The best experience Ive ever had with verizon. Although they did not have the phone I wanted in stock they were able to direct me to a place that did. Friendly, polite, explained things simply without fluff. When I explained my needs they didnt BS me and that was extremely appreciated. They did offer me products I wasnt interested in but they respected that and didnt try to shove a phone down my throat. I was only passing through but if I was residing nearby Id drive out of my way just to have that experience again. Thank you.

Carlos and Mark were very very appreciative and helpful. Needed an upgrade they ordered my phone which was great. Then when the phone arrived ~ did something crazy in today’s world ~ Carlos took him time update, transferred all info and got my phone up and running before I left. What a difference they made for me in the day’s crazy world. Thanks again to Carlos. Made my day!

My phone was dying, with extremely important information in it. I was lucky enough to find a Verizon retailer at the end of the day (Saturday). They managed to save the information and sent me up with a better phone.I believe his name was Marco. He was very good and very good and knowledgeable.

He didnt make us feel pressure in buying the newest and greatest but shared current promotions and we actually went for the more expensive option! 😅

I had an extremely pleasant, professional and expedited experience shopping for my new iPhone at the local Verizon store in my hometown. This is the first time I have received seamless transfer of my Contacts, photos and calendar information upon the purchase of a new iPhone. This is probably my 5th or 6th iPhone purchase and it has never gone so smoothly in the past.

I typically am not one to leave a negative review but I was MASSIVELY unimpressed with this Verizon retailer.The associates were rude and spent much of my visit *yelling* across the store at their manager to find out the answers to my very basic questions regarding my plan. One spent the entirety of my interaction leaning back in her chair, playing video games on her Switch. Nobody discussed the conditions of my plan with me beyond the questions I pointedly asked, and when I got to my car I found that the associate I worked with had enrolled me in a $17 protection plan that she did not mention to me once. When I returned to the store, the manager tried to “sell me” on the plan so I could get “the free month of protection” that I had never been informed of. I asked the associate to cancel my plan and she appeared to do so on her computer - HOWEVER, I received a notification today (almost 2 weeks later) that the protection plan is still in effect. Another Verizon employee told me they get bonuses for adding on protection. These associates are trying to sneak add-ons into your contract for their personal benefit.Garbage service, sneaky associates. Don’t waste your time here. Literally the only positive is that they were the only place near the valley had the phone I wanted in the color I wanted. :|

Ripped me off and intentionally misled me. Now I have a phone that has no service most hours of every day (which is why I specifically asked for no contract until I could check the service) and a free tablet thats not even worth $100 (and broken now) with an undisclosed contract. Nice job Verizon- truly great training of associates to steal from unsuspecting customers

I would give a lower score if I could. Yet another employee that answers every question with I dont know. This location never knows the answer 😡. The little girl made no effort to try and find an answer to a single question I asked. I cant believe how consistently bad the customer service is. If an employee doesnt know the answer to a simple question they should try to find an answer rather than popping gum and giving vacant meaninglessness smiles.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Could not believe how RUDE the male customer service representative was. Could not even make it to the counter to get a name before he started yelling across the store what do you need today? When telling him that the phone wasnt recognizing the SIM card his response was then it wont recognize any SIM card, send in an insurance claim and wait for a new phone he did not even attempt to look at the phone which is one that uses a small tool to access the SIM card which we dont have because we are here on vacation. We responded with I understand why you have a 2 star review he then became angry and started shouting What did you say? You wanna come in here and say that again? And again, there were at least 2 other customers in the store. Cannot believe how terrible this place is! And after going to one of the other retailers in town and accessing the SIM card with the tool the card was wiped and put back in and the phone is PERFECTLY FINE! Thanks for wasting our time.

Call Verizon directly- do not waste your time going to this location. You will leave this store frustrated. The repairman is knowledgeable and helpful but its overshadowed by the lack of costumer service exhibited by the others working here.

Bought a Bluetooth headset and it didnt work, went back and the other one they had didnt work either so now Im out of 76 dollars for who knows how long. Selling and stocking non operable equipment without immediate refund is not good for business. I wont go there again!!!!
