Im still waiting for them to email me my receipt of some shoes I got over two weeks ago
This store needs to shut down. I purchased two pair of shoes from here. When I tried to return one pair, the MANAGER told me I had to wait until they made enough money to return the shoes. It was only 50 dollars. Like seriously, y’all struggling like that and I see why. The manager was rude. She suggested that I go to another store to return the shoes. She said she can’t return money until they make money ???? I don’t have anything to do with the money Footaction make when it comes to something I purchased that didn’t work out. I don’t shop here much but I can promise you this, I will never shop here again.
Theres a young lady that works there that is rude as Hell!!! She asked me what size shoes I wanted and we began having a conversation and she, literally, started talking to a friend and WALKED off talking while I was still standing there....talking to her!!! She spends more time socializing than doing her job! And we were having issues trying to use our military discount (myself amd my husband) I guess because hes retired, and the manager says to me he cant FORCE it to go through!! I had no attitude at all, just wanted to get my discount. Even longer story short, I ended up paying full price when I should have been able to use my husbands discount AND, from their words, my own veterans discount!! They didnt even offer any store credit or manually take the discount out!!!!! The only person that was completely respectful and honest was the young man that worked in there!!! If Goldsboro had more options in shopping, I would never go back there!!!!
