My experience at the store was incredible with great people who helped me out. Salvador, not the country, but the worker helped my daughter and I find the perfect plan and phones at the lowest cost. Without including my horrible wife who cheated on me in the plan.

Salvador and Brian are the best sales men ever, I walked in and got a brand new IPhone 12 and I switched from Verizon, same phone number and everything! These guys deserve nothing but the best!!

The whole team was so helpful today! I took my 4+ year old phone in that was acting up. They tried for a long time to try and resurrect my dinosaur. Sadly its time to move on and get a new phone but I appreciated all the time they took!

Adam and his staff were fantastic! They helped us transfer from Verizon and made the process nearly painless (had to wait for the numbers to port over, so not their fault). We got a better deal on T-Mobile and have better service in the valley, 10/10 would recommend!

Worst cell phone service ever!!! If you cancel a line they do not cancel it!!! They keep charging. Do not recommend this company at all.

My Husband and I went in and were instantly greeted even though it was quite busy. We were there for a total of probably 2 hours to upgrade 2 phones and the whole time Adam, Brian, and Salvador were very patient and friendly. They were all very knowledgeable which made it a great experience! If I could put more than 5 stars I would.

I have never had so many issues. They sold us the wrong phone havent even left the store and they can not seem to give our money back. Still waiting here and have no answers or money back. Been with tmobile 15 years and this is the first issue.

I went in to buy a flip phone for my mother in law & port her service over from Net10. I thought it was going to be easy, but there were many hurdles to clear on Net10s side. Forrest Johnston is an amazing consultant . He is so knowledgeable about phones, plans, and what would suit me better. We recently switched 3 lines from Verizon to Sprint. We were helped by a gentleman named Adam. It was Refreshing to encounter a person that takes so much pride in their job. He was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty. If Sprints service is as good as the instore reps we will be extremely happy!!

I came into this store on a quick stop because I needed a charging cable. The staff was immediately attentive and helpful. I spent some time learning about wireless speakers and ended up walking out with a new Harmon Kardon speaker. Been using it since. Recommend these guys any day.

Bought a iPhone 6s from this store, the service was excellent. Danny greeted me as soon as I came through the door, right then I knew I was in the right place. The account was in my girlfriends name and the still helped me until she arrived. I definitely would come back and tell my friends about this great place.

I switched to Sprint after years with Verizon. I upgraded to the new iPhone with unlimited data - which I didn’t have before- and I’m paying less. The manager Max Murphy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Came in there today because the Verizon store next to them were very rude. I am a Verizon customer, but I had a question about my phone itself. They understood they had no chance of collecting a penny from me, but they didnt care about that. They totally helped me out with my problem and were very nice. So awesome!

N person is always best and my experience with Adam Umbreit, Assistant Manager, proved that. I spent over an hour on the phone with Sprint simply attempting to upgrade my iPhone. Finally I ended the call with getting nothing accomplished :( I called this Sprint store, spoke to Adam for 2 seconds, drove down and had everything done in 15min. Iv been a Sprint customer for 18 years and honestly it still remains, that in-store customer service is the best way to go!!Thanks Adam

Adam Umbreit is the star of this store! His customer service is stellar. He has trained Jazmin Soto and Vanessa Villalta to do the same with customers. I will stay with Sprint (I transferred from a major company after 20+ years) as long as customer service is your signature at the Glenwood Springs store. Adam is pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile!

Adam was so helpful! Phone errors and billing can be so annoying and time consuming. Adam went above and beyond to ensure that my plan was fixed and to look into the problem. This was probably the best experience I’ve had with Sprint.

I went in on Tuesday, the 11th, around 5:15, wandered around, then stood around for 20+ minutes without so much as even being acknowledged by either of the two workers before I left. I needed to buy a new phone, but will do so online, as they clearly dont want business with customer service like that. Ive had to go to this store a number of times and it is always hit or miss. Inconsistency is horrible for business. Expect the worse here, but once in a blue moon you will be surprised by someone with excellent customer service.

I absolutely love this store. The manager is really great and the whole team is really knowledgeable.

Unfortunately the service for me wasnt all that great. After just two months of having purchased two iphone Xs, I began having problems with both cell phones. I went in to try and see what was going on with them and all they said was call apple, When Ive had service from at&t and if something ever happened to your cell phone they would help you until the phone were working again.
