I am never going back or buying anything from game stop period!!! I bought a $70 game and returned it the next day but I still till this day have not gotten my refund back and it’s been a week. Quick enough to get your money but when you want your money back it’s a hassle to get it back!!!!! And the manager here rude!

Jess was awesome. I had an issue with customer service and I was getting the run around by other stores and by customer service. I was treated poorly by both until I went into the Goodyear store and explained my account issues with Jess. She took her time to help me and get things resolved. I was planning on never shopping at a GameStop again because of my poor experience, but she has changed my overall impression and made things right. Good job Goodyear GameStop!

This place is decent. I’ll be gone here for a really long time. They always seem to have something new and I like their used section pretty well. Just could be cleaner that’s all.

I came to this game stop with a problem from a online order and the clerk and the store manager were extremely helpful and there curtsies were fantastic, customer service that would make anyone go back to this store.

Not a bad place depending on whos working. Ive been ignored by staff there many times. I try and give the benefit of the doubt, but it seems to be a trend. Ive also driven here several times after asking about certain items being there and price, only to arrive and find errors in their information.I prefer to drive to north Peoria which is farther from me if I want correct information and better customer service.

I love all the games that they have here. I will say that being part of their pro member service has some awesome benefits. I even like that they sell retro gaming systems online now!

If I cant find what I need at the Watson store this is usually where I go. Im familiar with some of the people who work here and it makes shopping here good. Its been made a larger store not too long ago, and seems to carry more items now. Overall its a good store.

Best store all the crew members are friendly they answer any questions I might have and hit me up with new deals on new consoles ect. Service was wonderful, easily one of the best Gamestops in the area. Wide selection of games on multiple platforms made it easier to decide what I wanted to buy, and would go any day of the week.

Games a bit high for new releases but I dont think its their fault. Sometimes find some gens on clearance or in the bulk bins.

No fault of the store. Gamestops website is still saying that a backpack is available at the store. It is not and has not been for two years. Obviously Gamestops programmers are behind. So therefore we will not be trusting of them. Sorry, but fix the website before I waste my time on your company again

GameStop is pretty good but I can see that theyre struggling what with Xbox and Sony really pushing digital games

I am not a gamer so I was pleased to find the staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable of inventory as well as product, and very welcoming/friendly. If I need anything else game wise I will be coming here first.

Idk what the deal is with some of these bad reviews. I got there and was assisted just fine. Help me with Samsung pay, took my gift card. Hooked it up with a gaming headset. These two guys I worked with were legit.

This Gamestop is horribly run, worst one in the valley. The employees always have some excuse to NOT help customers. The credit card machine is down, they need to do inventory, they need to play a game on a trade-in system for 20 minutes to make sure it works. Theres always a line of customers waiting to make purchases while the staff is doing other things.They need to fire everyone and start over, or just close the doors entirely. Go to the store on Dysart if you want actual help.

Just took in like 14 old crappy games and got $110 on trade. Ended up getting 4 used games one new one and a $25 psn card. I only paid $15 cash. People who complain about gamestop not giving them enough money on trade just dont understand the business model and look really, really stupid.

Ive had 2 bad experiences at this location. Maybe somebody can relate. The first bad experience I can shrug off, I had got off of work late and entered the store only a couple of minutes before closing time on sunday (this being my fault, as I forgot it was sunday) but I was literally rushed out the door due to the employees LITERALLY counting down the time, so without game, I just left.The second time really put me over the top. I had just walked in the door with my child who stood next to me looking at games. We were approached by a sales associate (who, granted, was very knowledgeable about games) who suggested a few games. I proceeded to converse with for a moment, but then insisted that we were just browsing around and stepped away. Long story short, he continued to follow us, even after several gestures that we werent interested. The associated even was (I feel the word harassing is appropriated as the associate would not leave us alone) harassing/pressuring my 5 year old child to buy a certain game! I finally just took the game he was pushing on us and proceeded to check out. If this is a tactic to push people into buying games GAMESTOP, then congrats! But needless to say, I doubt I will buy games from this location or any gamestop location again. I hope this review is useful, if you shop at gamestop, i suggested driving a little further to the next one or simply going to a different store all together.
