Waited more than 10 mins in the drive thru just to get my fav KK raspberry filled donuts & sugar glazed for my hubby. But its worth the wait. Perfect with my black coffee😍

Dining in is prohibited right now because of Covid. It’s drive through only. But you don’t know that until you get out of the car, walk up to the door and happen to notice the tiny sign saying so. Doughnuts seem to be much smaller than they were a couple of years ago. And expensive.

I always love Krispy Kreme donuts but on this visit they were out of the cinnamon rolls and the pumpkin spice latte.

Staff at window very rude. Had to pull up to window because staff said she couldnt understand us. While at window, We tried to place an order. Staff started taking order from the car that drove up to speaker and ignored us trying to order. Left without doughnuts because she wouldnt take our order. Completely disappointed in the Saturday drive thru staff. And were out of the special chocolate iced doughnut for a dozen 🤔

When they have the kreme filled donuts, now that’s what I’m talking about. And who came up with putting the kreme in a regular donut instead of a big puff donut is a genius!!!! Love them!!!!

The service is always really good at this place. The donuts are excellent, fresh and delicious. Their have everything that your need, coffee, donuts and accessories.

The cleanliness is stellar, The location is golden in terms of proximity, ease of ingress and egress to the parking lot. Its literally close to everything, and never more than 10 minutes from home. I know this chain is Nationwide but, In eastern North Carolina, Krispy Kreme is a staple. This location like the others, is 100% a five star establishment all the way around. They have all the donut flavors and styles anyone could want, but they have one very special thing you rarely find anywhere else; The HOT GLAZED DOUGHNUT, quite possibly the most fun food ever eaten by anybody, anywhere, ever. I have yet to find any donut shop, whether it be a mom and pop spot, or another chain, that can even attempt to come close to the miraculousness of this unbelievably delicious and literally addictive treet.

The Goldsboro, NC Krispy Kreme is the best! My daughter and I went for the 2021 Grad promotion late this afternoon. I know they have been busy all day and are probably tired, but the young girl at the drive thru was so kind, complimented her on the Senior banner we showed her, and said, Congratulations!Your kindness made our day!

Doughnuts are wonderful as usual. Two employees at window need training on true customer service. I ordered a cold latte. Chocolate and caramel on the outside of the glass. No napkins. Very disappointed.

OMG, when they say hot they mean hot.... at 6pm when the hot light is on. We never wait in line we just refuse to buy this night was date night so we waited. Although it took about 45min it was worth it. My only and biggest complaint is the location. This is a HIGHLY busy area it is located in. To me its dangerous and thank goodness there have been no accidents that I can recall. But I wish they would really consider moving it.

The employees at this store are the nicest people youll ever want to do business with. The doughnuts, well....theyve gotta be what a little piece of heaven tastes like.

Always have good glazed donuts but getting into this place is a MAJOR pain. I feel they really need to re-locate because more ofton then not Im sitting in the road with other cars blocking traffic. Awesome glazed donuts though.

Love this place. Ladies behind the counter have always been nice and its the only place I can get cinnamon apple full donuts. The place in Knightdale last two times I been in there a short Asian woman behind the counter has been rude. Yesterday I just turn and walk out.

Even though it is busy its worth the wait they constantly have deals. Even if you get assorted they still good and fresh.

Is there really any better doughnut in America? The only complaint I have about this location is the parking. Hard to get in, just as hard to get out...especially on a busy day. But honestly, its worth it to get those sweet rings!!!

The good: Its Krispy Kreme and its at a convenient location on Berkley.The bad: Customer service, if thats what you need theres a DD down the street.

First and most all the doughnuts are delicious! But yesterday I was rushed with an attitude by an employee there ! Honestly if you don’t love what you do or have patients for it just leave and let another person take that position like it supposed to. I will be contacting the store manager because no customer should be treated like I was yesterday.

What can I say about donuts. They were good. I got a dozen in various flavors. Everything was excellent except when I got to the regular hot donuts. They were sweet, very sweet. Much sweeter than I could have ever imagined. I threw away the rest of the regular one for one of the others which was just right. Im not kidding. Someone must have slipped and dumped over the limit of sugar on the plain ones. I know that this not normal as I have had donuts from this place before and they were excellent.

I ordered these online during the time hot and ready’s were available. I waited in a VERY long line to get them. I was so relieved when she told me that she was going to make sure I got what I requested!! I wish more employees cared like her! She deserves a raise and promotion for wanting to go the extra mile!! Literally these are the best donuts ever! I went for the first time ever today. I went through the drive through and order a half dozen of the original glazed. I told the lady that it was my first time trying Krispy Kreme and she said that she hoped I would enjoy, then she offered me a different donut to try for free! I loved the donuts and appreciated the great customer service!

We went through the drive through and picked up our order. Line and wait went very quick so apparently everyone inside were working hard. The doughnuts were awesome as usual and everything was great.

I loved to see the conveyor belt with the glazed donuts being made. I was told when the Hot sign is on, that is the best time to get the donuts. I would definitely recommend for others. The donuts were not too sweet either.

So I had NO clue today was Get a free original filled donut day... poor gal at the window was D.O.N.E. This location is always busy. The gals in the morning are awesome!! They go above and beyond when we have an early morning order for our soccer club.

I was beyond horrified with my experience. i went online to look over the menu because its only drive through, decided on my order, got up to the window to order, i begin asking for a doughnut she rudely informed me that you were out then as i asked for another kind she said we aint got em, what else. I ordered 2 regular glazed she then added 2 regular glazed doughnuts that i didnt ask for to my dozen when i told her that wasnt correct she cut me off with my total and said pull up to the window. i got no hello or have a nice day just a hand for my card and a box of wrong doughnuts.....

Love Krispy Kreme donuts! Found this one in our travels, stopped in, and it was National Donut Day! We each got a free donut! This is a great location; clean, well organized, friendly staff, and FRESH Krispy Kreme donuts! I wish I lived here!

So I give a call to this place and I ask my question and the lady that answered me was like “please hold” I was waiting for her to come back to the phone for 10 minutes and answer my question. I could hear that she was laughing and talking with either customers or workers. This to me is very disrespectful because I am not asking for nothing FREE!! I am asking to make business with this establishment. I really don’t understand why I was treated this way. If I wanted to make business with this establishment before I am sure not gonna make business with this Krispy Kreme at all. Very unprofessional people that should not be working in customer service.
