We went in to switch from our current provider and instead of asking us questions about what plan we needed/wanted etc, we were being pushed into something that would have costed us twice what we were already paying. Ended up leaving instead, the highly unprofessional manager made our experience very unpleasant. Verbally tearing down an employee in front of customers is just wrong!

Do not go here!! Went three days ago to get my 5G sim for my iPhone 11 because I was notified to do so. Have the clerk my number and pin to do the sim swap. Yesterday, two days later my service was gone. I was no long part of my Boostmobile family plan. Someone ported my number to MetroPC without my consent. Now trying to get my number back to my family plan. Boostmobile will investigate. And I’m without my number until it’s resolved. I have this number for over 15years. Again; Don’t go there!!! Very Shady….
The people who run this location are criminals, they steal money from customers, charge money for free phones and have been known to over charge on credit card purchases.not to mention the fact that the people who work for them dont get paid what theyre supposed to for the hours they work. Scammers at this location, they will also be reported to authorities for their criminal activity
Only ones in the store and I thought we was almost finished setting up my daughters free $170 phone🤔 when other people wanted in and put us to the side was there for two hrs. Smh finally got it going.
I only come here to pay my phone bill But instead they put a sign up saying they wont be back at a specific time, but then Im waiting more than 20 minutes after that time. like they make it so hard to just pay for your phone bill after my phone is paid im switching off boost asap dont get you le phone service here unless you want to struggle
Wish I could give this place negative stars! The people that work here are all very rude and treat you like you’re a bother and they very obviously don’t know how to do their job! They take at least 50 mins to do something that should’ve taken 5 mins and they try to steal from you! The older lady working the counter was the worst I’ve never met anyone as rude as her! Making it seem as though fixing what their company did wrong is problem and that I should pay more because they didn’t do things right the first time. Go literally anywhere else don’t bother with this store the phone service is also awful anyways 🤡
My son in law went here yesterday to get a new phone. By the time he was back at my house, there was multiple charges on his bank card. The guy at the store, used my sons card number and was trying to drain his account. He had the guy from the store on speaker phone, the guy is a thief. The guy from the store, told my son to go back to the store, and hell give him his money back... After he mentioned getting the cops involved. Well the police report was made. Its going to be civil case. Dont go here. This place will steal your money.

The woman that call her self the manager was very unprofessional she called me out my name because i wanted answer after she over charged me on purpose i told her i was only adding a line. Then she called me a liar said she was going to mess up my service and wasnt giving my money back she is bad for boost service.
The one thing that I cannot stand is companies that have those hidden fees Deere tractor in with a beautiful offer and then turn it ugly want to step inside the building

Great Service! Very welcoming & greatful with flowers customer service, I came in to make a payment & my phone was broken, she gave me a good deal, worked with me on a good price, so I walked out with a brand new phone & with my bill payed for less.
The customer service rep. was so rude, didnt really help me or the customers that were at the store. i bought a phone as a upgrade and he was trying to steal money from me when i bought the cell phone. wasnt trying to give me my change. the manager from that store should fire the person. i like boost mobile phone company. i will never go in to that store again. will find a better store with friendly service. if any company values his or her customers make a change. i dont like to feel disrespected. nor should anyone be. because of poor service reps

I bought my phone here less then a year a go and went in the second time with problems and the girl was doing things in the phone to see if she could fix it but it did the same problem to her and she just handed me the phone and said you need to buy a new phone and dismissed me by helping another customer. Five minutes later I saw her close the shop and it was suppose to still be open for another hour. Never go here
Came over from Cricket after year of service for tje free phones. Great phones lousy data looses signal CONSTANTLY very unhappy with it would not recommend if you rely on data.
This store is the most dishonest boost mobile store I have ever dealt with. They have their return policy posted at the front desk saying return within 14 days and you get refund excluding restocking fees. I went there and I was treated otherwise. I bought a new phone and had some issues with it the same day. Returned to the store in about 2 hours later for phone problem solution and the youngman in the store told me it has to be reset.He did that and it appeared the phone has been working.Came back again few hours later for the same issue, so I decided to return the phone for a refund the same day I bought the phone and they wont refund. Asked for my phone to be changed for malfunction, and they wont change it. What????When I bought the phone in the money, they didnt have a proper receipt to issue, the young man gave me a piece of paper with his signature on it and asked me to hold on to it as a receipt. First.....It didnt bother me but when I returned to the store and asked for a refund...denied, to change my phone...denied.....then I decided to make a bigger case out of the receipt.I told the guy in the store that I will take them to court for dishonest business practices.... His boss who doesnt want to do the right thing finally agreed to refund my money excluding taxes.They are dishonest, thieves and disgracing boost mobile flagship. Please shop somewhere legitimate or else you are going to spend the rest of your day in the store arguing with those fools about what you believe is the right thing to do.
Terrible customer service. I am trying to switch over from Metro but the guy at the front desk he wears glasses is rude. His answers are super short when you are talking to him its like he doesnt even want to help you. It might be just me but this is my experience which is why im making the complaint. I also feel like he is trying to rip me off. He said my monthly bill would be $120 a month when online it says its $100 a month. I am just going to do business at another boost.
