into AT&T instead of am authorized dealer like this store in Glenwood Springs, co.
