Is this Ed Bradleys company? Because we never had a designer Adrienne work with us. Ed and Susan,(she is a doll) . They were very nice people, okay prices but they dont return our calls or fix our problems in the closets. They have only one installer named Troy and at some points he was arrogant. We thought he has been doing this too long and should retire. We do want that one hamper to be fixed and a cam needs tightening and that is it. We are sorry we went with them but at the time there was no one else.

Now that I spend more time in my home office than any other room, I decided it was time for a revamp. I reached out to Closet Factory after seeing examples on their website of various projects including offices. Their designer Adrianne met with me and immediately identified a better way to maximize my space. A few weeks later - their expert install guys came out and did a really nice job of making sure everything was perfect. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and service I received.

Interviewed 3 different closet organizers. This is the only one who worked with me and my ideas. With the others it was their way or no way. Ive had them do two closets and will definitely use them again!!!
