Terrible. No respect for customers. I bought Timberland shoes inJanuary at the Office Shoes store at the Arkad Mall in Budapest, Hungary and the shop assistant girl told me that to change it would be 6 months and the sneakers would have to be new without being used. I believed it and bought it because it would be a birthday gift and I received a guarantee invoice in Hungarian. Last week I went to the Office Shoes store in Arena Plaza in Budapest to change my shoes for Timberland boots and the manager refused to change because to change shoes it would be 3 days, not 6 months the shop assistant girl of the Arkad Mall she lied to me and he could not do anything and that was not his problem. He answered in a rude and arrogant way. He told me to complain to the Shoebox company that provides the shoes and I wrote to Shoeboxs email. And until today they still did not respond and simply ignored me. Be careful with Office Shoes, avoid buying sneakers at these stores. In addition to the fact that the shop assistants can trick you into selling shoes faster by saying that I have 6 months to change the shoes, beware that they will not refund your money if you want to return your shoes. They do not even have vouchers in this type of situation.

Short:Whoever can, avoid Office Shoes by far, it is hurtfully unfair to administer their warranty.Longer:In fact, nothing special happened to me, I could only experience the consumer-friendly attitude I used to get from the company.Like the other 1-star connoisseurs, my quality objection was rejected for a reason. According to them, I overloaded a good quality Bullboxer shoe in less than half a year, the original price of which is almost 30 thousand forints.Well, if they think I made the mistake of wearing my shoes on the street (downtown Budapest, on asphalt) and not just picked them up to sleep in the apartment at night so as not to expose them to unbearable physical impact, then I admit my responsibility.I only describe it so that everyone knows what to expect from Office Shoes. Anyone who fits to buy new shoes every six months because their warranty problem is being thrown away (it costs them money anyway), maybe looking for UTCAI shoes for sleeping / watching TV (strictly in an armchair and taking it off before getting up), I strongly recommend them because they have attractive looking products .However, if you stay as much as I do and want to wear your street shoes on the street, do not buy a new one every 5-6 months (even if it is best for the dear seller), or like the correct procedure in warranty administration, avoid far them. :)It is best that the rejection email even draws attention to the fact that no inspection body has the power to oblige them to change their position. If we do not agree with the decision, it is possible to apply to the Conciliation Board, whose decisions are not subject to Shoebox Kft. (Office Shoes).I would like to draw attention to this last paragraph, it is worth thinking more carefully before buying, why they write such beautiful ones, and what to expect from them if you have a warranty problem.

Incredibly PATIENT, NOT a cooperative company. COMPLAINTS HANDLING IS A FUN !!! For me, they are completely unsuitable for wasting the task and, of course, they put things that they have no idea about. When determining the root cause of a complaint, we do not guess and we write down lies !!! Im ashamed to have bought shoes here!I would respond to their response: Thank you for this nice template text. But the inside of a special 21 thousand HUF Tommy Hilfiger shoe, barely 3 months old, should not fall apart with 1.5 hours of normal use. I only walked in it and no more than 1.5 hours (maybe everyday walk is an extra strain ...) I was careful, I didnt even pick it up in the rain / wet road ... I dont need template text here, but it needs to be examined properly. If they dont want that, write it down ... but this amateurism is pretty outrageous !!!

Dear Office Shoes!A shoe was given down which was rejected, the email said it was a visual inspection of the shoe. But how could they do this, personally, if images were uploaded in the system in which the shoes were worn and judged on the basis that I had not used the shoe as intended ?! From a consumer protection point of view, I think this is quite objectionable.Is this how others complain about their complaint?

Their complaint handling is a joke. I brought in my shoes, they said they would send me to the examiner and he would decide if I would get my money back or not. Apparently my complaint was rejected, I add we are talking about a 32 thousand forint tommy hilfiger shoe, which got off its feet in about 1 month. The best thing about the email I received was that this particular tester had thoroughly examined the shoes and so on. Then I recently learned (from a former employee there) that the shoes would not be sent for inspection, they would just be photographed in the store and a decision would be made based on the pictures ..... so much about that. Never buy anything from them!

Their customer service is terrible, I ordered and paid for a shoe, but I did not receive a confirmation. I called the customer service, and instead of helping, I got the answer to check with my bank, and there might be a problem with the money being deducted. I then received an email from them stating that my order was successful in 2-5 business days for delivery. After the 6th working day, I wrote to them when to expect the shoes ... the answer was that they were unfortunately unable to fulfill my order due to lack of stock. Length after emailing where it was found to be absolutely non-problematic and helpful, linking to online problem-solving pages, proving they were mistaken, my order status was sent to the wrong email address. After that, he still stood above them. Joke

The material of my half-year-old Scechers sports shoe was broken on one side, and with a 2-year warranty I was right to take it for a replacement, expert opinion stated that the shoe had an external mechanical impact. However, as a layman, it does not appear to be a cut, but a piece of material that has fallen apart. It is easy to state this with your own expert and add that even if you turn to an external expert, you are not obliged to take that advice into account, and that litigation will be maximized. The minimum would have been to sell a defective product, apologize to the customer and replace it immediately.

Arcade - Office Shoes. Unfortunately, this is how I went about trying to enforce the warranty.Everybody should forget about the guarantee, because they do not have one. No repairs, no replacement, no refund! You cant do much because you write in your complaint confirmation letter that Shoebox Ltd. does not submit to Arbitration Board Decisions so there is only one way to go to court, but there is no one who takes a shoe to court . I will never buy at Shoebox (Office Shoes) again, please do not do the wrong business, their only purpose is to keep the money with them, they have no regard for the customers. My Lacoste shoes bought for $ 30e were destroyed after 5-6 uses, unfortunately I noticed in the rainy weather, when my shoes were soaked up from the soles, I had to spend half a day in a soaked shoe, which I had time to bring back. Reading the opinions I regret buying from them, although I had bad experiences with them. 50,000 Forints tommy hilfiger boots are likely to be counterfeit. I did not wear it for 1 month, and some of the rubber sole penetrates as if it were on a rod.He was sent to repair where he stayed for 1 month and then stayed in the shop for 2 weeks. I have to walk around afterwards. When I saw it ... The insole seemed to be torn and glued together. That was the fix, all the same. Pathetic. Im still running with it if I dont exchange or return money I will turn to consumer protection. NEVER BUY IN OFFICE SHOES !!! Thats not so bad, these are certainly not genuine shoes .....

I bought a $ 30,000 Lacoste shoe from them. My sole separated from the upper in about 2 months, so I took care of it, only went to town with it, and didnt even see the rain, cleaned it. I have 36 days with my shoe, it is under repair ... I bought a Tommy boots that broke after 1 month. He let go of the gluing and also came apart when sewing. Boots back to the protocol we wrote about how we want to get the money back. Today I received an email to fix it. Yes, but spring and summer come and the warranty expires. When I know how to wear it again, it wont be long after that. If it goes to ruin again, I bought a shit for 1 to 2 thousand forints for 1-2 months. The answer to the telephone customer service was that it wouldnt ruin it. If you do, I can take it for X thousand forints. But my boots are missing again and I can take another one because I dont want to go in for sports in winter. It would not have been logical to get money back or off the price of the product. They wrote that they saw this as the most cost effective solution. A company like that? Smaller stores can see that in vain branded products are still of poor quality and can easily repay the purchase price. It is a shame that this may happen. The next step will be consumer protection.Level 2.My boots came but only one of the bugs was fixed. He was sent back to do it properly because he was breaking up even when sewing. The answer came. DENIED.They dont do it without exchanging it down to buy the money they dont give back.I did this in Hungarian.Now Im going to consumer protection.

Sketchers shoes have not been on my feet for a month, they are punctured at their corners. I am not waiting for a minute, I will go to Consumer Protection, but it is illegal to write a 5-week date when it should be replaced or legally returned within 15 days, as defined by law.

According to the original price, I was able to wear my boots for more than 40,000 forints for a total of 2 weeks, after which I had to take them back to the store. In a word: catastrophic. Together with the Playersroom (where, as we know, there is no guarantee), they were among the shops to be avoided from afar. The case: I ordered several products from them online, and after nothing happened for a week and a half (a 2-5 day deadline is written on the website) I would have called them where my order was. Of course, I could have guessed then that it would be a problem, because the phone didnt ring ... After that, I wrote a letter to which the answer came 2 days later that there were no shoes, but since I paid in advance and had another order, which was not answered, I had to write again about the other order, which later received the same response: the product you want to ship is damaged, dimensionally defective, etc. Well, I think that answer is a consumer protection fine in itself, because how do they think they give the same unworthy answer to my multiple letters that: etc. Its a whole joke, they could have written that you were down. I’m curious to see when my money will be refunded, but I guarantee that if I don’t arrive this week, I’ll make a report, also at consumer protection, because that’s nonsense. Its disgusting what this company is doing. I took them to a Converse shoes by brutally crackled from 0 minutes. One of my friends remarked, that once bought a similar minsőéget underpass. The first time I wanted to replace it was told that they would repair it, which of course lasted one and a half months. But I do not give up, I will go on as long as you need to get your money back.

We bought CAT shoes for 25600 Ft. We had the same shoe before, it was 4 years old, so we dared to buy another one. Alternately wore a pair of the old one, but many places let go of each shoe sticking within 6 months. They rejected. They had an external impact on their shoes.

Unspeakable!I bought a pair of boots at the Office Shoes store in Mammut2. We talked to the seller for a long time about whether I need a waterproof boot because I spend a lot of time outdoors in the snow. The most accurate company in the world and the most useless customer service. After a manufacturing defective boot was sent out, the defect I reported was not investigated during the investigation of the complaint and the complaint was rejected. When I indicated this, my messages were ignored, they refused to acknowledge the complaint. In addition, a stranger’s used shoes were sent to my address and they wanted to call in another wrong order to take over to Corvin Plaza. The customer service representative repeats a sentence and also refuses to answer the questions asked. I bought TOMMY HILFIGER shoes at them at ARENA mall for about 30 thousand forints, the gluing on his nose was released after 3 months, his interior disintegrated, just wearing the shoes only on weekends (obviously I was not football). Unfortunately, I had no time to deal with it, so only after the 6 months had passed did I report the problem in the shop (when I was in Budapest). They refused, saying half a year passed, minutes were given to try to enforce the 2-year warranty with the conciliation body. The board said they had a lot of problems with this com- pany, they would never be subject to any decision, and I would certainly not go to court. Well, I am also one of those who make this completely incompetent management an index.I ordered from them online a month ago. The amount was of course deducted and then came the automatic response that the shoes were not available. I provided the bank details to refund the purchase price, which I have been waiting for for six weeks now. Their phone is unavailable, indicating a busy schedule when no one is being picked up. They do not respond to emails.

I would not recommend it to anyone, I bought a Lacoste shoe about 3 months ago that I wore for maybe 1 month. I have applied for a replacement for the second time but it was rejected because the cost of the repair does not exceed the amount of the shoes..It wouldnt even be a problem if the shoes were already a year old ...

This review is not for the store, but for the entire Office Shoes. I bought faulty shoes, the manufacturing fault was acknowledged by the company. But he rejected my request for replacement because the shoe could be repaired and replacement would be a disproportionate additional cost for the company. The NGM Decree on such cases (19/2014. (IV. 29.)) Reads as follows: Section 5 The undertaking shall endeavor to carry out the repair or replacement within a maximum of fifteen days. In contrast, Office Shoes signs the shoe delivery protocol with the injured party so that one line of the impossibly densely filled paper has a date on which the product can be picked up. This delivery date is plus 35 days. When exchanging letters on their Facebook page, they boasted that the shoe had been taken to the shoemaker “already” on the 7th day after delivery. Wonderful! By the time I get my somehow repaired autumn shoes back, the first snow is falling. Our discussion on their Facebook profile was closed by my disabling, and my posts were removed. Pitiáner, a small company. Beware of them!Update:I got my shoes back, as an repair the original 4-5mm thick insole was replaced with another, 11mm thick, according to Cipőkontroll Kft. Thus, according to the attached protocol, repair is both professionally and aesthetically appropriate. Of course, the shoes became tight after that. I also noticed after I was able to look at the shoe without an insole that the asymmetrical wearing feeling originally complained was not because of the insole, but the shoe is cut, one almost half an inch narrower inside, at the sole vault.I took it back to the store ... this complaint was no longer accepted, they insisted on the aforementioned sentence of the previous expert opinion. And I got tired of the fight, the shoes are at home, the 1 year warranty is slowly expiring without me wearing the shoes. Maybe I’ll mail it to London, the owner of Office Shoes, to see if he can start something with it, or in the course of a performance, I’ll smash it into a small mistletoe with a special tool in front of the store door.

Shoebox Ltd., the company that operates the Office Shoes stores, does not replace or repair the $ 34,900 Lacoste shoe purchased for 5 months and used for 3 months. (The glue and stitching were bad for the shoe) You inspect the shoe with your expert, who of course decides against the buyer. I do not recommend it to buyers who would like to use the warranty in the event of a defect.
