After driving for 2 hours, stopped into this spot to use restroom. Employee was standing outside bathroom with the sign bathroom closed for cleaning. I asked if I could quickly use before she cleaned, I was told no because boss wanted it cleaned. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! I understand that. However that store was busy, I was in the car for 2 hours, pick a better time than when your store is at its busy hours.

Stopped here to get gas on a road trip during covid. Customers were not all wearing masks in the store (even though it was supposed to be required at the time) and there was virtually no signage saying masks were required. The only sign was on the back of a glass door that was propped open so you couldn’t even see the sign. Staff seemed to have no issues with customers not wearing masks inside.On top of that the restrooms were “out of order” which I’m not even sure I actually believed.

Stopped here for gas traveling to Utah. It’s right off the interstate which is great but it’s a tight parking lot/fuel station.

Gross. If you need a place to use the restroom while traveling through, just go to Walmart and find gas on that side of town. This place has exactly one disgusting bathroom open. Line goes to the door. Ew. I feel like I need a shower. Surely they could open up the associates bathroom to help out paying customers? It looks like the Exon west of this place (adjacent to Arbys) could be decent. Just go there instead.

What an awful gas station. Always a bad time stopping here.

Toilet was in very bad shape. I notified an employee about it and was told I already cleaned it an hour ago. I guess they dont mind re-cleaning it when the thing explodes after a few more uses.

Stopped to grab a soda and use the bathroom. There was a huge line of people before me waiting to use the restrooms as well. Finally when it was my turn the lady in front of me told me they were out of toilet paper so I told one of the workers who spoke very rudely to me in front of everybody and said she was going to clean the bathroom so We’d have to wait. She left for about five minutes and then came back and put toilet paper in the bathroom and as she was leaving I asked if she’d finished cleaning and she got angry at me again and then wandered off for another five minutes. There was a line clear back to the entrance behind me waiting for the restrooms and she deliberately embarrassed me in front of everyone. She could have just let everyone use the restroom and done something else productive in the meantime. She must be a very miserable woman to be so rude and unprofessional. I’ll never support any Kum and go after that experience

I love come and go this one was not any good it was very small very slow customer service was in bad need of management skills Ive been a long-time loyal customer for many years I will not be back here and neither will any of my associates

Everything is absolutely convenient coming off of the 82E at the Glenwood springs ; Aspen intersection. Watch out for the petty lard not allowing free hot water.

This is an easy place to stop for gas and snacks. The store is on the smaller side--it was quite crowded when I was here. The line for the restrooms stretched the length of the store--build some more stalls, guys.

I never had a problem here. Its not that big but its not small. & they take EBT 🔥

From last time I was here so much has change but as busy as it is these gas station is fast and easy!

Dirty restrooms but most importantly the new street configuration doesnt allows easy access into or out of the station. Had to wait fifteen minutes for other cars to finish pumping and leave, if I hadnt stood in the road to stop traffic wed still be there.
