Did drive thru and line was backed up to hwy. The line was quick and efficient! Person at window was so pleasant and we were out of there in no time! Highly recommend

The folks here are AMAZING - every last one! They greet me by name when I come in and always have a smile and a good story to share. This has to be the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been in yet. Keep up the good work gang and a personal Thank You to each of you!

They were closed before closing time. The drive in and inside were both closed. Door was locked and all I need was a single cake pop for my girlfriend….it’s that time if you know what I mean and it’s all she wanted. Other then that love their frappe and hot coco xoxox

I would give it 5 stars if they closed at around 12:00pm. The morning crew is beyond fantastic. Hands down the best Starbucks i frequent. Fast, friendly, and consistently spot on with your order. And it is a crazy busy location in the morning with commuters. That being said, the rest of the day it is basically 50/50 if your drink is made correctly or not. I am not exaggerating. Just pretend they close at noon and you will never be disappointed.

Pretty rude. Super late on my mobile order. Baristas seem totally overwhelmed and enjoy being smart to the people who are keeping them employed. Disappointed because I love Starbucks.

We come at least 1-2 times a week and struggle to get an order correct at this location. The few times that we’ve tried to correct them we are always made to feel like it’s our fault and even when they remake the drink they STILL CANT GET IT RIGHT. The staff is nice, but for $7 I’d just prefer the correct coffee. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like it’s possible at this location.

Starbucks doesn’t care about the community & the workers aren’t friendly. Please please take your business to a local shop like Deja Brew or Blue Bird!

I work 12 hour night shifts and everyday I stop by on my way home to get my usual drink and sandwich. They always have made my order correctly in sometimes even have it rung up before I even reach the drive up speaker. I want their kind, caring, and selfless acts to be noticed. Many thanks to this team!

Such a great starbucks. Every time I go the team is so fast, efficient, sweet, and friendly. Theyre pretty busy and still manage to get your order out quickly and correctly. I had a lovely conversation with Brady who was a complete sweetheart and very engaging to talk to. And my chai was made perfectly!

Starbucks is expensive, and did not have all the foods advertised.

Usually pretty busy and parking in/out can be challenging. Its starbucks though, so you know what you are getting and theyre consistent.

One of the best Starbucks around, very fast. If you do a lot of mobile ordering, make sure that the food items have not been removed when you hit the purchase button, sometimes when they get backed up they disable the food items.

If your going to get someone’s name wrong on the order the least you could do is be polite with the customer whose name you got wrong. Instead of leaving the customer standing at the counter wondering where the order is. The name is Cat not Ken. Thank you very much.

Disappointing two days in a row. Supposed to be open at 5am. Arrived at 5:30. They said they were closed that the coffee wasnt ready yet and wouldnt be for at least 30 more mins. 0

Excellent cafeteria in Glenwood Springs, very friendly staff and exemplary Starbucks service.

Always pretty busy, but the building is nice and clean. Everytime I go here, they mess up my order, but to be fair I usually order special drinks. The staff is always very polite though.

Very large dining room, plenty of seating, ample parking and almost enough parking.

Absolutely terrible. i get starbucks a lot but when i came here they were messing up all the orders. it took 20 min or more for my drinks, in fact i had to ask them again to make my drinks because they forgot all about them. i got my drinks and they didnt even taste good. this is the worst starbucks i have been to and never coming to this location again

My new favorite is an iced che latte, with skim milk, in a vente cup, on a 🌞 sunny day..

Starbucks is the place to go If you would like a great hot or cold drink I go there at least four times a week lol but I seriously am addicted to the matcha green tea Frappuccino it is so tasty but watch out for freeze brain
