Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Short wait times. & I use their auto text/call notifications.

I love the drive thru option. I have been a customer for some time now and have my fathers prescriptions filled here as well. I get text notifications when refills are needed and can confirm with a reply. The wait times are a bit excessive at times, but im in the comfort of my car so I dont mind. Always been treated nice and prices without plan are reasonable but with a plan very affordable. Saved over $60 on Pops medications. Only wish they could sell otc items, like cough drops, at drive thru.

I’ve never had a transaction with this pharmacy go smoothly. For example, after calling to verify they were preparing our Tamiflu prescriptions for me and my child, I was told they’re ready to pick up. When we try to pick it up we’re told they’re actually out of stock. Why was I not told this over the phone when I called? I’m done with them after this.

I love this Walmart, they have several lanes open everytime I go and it doesnt take long for me to get through them. But because the store is so cleaned and well organized, I tend to spend too much time and money shopping 😁. If youve never been, go. Im more than sure your first experience will be a great one.

If I could leave less I would. Over the last 2 years customer service is hit & miss. Majority is always terrible. They dont follow up on refills, AWFUL billing practices, no problem charging you & saying your insurance doesnt cover. Will harass you to pick it up after 3 days. They will enroll your # in text alerts with out asking, even home phones. Drive thru occasionally works or wont hold most scripts. Rude cashiers, the pharmacist ignores what goes on at the front counters, & appears inconvenienced by consults or questions. Chalonda is rude to all customers & acts this way to everyone in front of pharmacist & they allow her. Transferring locally owned pharmacy who wants my business & treats me pleasantly. GOOD BYE.

I have never been treated so badly . I hope you go anywhere but here.when I asked about my order they said they had never heard of me.and just walked away and started taking care of someone else who was standing in the line. instead of saying I am sorry sir but we have not received your order yet. VERY RUDE!!!!!

Long wait times and a lack of basic communication make this a place to avoid. The pharmacist is cordial and professional, the rest of the staff just seem not to care.

The Pharmacy has gone downhill since Gwen left and went to the Spence St Walmart Pharmacy. There is always a line. It takes forever to pickup your prescriptions. Going to transfer all of my prescriptions to another Pharmacy if I have to deal with this again. Its as if they are there just to get their paychecks, not to help the customer.

They fax refill requests to doctor but do not follow up. Falls between the cracks. Have to keep chasing back and forth between them and doctors office.
