Terrible experience. Went in to start new service with Verizon and purchase a new phone. Was told right off the bat that they honor all the current Verizon promotions. However would not honor the one featured on the website regarding trading in a phone and switching carriers. Should have been $400 towards the phone but they would not do it. Called Verizon corporate and Go Wireless corporate both confirmed that they offer that discount and should have applied it to the transaction. Both offices also confirmed that sales reps work on commission and applying discounts lowers their commission. Likely why they would not honor the promotion. Do your homework and make sure you know what you are entitled to pay before you go to the store.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Sat with a sales representative for 30 minutes, reviewing plans, prices and different specials that were currently being offered. Employee was very friendly and gave us specific instructions on what to do to close out our contract with T-Mobile and what deals we would then receive from Verizon. We closed our contract with T-Mobile at a tune of $900 and returned to the Verizon store the next day. Was then informed by store manager that the very specific plan that we had mapped out with the employee was incorrect and that we would not be receiving the rebate she had promised. I showed the store manager the notes that we had reviewed with the employee and was told, there was nothing she could do. Basically, we paid money out on the strength of what these employees told us and the store manager was unwilling to honor what they had said. Manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. Our hope had been to have a great experience transferring to Verizon, but instead we were lied to and treated poorly. Horrible experience!

We walked in to get a prepaid card and there were 2 workers in the front. One was busy helping another customer and the other was taping up boxes. The one taping boxes told us she would be with us as soon as she could. After she finished taping the boxes she walked into the back and left us standing for about10 minutes. When she came back she didn’t even apologize for the wait or thank us for waiting. It should also be noted that this worker’s tag showed she’s the Store Manager. Not the best customer service at this location.

Fast service but store rep jumped to quickly on only one deal. 650 off one one phone trade in. Didnt give any other options than a new line and phone. went to on the verizon phone line in which that representative found way better deal for us savings of over $850 for a better phone( Samsung 21 5g plus) in addition this store Didnt have anything to show us as they were remodeling. ( no pics screens pc views) I like to see what Im about to plunk down a grand on.

I just bought a new i phone and watch with Vanessa it was super easy and she helped me take advantage of all the current promotions. She even helped me set up and transfer my phone number, all my pics and info. She was very professional and patient even when I was having trouble with my passwords she walked me through every step. If you need to switch services and upgrade your phone this is the place to come and if your lucky Vanessa will be available to help you out too!

This use to be my go to Verizon store, they use to have super friendly staff. Not anymore! I ordered a phone for in store pickup, went out pick it up and the 2 ladies working could not be more rude or care any less about getting my business. I will not be back.

If I could leave no stars I would. This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Vanessa was rude and completely unhelpful when I went in trying to make a purchase. When I asked for her name she responded with why?! Like what?! It is common courtesy and of course the only reason she didn’t want to give it up is because she knew she was being completely rude! Never will I step foot in this store again. Trust me when I say it is worth the extra drive time to go somewhere else.

Highly recommend this location-- specifically for the customer service. We had a wonderful experience working with Mylena today. She was very professional and personable while she helped my mom upgrade her phone and walked her through the process of transferring her data. Mylena took the time to answer my moms questions (she had many) with patience and poise. She is very knowledgable about the products and would be an excellent trainer for new employees. We totally recommend working with her if you have the chance!

This store is AWFUL! The manager is condescending and just plain RUDE! She started off with an attitude problem and ended with, go outside and when we FEEL like seeing you, we will call you! WOW! Customer service is not this woman’s forte! I see hundreds of people a week, I will not recommend anyone come here!

This store by far has the worst customer experience I have received. I ordered my phone online and it was ready to pick up today (next day). I stop by and checked in with a really rude lady that doesn’t even want to speak with you and I was informed that there was about 1-2 hours wait. I witness an older gentleman waiting in-front of me and he went inside the store and was immediately asked to go outside and wait. It was cold for me to stand outside I bet it was cold for him as well. The store has enough room for social distancing inside. I was ok waiting which took only about 30 minutes when I got a text message that my order was ready. I checked in with Vanessa she gave me my bag and I took off. I opened my bag in the car to find out the phone box was already opened. The inside of the box was super dusty and dirty and the phone was full of fingerprints and makeup. The charger was not put back in the box correctly and to me this was a used item. Plus the seal clearly says “DO NOT ACCEPT IS SEAL IS BROKEN” I went back inside and I told Vanessa if my my phone was good because the seal was opened, her response “yeah we just need to open to make sure it is the same color”. I then told her that the inside was very dirty and all she said was “yeah” and went ahead and ignored me. I left because they have no patience to even listen to you.I called the Verizon call center to informed them about this concerned and they were able to help me out.Never again will I order from this store, I understand there is a lot of frustration with this pandemic but these ladies are way to upset to assist us.

11/27/20- My wife ordered a IPhone 12 Pro Max. She was having trouble activating the phone. So she decided to jump in the car and go to the store at 1120 N. Estrella, Goodyear, Az. She arrived 45 before closing, upon her arrival she asked if someone could help her activate the new phone. She was told she would have received an email with a new sims code and because she had already erased her old device she had to go over and speak to someone on what they call the “pay phone” to get help. They told her to turn off her phone and she was not familiar the new device and she didn’t know how to power it off. “They said “have you had a iPhone before?” After turning off the phone and turning it back on it began to receive text messages and phone calls. My wife left the store in tears and will never return. The personnel in this store couldn’t have been more rude. The lack of concern and lack of customer service is totally unacceptable. I hope the management for this store will understand the seriousness of this situation and replace the personnel in this store.

Furthermore, Im not going to tell them the simple things they could do to make the customer experience better because they would not listen to me when I needed them to. If I ran my business like that, I wouldnt have a business.This company is not interested in customer service. I arrived 45 minutes before closing (they close early now for NO REASON) to pick up a tablet I ordered from them. 5 min, in and out...thats what it shouldve been.The sign inside the door says in clear language Please wait here so I did. The lady behind the counter asks me if I signed in and please do so and wait outside...they might not get to me today and I may have to come back tomorrow. I think 45 minutes should be plenty of time to help the TWO customers in the store and the ONE ahead of me. I sign in and step outside to wait in 108 degrees.40 minutes later, they still havent called the person ahead of me so I leave because theyre obviously not going to get to me today.They call me the next day to remind me to pick up my tablet. I talk to the manager and say OK. Ill be in to pick it up. Im not waiting in line for it though because I already waited in your line yesterday. She tells me that I will have to wait my turn. I insisted that I already had. So I told her to send the tablet back. I would order direct from Verizon.

I have to say this location has the best employees. Tiara took several hours to help me switch over from TMobile on a business line. She was exceptionally patient, supportive and professional. I was an honor working with her and I highly recommend new customers to bring their business to this site. Not once did they make me feel rushed, and they continued to serve us with a smile. Tiaras manager was equally supportive and professional. 5+ STARS!!!!

I would like to comment on the great service that my husband and I had today at your Verizon store on Estrella parkway in Goodyear, AZ. Gloria, the lady who helped us, was above and beyond in great Customer service. We are in our late 70s and are not that knowledgeable in the technology field. She had patience with us and extremely helpful.

Daisy helped my mom and I get myself an iPhone 6+ and switched my old 6 to my moms line. She was extremely helpful and very nice during the entire process. The 2 other girls that were working were also very nice, friendly and helpful. She made the process quick, and got my mom a reliable phone, instead of her old, 3G iPhone 4. (Kind of like the one Daisy has,from what she told us) TIME TO GET DAISY A NEW PHONE GUYS! Shes great!

Horrible GoAdvantage plan. Bought 2 screen replacement plans, 1 for my phone and 1 for my wifes phone, both the same day and the same plan. Went to get our screens replaced and found out that the 2nd phone was somehow not added to my GoAdvantage App, had to call tech support, have them add it, wait 48 hours for it to show up on my app then drive back to the store to get my 2nd screen protector. Went back again and now I was told they added the 2nd plan to my App but added it the wrong way, instead of a free replacement, which is what I paid for, it was added as a discounted replacement and I would have to pay $10. The only solution would be for me to call tech support, again, have them correct the issue, again, drive back to the store, again, to get my free replacement. The rep could see I had purchased it, but we cannot make any changes from here, only the GoAdvantage support line can help. Its not worth my time to go through all this for $10 so went ahead and just paid it, even though it was their mistake, TWICE! Do not purchase anything from this store, total rip off!

A young lady by the name of Dani happened to wait on me and I will tell you that every business in the valley should have a person like her on their staff. I came in because I had to upgrade my phone. I had to buy out the old phone so I was not overly excited about having to come in. Michael C made my experience great! He really got me taken care of and I left very happy with my new Note 8 phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The other store reps were very friendly as well. Overall very great experience coming into this little store, I will avoid waiting in line at the big stores anytime to come in here and be treated like a friend! This store is smaller than the big corporate stores and they may need to order you an item because the inventory is smaller than a big store, but they can help you with anything, just have to call and ask. Ask for Michael if you need anything at all!

Took my Samsung galaxy phone in to have my info transferred to my new IPhone. Wasnt sure if they could do this considering I had not purchased a phone here but do live nearby. Told the lady my situation and she was very helpful and professional since she was having a hard time getting the info to transfer. I do not want to come out as mean but I am so mad that I will. Useless people! They will blame you for everything and not take responsibility of their faults. Also if they try to give you that liquid glass protection scam, dont just get a regular screen protector. Go to the store off of Litchfield, they are much nicer and willing to help you instead of blame you. Will never use this store again.

Super informational and helpful. Didnt push me to buy their cases or their packages or their whatever, just provided me the information and allowed me to make my own decisions. They do it how it should be done.Side story: one of the employees was being yelled at by a customer who, no matter what they said, was going to yell at them because she didnt want to have to buy a new phone and she clearly thought the entire world was trying to victimize her. It was very much not GoWireless fault in any capacity. While being yelled at the guy helping her remained very composed and attempted to be helpful the entire time. It was laughable. But bravo.

Had some slight confusion with an employee and ended up figuring it out. Im upset that the employee I worked with took my number for her own use. She texted me from her personal phone to get me to come back in and take care of business. I had to come in on her time and not my own. I advice she should never take a customers phone number and contact them late night on the weekends.

I am going to be going back to Verizon. It seems that the 1% difference from the carrier I went to. Is everywhere I go. (My work takes me all over the state. I have asked if I could bring my Samsung galaxy 8+ to Verizon. At other locations. I was promptly told NO But Antonia did the work . Looked it up in the computer, called a coworker. Than was honest and told me it would work. I didnt give it 5 stars because I am very critical about those things. But when it comes time to switch. I can only hope I can find someone like Antonia to help me.

I had a great experience at the Estrella Go Wireless Verizon store. Issac Talley was the young man that helped me get my knew phone activated and answered all my questions about backing up the data so my storage wont be full all the time. Horrible Verizon partner and I can certainly understand why I was the only customer in there (the place was e m p t y). Went in to try and get my $199 upgrade iPhone6 and my $90 for my iPhone5 Verizon told me Id get and they only offered me $78 for my iPhone5 and wanted $380 for their iPhone6 which included their bundle. When I reminded them of my Verizon deal the guy told me I had to go to a Verizon corporate store to get that $90 for my iPhone5 and if I just wanted the phone instead of the bundle it would be $226 because they had to program it. I told him Id go elsewhere and Id also call Verizon and let them know how that store is treating Verizon customers and the kid said ok. I called Verizon immediately after leaving and the Verizon rep said that store is required to honor my Verizon deal and she would call them and do a review or something. This store is a total ripoff.
