Been going here for years! In the last year alone, service, food and drink quality has improved very much! I always love the coffee and wide selection of food choices whether from the kiosk or convenience shelves. Drive thru is convenient. Inside ordering is efficient. Associate Josh provided excellent service to my boyfriend and I tonight!

Bathrooms were clean enough. But, when we were in the check out line (which was very long and slow, by the way), there was a discusting burning smell followed by a defeaning ringing sound. No employees explained what was going on, they just acted like it was a regular thing. They didnt act like they wanted to be there.

This store was definitely not Sheetz standard of cleanliness. There was days worth of trash outside the store.

When you use your Sheetz card @ the gas pumps, it is supposed to reduce the cost of your gas pumped by three cents per gallon. This never happens @ the pump. I have to go inside after pumping my gas & show the cashier my receipt & the cashier gives me three cents for each gallon of gas that my receipt shows I purchased.This is very inconvenient for Sheetz gas customers!

Do not shop here. Go to Handy Mart across the street. Even the manager I spoke to said I should go to Handy Mart instead. If you have any sort of issue do not expect the manager to help you. I had an issue getting the gas discount off of my fuel fill up and ask to see a manager about what they could do because the cashier assured me it would take my discount off. the manager simply and bluntly stated there was nothing they could do the cashier was just wrong and made a mistake. I said so what youre telling me is you cant do anything for me to fix this and I should shop at Handy Mart in the future and she said if thats what you feel like you need to do. And from now on I will shop at Handy Mart and urge everyone else to as well. I had a similar issue at Handy Mart a few weeks ago with their discount program not working. Do you know what they did when I brought it to their manager attention? They opened up the register and gave me the amount the discount was supposed to be. One service station shows how they are supposed to handle customer issues and the other doesnt. Flat out shop at Handy Mart and not at Sheetz. even the managers agree

I went in to use the restroom and they were atrocious. The toilet on the right had fecal matter all throughout the Tolkien and some on the walls. I know Sheetz employees didn’t do this, but the bathrooms could have been cleaned.

Food took too long & was missing half of our order, technically all of it due to mislabeling our food, putting our number on someone elses. This might not be the whole chain, however this location was not satisfactory.

Out of 4 burger items we ordered none had cheese and one was burnt so bad it was rock hard.

Stood in line for 10 minutes because the ice machine was not working only to be told the only way I can get ice is to go through the drive-through. They said they couldn’t help me because there were too many people inside and I would have to wait for the ice machine to make ice. I asked if they couldn’t just go to the drive-through and get me ice and they refused. Unbelievable. So, I go to the truck drive-through to get a fountain iced tea, but it’s not on the menu. No one answers me to take the order because it doesn’t show up on the screen. Most frustrating experience ever.

I just bought a biscuit from sheetz in Rosewood. I was TINY and hard as a brick. Absolutely inedible. Whoever microwaved this biscuit must have thought they were microwaving a roast! took forever to get this horrible hockey puck! Never again. Do not buy their biscuits!

They do have ice cream an interesting enough they have a drive-through for food. At least when I came through the bathrooms could use a little maintenance.

I go to this store every day. Most of the people who work there are great . Really nice, except Lindsay Smith . Shes very nasty.

I love this place. When my 11 year old grandson visits, he gets the pizza urge late at night, and I proceed to spoil him. Sheetz is 7 miles away. Always fine folks working there, quality products, good prices and I feel safe in their well lit parking areas. I would recommend visiting this Sheetz anytime.

Food is always good at this location. The night manager lady always seems to be upset and doesnt really spread a positive attitude around there towards customers or her employees. Other employees are always nice and friendly, shannon is always very nice and does a great job!!

I love that this location is always open. Fast and prompt service.The gas prices are very competitive.Dont forget to sign up for your Sheetz card so you can save 3 cents off a gallon of gas, and get freebies!Food is on par with a fast food place, but some menu items are better.

Always a great place to stop whether traveling or your local this is a great stop. Need food its made fresh to order. Staff is friendly and the entire store is clean and modern.

Gas lanes to small if two large vehicles or trailers are between two pumps. Good food served slowly. Outstanding prices on gas.

This Sheetz location is pretty consistent. I normally go there for gas and or coffee. The store is always clean. They are currently going through a renovation, but it has not stopped their ability to provide good service.

Variety of made to order food and snacks, clean restrooms. Staff is always friendly but Big Jon and Ms Mary go the extra mile to remember their customers and always greet me with me smile and ask how my day is going. By far my favorite gas station. Most places cant wait for you to get out but the staff here is always friendly and helpful.

This Sheetz is about halfway between Raleigh and the beach (Morehead City/Atlantic Beach). Its huge and they have pretty much anything you could want. Great place to stop for a break to grab some food or snacks. They have everything from Buffalo mac & cheese to kale chips. Coffee and smoothies. Even has a place inside to sit down and eat.

Absolutely getting sick and tired of your stores not meeting the standards of sheets. I had to try 3 different pumps to use my sheets card to get my discount for gas and to top it off the store is always dirty and poorly taken care of. If you need me to be a secret shopper let me know because I’m embarrassed!!!

Not your typical Sheetz. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Sorry I stopped here. I travel a lot and Sheetz are my go to place as they are always clean and efficient stops.

Not a bad place. The special order food can be expensive, especially if you have a large family. The food is good, but still kind of expensive. Not a bad place to stop and get a quick snack, if youre on the go.

A winning formula strikes again!It is tough to beat SHEETZ for there convenience ~~ clean restrooms, multitude of snack choices, and flowing aisles to the register.When you are on the road you want to be in and out!

Bathrooms are as clean as should be, when in the VERY long check out line a burning smell followed by a very loud sound, probably smoke detector. Staff seems like they dont want to be there.

Newly built in mid 2015. Drive thru available for food ordering/pickup. Gas prices consistently amongst the lowest in a 25 mile radius, as they are constantly battling two other competing gas stations on the same corner for lowest gas price.

What was I thinking? After a long day of moving, we had to grab a bite to eat. Unfortunately for my family it was after 1am. Sheetz was the closest option, so we gave it a try. Boy was that a mistake. The food was horrible. Everyone, all 5 of us, had something to complain about, which is rare. To top it off, it costed over $50 to eat. Fries were drenched in oil. Burgers were thin an tasteless. Definitely a one-and-done experience.

Love that its 24 hours, especially since the Walmart isnt anymore. And they have lots of variety. But the night crew is SLOW. and not because theyre busy. Plus dont use the drive through unless you got 30 minutes to wait.

Sheetz has always been the best. Lots of snack selections, tons of good food, and havent had a bad customer service experience yet. Whatever you have a craving for, they probably have it, and you cant go wrong with any of it!

As a gas station goes, Sheetz is great. The rewards program sucks, but even ignoring the rewards program part Sheetz is still the best game in town.

When in a crunch or you just need a good snack to quell your hunger Sheetz is the place. They offer standard cooked to order American Fare and their 2 for $1 hotdogs with your choice of condiments are always a hit with the lunch crowd. My favorite is the grilled cheese with tomato and two kinds of cheese. With your free Sheetz card you can get discounts on gas and drinks. Sometimes, your drink is Free! They only close for a few hours from 2a.m. to 4a.m. on Saturday nights at the Sheetz North Greenville locale. I do not know about other locations.

I love sheetz and have never had a problem sometimes you have to wait a bit longer on the food but quality is always good.

Just moved to goldsboro. Went in to get some breakfast, ordered 2 croissants which were expensive (>$5) for just sausage and cheese. In addition to this it took about 20 min to make them, then I get to my house to eat them and its like eating cardboard. Absolutely ridiculous!

This place is very hit or miss as far as you getting the correct thing if you order food me and my boyfriend have been to a few different sheetz to grab a quick lunch and this is the only one we ever have an issue with they are very slow vompared to other sheetz and on top of them being slow if you order a glat bread you are garunteed to get the wtong thing if you order the flat bread as a whole you get the correct thing but if you order the half you get your sandwich made on the breakfast flat bread which is about a third of the size of the whole one. Aside from the flat bread issue if they make your sandwich incorrect you have to bring your recipt to them and prove to them that it was made wrong and even after you do that it takes them 10 minutes to get you your sandwich made right i have pretty much decided now that if we want sheetz we will just drive out of the way to avoid this one which is a dissapoint thing sense we live 10 minutes from here

Just left Sheetz waited way too long for food then it was cold when I ordered it hit I paid extra for extra toppings that I did not get and then I wanted my jalapeno bites separate they out them on my sandwich and left out the cheddar cheese that I paid .80 cents for get it together its not hard to make a sandwich its literally on the screen in front of you 👍

Good for gas, but dont order any food thats made to order–like ice cream or milkshakes. Its not real milk and tastes line processed garbage.

Well I am a Combat Veteran US Army, Airborne, OIF 2003. Employed by a locally owned restraunt across from this Sheetz. Recently Ive been without transportation, so I catch a ride into town when its convenient for my family. I spend a a lot of time waiting for my shift to start or between shifts at this location, I do purchase products and do not disturb the normal flow of business by remianing quite and enjoying my coffee or food. Also I purchase gas for my transportation from Sheetz. Today I purchased a crush ice drink and within 5 min of sitting down was confronted by an employee, qouteyou are not considered a shop lifter but because you been here to long you have to go. I said ok and began getting my things like phone and pen/pad back in my bag when over the intercom I was made a spectacle and threatened with police intervention. This was in only a couple minutes since asked to leave, which I was coin complete compliance. I guess I should have sprinted out the door like a common criminal, even though I just wanted to enjoy the dining facility obviously put there to consume your products. I want to know how much do I have to spend to how much time is available to me in this location. I am a very easy going person and fought for this country, please let me know what is your official corporate policies on this because it is not posted or made clear for customers like myself and everyone. if I should start a campaign of detraction with my considerably vaste network of highly influential citizens of rosewood and surrounding areas, the damage to your year of year business growth will be noticable, also I will mention this incident to every veteran I encounter at the weekly breakfast and every chance to show how this veteran was shamed and threatened with arrest over drinking a Sheetz fountain drink for 5 minutes while charging his phone. I should have an answer from a corporate representative within 48hrs or every person I meet will hear how this store treated me in such a callus and rude way as a paying customer. Again what is your corporate policies on time and amount so I no I am not being treated unfairly do to some biased opinion of a bigited manager of Sheetz, who obviously has no ability yo cnfront and explain these things like an adult. Worst visit to a sheetz ever. All the garbage cans by the pumps were overflowing. No receipt available at the pump. The two girls working were too busy talking to each other to ring us up. The bathroom was a mess. Im usually very satisfied stopping at all sheetz locations. This place was terrible!

Im so glad Sheetz came to Goldsboro. Gobbz are my favorite, but the MTO foods are great too! Wisconsin Cheddar Birds are sooo yummy.
