The staff at Eyeglass World located on McDowell and Estrella Pkwy. were very professional, kind and efficient. This is the best experience ever. Thank you!
First time patient they called me to reschedule because doctor is not in, this place is going to go out of business if this is how they do things. If other reviews didn’t had the same complaints I would except thing happen and reschedule but it looks like it happens often here. Looks like I have to find another eye doctor and they are not getting my business.
I have made numerous appointments and every single one they have called me to say they have no doctor and need to reschedule me. While I am understanding, once it exceeds 3 times it’s an issue that they need to resolve. In addition to that you would think since they have to cancel my appointment they would try harder to get me in since it is their error every time. I will take my money else where since they seem to not care when I voice my complaint. I use to only go here but I will find somewhere else with an actual level of professionalism.
They were the most accommodating business we have worked with. My heart is full in how much they prioritized my daughter. We will be back!!
I have visited Eyeglass World for a several years now and the staff has always been knowledgable, professional and accommodating. It is a no hassel business but helpful when it comes to deciding on the right style eyewear. I had visited other optomitrists in the area two or three times and had very unpleasant experiences (5 years of bad experiences) before settling on Eyeglass World. I had never written a review but decided to today due to the several negative reviews I read about them. Most people dont write positive reviews but are quick in submitting negative reviews. Thanks Eyeglass World for giving me my vision back!
My experience was great thanks to Kaitlynn, she was wonderful! She helped me through the process, provided suggestions, was not pushy, very easy to work with, understanding, answered all my questions and very friendly. I was very pleased with the end result and am very happy with my new glasses. Because of her great customer service I would recommend this place.

Highly recommend this place they made it very affordable even with out insurance with their buy one get one. Daniel was very helpful and I was able to leave with a pair of glasses same day!

Dr. Kallie Harrier and her staff were super friendly and welcoming!! I had an appointment scheduled for 9:40 this morning. Because of construction, I arrived at 9:50. They informed me that they may not have time to see me today because they were so busy but that I could reschedule or stick around to see if they had any no shows/cancellations. Which I completely understood since it was my fault for being late. I told them that I could hang around all day if need be because my frames were broken and it was time to switch to contacts asap. About 15-20 minutes later, they had a no show and was able to do my eye exam. I will personally continue to come here for my exams each year. Wonderful experience.

Today, my daughter and I were blessed by Kellie. She got my daughter’s eyeglass issue totally fixed. Kellie, also got my new glasses to fit exactly right. We have purchased our families glasses at this location since moving from CA. Thank you, Kellie, for taking time to get everything squared away so we can see our best.
Seems very poorly managed. I had an appointment first thing this morning for an eye exam. I had to wait at the door for a few minutes because the tech was working out a cash till discrepancy on the phone. After I got checked in, I sat and waited for 30 minutes. I finally asked when I was going to be seen. I was informed the doctor had not shown up yet. That’s when they decided to call the doctor and see what was going on. Apparently the doctor scheduled was no longer serving that store. I was informed the next doctor appointment would be available August 10th. It was a waste of my time. I called later that morning with a question and was put on hold for 13 minutes before they hung up on me. I had to call back to get my question answered. There was only one tech there taking care of the main store and she seemed overwhelmed. I don’t know what happened. This used to be a good store two years ago.
I would give zero stars if that were possible considering how understanding I’ve been since they have messed up my contacts, held my prescription hostage, and they have not been accommodating in any way. My contact trials took forever to get here, and when they did the doctor still wouldn’t finalize my contact prescription. I waited over an hour and still have not revived my fitting when I was told it would be quick to get my contacts finalized. This place is terrible, GO ANYWHERE ELSE
I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years and never had a bad experience until 7/09/20. Dr Thomas Brown was rude and unprofessional. When he first saw me he rolled his eyes, then when I got back to the exam room he only took about 2 minutes to do the whole exam, which I feel like it was not done well. He asked me which type of contacts I use and I told him I was not sure, I only knew that I use the ones for astigmatism and again he rolled his eyes and said I know that. He didn’t even give me a trail pair to see if that was the right prescription. He made me feel unwelcome and tried to belittle me. The sale associate, Yulissa, was more helpful and friendly than he was. I will not be returning again.
Not only is their service amazing but they cut the lenses right on the spot. We came with an old pair and left with 2 brand new pairs within an hour for under $150. Excellent!!!

They took our temp at the door. Hand sanitizer was also at the door. Mask is required. They acknowledge you. Things went smoothly with eye exam and purchasing of the glasses.

Such an amazing experience today. 1st. My appointment was set within a day. Staff was great as soon as I walked in. The wait wasnt long at all. My eyeglasses were ready within an hour! I dont understand why there is bad reviews. I came here twice and they were nice staff and doctors! I went to to a different one in between. And I feel like this place has a better quality frames. And both times here the doctors pointed out a concern and the in between doctor said nothing. This is a good place
I have purchased glasses here on two occasions and was happy with them, although a few months ago I went in and tried to get my glasses straightened and the tech copped an attitude and would not straighten them. I decided to give them one more try as I needed new glasses. After waiting an hour to see the doctor, I mentioned to him that I had been waiting a long time. He indicated to me that I was late (I was 4 minutes late) and that it was ok with him if I left and saw another doctor. I sat and the chair and asked him to just do the exam. He started walking out the door and when I asked where he was going, he said he needed a break. He then walked out. I left and will never go back.
I made the appointment. Per the direction of my insurance. They told me when I called that Eyeglass world was in my network. I got there 30 minutes early. Most, I do mean Most, of the staff were really nice, nice doctor too. When it was time for me to sit down and tally up everything. The lady helping me, really nice, told me the amount. I thought I was in network, so I shouldnt have to pay anything. Not the case. When I voiced my concern this lady Kelly, yes I am naming an employee. Stop up and very disrespectfully said that she didnt care what my insuance said I am not covered. Its not what she said its was the way she said it. Totally not her business to step in and talk to a customer in a mannor that is disrespectful.
My experience at Eyeglass world was great! The DO was quick and answered my questions and concerns. Jordan, an assistant at the Goodyear location was extremely patient, helpful and kind! She really made me feel comfortable, if you want a great experience ask for Jordan!
Review is only for store staff and not the doctor. I already had an eye exam prescription and was just looking for glasses. I was blown away with the excellent customer service. I was immediately greeted, my insurance information was quickly pulled up and I found the cutest glasses. As someone whose had to wear glasses for 15 years, Ive had a lot of experiences with different eyeglass stores. This was by far the best and I got everything I wanted for a fair price. The girl who helped me was Kellie and she was great!
I am not one to hate. But this hate is well deserved. I was over charged too much, getting my frames and lenses took over a week. So I went 15 out of my way to the Mesa location and did business elsewhere. Goodyear’s location in my opinion sucks.
An awesome, hassle-free experience. I have been getting my eye exams here for years. There is a lot of turnover with the doctors, but the staff is fantastic. I recently had my eyes checked and then re-ordered daily wear contact lenses. Heather was so accommodating. She offered multiple trial packs (with different brands) so that I could find the lenses that were the best fit. Once I decided on a brand, I ordered them and received a 10% discount for taking part in their membership program. The lenses were in a few days later. I am very pleased with my customer experience.
I have to leave a good review for this place because it was the best experience at an eye doctors Ive ever had. Heather was at the front desk, she was very nice and helped me with everything I needed when getting my eye exam. The doctor who did my eye exam was very knowledgeable about the different contact lenses that would best suit me. I have been to many eye places but this one was the fastest and most pleasurable experience I have had! Thank you to these people !
We had such a great experience at the Goodyear location. My husband had a 5pm appt, was attended promptly and was in seeing the Dr. By 530.. (considering filling out paper work, and searching for glasses) they had a great selection on eye glasses. ;) Great prices!! Same day glasses. The lady was kind enough to help her co worker out and attend us, so we wouldnt have to wait so long. Not to mention her shift was over and had clocked out!!She was very polite and patient. Went above and beyond to help us out. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody. ;)

I have been wearing glasses and contact lenses since 5th grade and I am 28 now, so Ive visited my share of optometrists. Im also in the military, so Ive visited various optometrists. Eyeglass World seemed unusually disorganized and the employees seemed confused. I had an eye exam for a contact lens prescription and fitting through my insurance. The doctor told me I had to wait a few days for the trial pair. A week later I called the receptionist and was told that I had only been charged for an eye glass exam and no contacts had been ordered, she would have to look at my file and it would take a few minutes. When I called back the contacts had been ordered and now I only hope that there are no more road blocks or confusion for me receiving my contacts. Also, during my initial visit the receptionist took 30-45 minutes to get my insurance info in order, so I decided to browse and try on frames as I waited. One of the other receptionists was concerned that I was trying to purchase a pair since my insurance would not cover it and asked me to have a seat. I found this strange because I specified that I wanted a contact lens prescription only, during the exam, and Im free to purchase my own frames if I please and if I found some that I liked. I didnt feel like a customer at that point. I like the doctor so far, but depending on how the rest of my experience goes concerning the dependability of the staff will determine whether I return to this location. It gets a 3 for now because I like the doctor.

Just came in today when it was not busy to find out how to get new eyeglasses since it was my first time and wanted to know some general information/process/prices so that I could setup an appointment. The lady that greeted me from her computer just kept saying “check with your insurance.” I told her what my vision provider was and was going to tell her what my benefit amount was but she just repeated rudely “check with your insurance” as she looked down at her computer, I felt very uncomfortable, and said thank you and left. If you want customers or make them feel welcome you should let them know “hey this is what we have going on, or this is our process, etc. etc.” Maybe she was having a bad day as I was polite from the beginning, I’ll make sure to tell my family and friends to avoid this place, rude and awkward experience :(
I went in for an eye exam that i scheduled online I arrived exactly at my scheduled time. And was told by one of the counter people that I arrived 10 minutes past 4:45 when i did not, when we schedule you for 4:45 we really mean you have a 4:30 and need to be here before 4:30 to have your paperwork filled out before 4:30. Thats what we told you over the phone when we called you to schedule the appointment. If i have a 4:30 then let me sign up for a 4:30 right? And i never talked to anyone over the phone to schedule or to confirm my appointment. Well it turns out the reason they did not want to honor my appointment was the doctor was running late and told the counter people to tell me he might not be able to take me today. Why even allow appointments to be made if you cant stick to them, and cancel them just because you are running behind. Very rude staff and unprofessional doctor at this location. I was told 2 flat out lies and accused of lying about what time I arrived in the time frame of about 3 min. Just because you dont acknowledge a customer for the first 20 minutes of their arrival doesnt mean they werent there. Open your eyes.

So another Eyeglass world gives me problems. I already gave the Peoria store and bad review Now I am giving the Goodyear store a bad review. . I would write what happened but its to long to write about all I know is I am going somewhere else and my advice too those who read this go somewhere else. Didnt have my glasses for a month and the glass cracked they did not want to replace it. they wanted my wife to to buy a warranty or buy new glasses. They were rude didnt want to work with my wife not even offer a discount. So calling there corporate office . Never will go there again .they need to close the doors and throw away the keys!!!!!😤
The staff went above and beyond in customer service. My eye exam was on point from the state of the art equipment . The quality of various glasses to pick from and the features were outstanding. I highly recommend this place .

Buyer beware! There are those on the staff here who have no idea what the idea of customer service is about - and a simple call to double-check something is met with resistance and not-too-well-hidden disgust that someone would actually not rely on their words alone and make them walk all the way back to ask the doctor a question.When this person came back to the phone, they acted like what they said in the first place was right, when in fact it was not - and when I pointed that out to them, they hung up the phone.Having previously worked professionally in this same type of business for a number of years, this place with some of its key current staff is not a place where I will ever bring my business again.Oh, did I mention that they originally gave me the wrong prescription, and then blamed it on my eyes having changed within two weeks time? I have excellent health, but now, according to the doctor, I must have diabetes or something!

Staff is not very friendly. When they called to confirm appointment the girl was unprofessional and demanding, also rude at check in. Doctor rushed through my appointment. She had me test some contact lens and to follow up in a week for them to call me to cancel my appointment. Staff expected me to come in right of way as if I have all the free time in the world. Rude over the phone when I called for help.***The only person that was friendly and helpful with a familiar face was Kathy. Thank you Kathy for keeping I professional!

Great place. glasses very inexpensive. got glasses in about 4 HOURS after picking frames i went here because my insurance wont allow me get a new pair for 6 months unless i pay full price on the frames but i can get the exam for $15 at specific places. at the place i went to buying the cheapest frames they had (which they looked cheap) i would end up paying about $120 for 1 pair (which my insurance will pay for the lenses at that eye glass place). at eyeglass world i got 2 pair (one of them i upgraded to prescription sunglasses) and put a warranty (which covers everything besides theft for 1 year) for $130 which the frames i got im very happy with.
Heather and Kathy took great care of us. She was very knowledgeable of what we needed and very helpful. Thanks for all the help lo e you guys.

Dude messed up my insurance covered co pay.. they put 2 claims to insurance into the insurance. A couple if months later I get a bill from these jokers. I go down there to get it settled. Chick with painted eyebrows gets all rude like they dont make mistakes. I ran the whole scenario of what happened they just stared at me. Didnt want to uptake the blame as if I sent 2 claims to my insurance. Finished up my business with them...I would rather squint the rest of my life before I went back there.

Id just purchased brand new glasses at Wal-Mart. Upon returning for an arm tightening, I was told the glasses were stripped and couldnt be fixed. She told me I needed another pair. I happened to stop here just to check, and the repair was done quickly and simply. I dont know the blonde bombshell in the store, but shes awesome. I will definitely return to eyeglass world and tell a friend!
Absolutely terrible, slow service. An appointment was scheduled a day in advance and I ended up spending well over a few hours, just waiting. Do not recommend, unless you want to spend an entire day at the eye doctor.

Spoke to Heather on the phone. I like to think that when a customer asks a question it should be answered in the best possible manner and attitude free. But I guess Miss Heather believes differently.I am a working woman. Im busy. I needed to know if they are busy, to have an APPROXIMATE ESTIMATE of time itd take to get measured for my PD because apparently they dont do that when they do your exam but expect you to drive back to get it done if you need it. Which is ridiculous as its free. It should have just been included in the first place as to not waste customers time and as to avoid the pain and embarrassment of a rude staff.But Heather said to just show up and see how long itd take. Pretty much saying idk girl, just come, wait, and see how long it takes Because apparently Heather doesnt think people have busy lives, and that everyone can just wing it with their time.Itd be nice if she learned how to give an idea of time. It doesnt have to be specific. But really. People cant just wing it with their time, theres so much more going on with our lives that wasting time waiting on a doctor to call you in to do something that should have been done in the first place .Heather, I know you may be having a bad day. Or something. I dont know. But please dont let it out on us customers, with your tones and attitude. Just the way you spoke to me over the phone I could already picture you rolling your eyes over my simple question. Lol. Just remember your attitude and attention either wins over your customers, or loses them. And if Im honest I think eyeglass world just lost me as a customer. I called to see if I could walk in and have my glasses ready same day. I was told walkins are between 3 and 4 pm. I walked in 3:45 pm. I did not have to wait. Dr Leah Collison was awesome. Then I was given to Moses who helped me pick out the right frames. He checked with lab to see if they could have glasses same day. He returned and said it would be a 10 day wait. He could tell I was extremely disappointed. 25 minutes later he phoned me and said he and two other managers discussed my situation and they were happy to upgrade me on my 1st pair and I could come back and pick up one pair same day. Even though I have to wait on second pair, I am a extremly happy customer with receiving one pair same day! Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make me a satisfying customer who can now see to drive.
Terrible customer service. I had to call them several times during a 2 week period to see if my glasses had come in. Once they finally came in there was deep scratch inside the lens. I was told to come back after a business trip so they could re-order only to find out it could have been done initially over the phone - so a wasted trip and wasted time there. Then 1 1/2 weeks later trying to find out if my lens have come in and no one will answer the phone. Not even an answering machine. Wow - last time I do business with this company $300.00 not well spent.
Arrived 15 mins before exam time. I waited 45 minutes to be seen. Theyre over priced and, to be honest, not that friendly.They try to upsell you, and make you feel guilty, for not ordering what they suggest. I do not think I would come back. Thankfully I have insurance.
I got two wonderful pairs of glasses from them every fast and easily, I do how ever need different lenses as mine reflect to much.

Went in for eye exam, dirty lenses on the machine. How can I decide if 1 or 2 is better while looking through a smudge. Told me they can not clean and had no other machine, walked out.
Our entire family of 6 were seen over two days and given excellent care!!! Our girls needed glasses but they did not carry their lenses and had to order them, they were really upset and Heather, jelly and Kathy made the girls happy!!!!!
I have to say this place is horrible when it comes to customer service. I literally came in today to swap out my old glasses with my new ones and the lady there was just a joke when it came to helping me out. She looked at me as if it hurt to help me out because I didnt have an appointment. After I get my glasses Im never coming back to this place again.
Called to schedule an appointment right after calling the West Valley Vision Center (my schedule just did not work with them for that week, so I figured I would try another place). VERY rude compared to West Valley!Whoever answered acted like she was doing me a favor by talking to me when I was scheduling the appointment.I work in customer service so I know what a receptionist should sound like and she had no people skills. I almost wanted to tell her, Clearly you sound like you hate this job, find a different one where you dont have to interact with people. She kept interrupting me before I could finish my sentence, and not in a nice tone. I started talking to her in a polite manner, but after hearing the sheer annoyance in her tone, I began talking to her the same way she did to me. I hope she at least noticed the change in my tone.I was relieved when she said that they did not accept my insurance because I wanted to do zero business with them after talking to her.

Called to ask them to give me a price quote on an exam, and I have insurance. She said I need to make an appointment, and when Im there theyll let me know the cost. Thats ridiculous. Why would I spend time time making an appointment, without knowing the cost.
The staff are so sweet people are tripping on here first time ever trying them and they had good service it’s in expensive as well I just turned 18 so I have to do grown up things and they made it simple and easy to get my glasses 👍🏻

Terrible service. It took six weeks to replace lenses in my glasses and when I finally got them they had plastic shavings all around them like they didnt do a final buff. Ridiculous
If I could give a rating of no stars I absolutely would with no hesitation. I was a new customer with Eyeglass World and initially I went through the exams as normal. I eventually received my contacts and glasses that I ordered, however, I felt that the prescription for glasses was to strong so I scheduled a second follow up exam. That was my third time visiting the Goodyear location. Each time I went I noticed that one of the reps, Kathy, always displayed an attitude when I asked for help (but upon observation, she did not treat others this way), the other reps were professional. My last visit, after my exam the optometrist walked me to the front desk and asked the rep to assist me, gave her my file, then the the optometrist showed me to a seat to wait. It turns out that my prescription wasnt too strong; I simply needed to trade frames that I already paid $220. The rep was not helping anyone and I was next to be checked out. For about 12 to 15 minutes I waited for her to check me out but she just remained at her desk. I continued to wait patiently because I assumed she was perhaps busy with filing. A couple with their daughter approaches the doors and as they open them to enter the rep (Kathy) immediately gets up to greet them (mind you she was at the front desk when I entered and did not greet me at all). They explain that they wanted to look at sunglasses. Over the next 10 minutes the rep continues to assist them. Moderately annoyed I nonetheless approach her very respectfully and remind her that I am supposed to be checking out. She glares at me and says youll just have to wait and then she rolls her eyes and turns back to the couple. I tell her that I was waiting before the customers that she is now helping came in but she blatantly ignores me. At that time the optometrist comes back out and I tell her what has happened. She immediately gets another rep and when she finished with her customer she came to see me within 5 minutes. Due to the unprofessional behavior of Kathy I just wanted my money refunded. The manager came out to talk with me and apologized many times. As a woman of color I have experienced many instances of discrimatory treatment in Arizona. The couple that was unfairly serviced before me and the rep are White. I felt dismissed and disrespected immensely. I believe her behavior was discrimatory because her interactions/atitude/service towards me differed drastically in comparison to others in the store who were not of color. Every time I visit this location she acts this way towards me while with others she is cheerful and professional. Ive never had an altercation with her nor have treated her with disrespect therefore I am lost as to why I deserve to be treated this way. Now I am without my glasses and I was really hurt; this treatment in Arizona is really beginning to weigh on me. No person should be made to feel less than for any reason.
The staff there is rude, bad customer service. Eyeglass world supposivedly takes walk-ins but not this location. They will not take a walkin. If you walkin theyll tell you theyre book and can not get you in you. Theyre lazy at this location. The lady who has blonde hair, heavy set is mean she sits at the front. She treats you as if youre beneath her. She talks down at you. She told me to go to Walmart to get my exam. Nancy replies to your review saying to contact her and shell make it right but, never responds when you do send her an email.

10/2019 I am updating my review from the last time from ONE star to FOUR stars. Its been a year since my last visit (yes, I gave them another chance, just to see if itd be better). Not sure what changed but they were MUCH more professional this time around. Kelly and Kathy helped us. They are a little abrupt with you, in a next? sort of way, but the place IS busy so I guess thats forgivable. Theres a new lady Dr. there who is just GREAT! So great that I decided to get an exam with her also, and got contacts for the first time ever. Also got 4 pairs of glasses and my daughters contacts as well. Have been there about 5 times in the last month and theyve repeatedly been courteous and helpful, so that tells me some changes have been made in terms of customer kindness. Last week Deirdre at the front desk helped me, she was patient and made the effort to help me to resolve an issue (lets hope) with my contacts.Only thing I would say needs some attention is the lack of HIPAA privacy. They literally ask you your name, DOB, and phone number, right in front of other people, and the opticians work like 5 feet away from each other. Last time the gal asked me all of my daughters info while a lady was standing RIGHT THERE next to us. I dont like that, and as a 25 year medical professional myself, I do think the company needs to find a better way to verify that info without forcing customers to share their PHI with everyone who happens to be in the place. So, just some friendly/professional advice. It really is an unacceptable practice, but Im hoping someone will see this post and make the right changes in that regard.Overall, Im happy to see positive changes in businesses, because that keeps me coming back. The ability for owners to accept feedback tells me that they care about and are grateful for loyal customers, which is rare nowadays. So, if this location continues its upward trend, Ill continue my loyalty to them for years to come.DC_____________________________________________My first visit was great, and I left a great review. However, I ordered my 2 batch of contacts for my daughter 6 weeks ago. I have called them 3 times, left 3 messages to find out if they wre ready yet, and nobody has ever called me back. I finally just got an EXTREMELY RUDE lady named Kelly to answer the phone, said we tried calling you on the 9th when they came in (almost 2 weeks ago). I told her I never recd that call, Ive left 3 messages with no call back from anyone. Instead of apologizing or even being remotely pleasant, she was RUDE and said, well, were open until 6, you can come get them, and literally just HUNG UP ON ME. Ive worked in healthcare for over 20 years, I know things happen, so I wasnt rude, didnt call them names, didnt curse at her, I just let her know that Ive called 3 times with no response. Its been 2 weeks that theyve had them...I guess since they make you pay up front, they have no incentive to actually call people to come pick up their products. Or they try just once (which I am reasonable enough to believe--technology doesnt always work. BUT, I CALLED 3 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE!! THAT IS A PROBLEM!!) My daughters 11. I am a lifer with businesses who deserve it (been going to same Pediatrician for 23 years with 4 kids)--you would have had us as customers for life, if youd just had a little courtesy and RESPECT. Youve now lost a customer, EW. Get some customer service skills or train your people how to apologize or diffuse a conflict with a CUSTOMER, not argue and then hang up on them. Nice job, Kelly. You just lost your company probably thousands of dollars. 5 of us in my family in glasses/contacts. Shameful.
Made appointment 2 weeks ago for 5:45 pm. Get a call today that they have a new doctor and the last appointment is at 5 the day before the appointment. So unprofessional, a courtesy call would have been nice.
Make an appointment and set a time which they completely ignore. Sit for an hour because file was put in wrong slot. Then told after waiting 1 1/2 hours not to leave for lunch because suddenly you are going to be next and everyone on staff is hungry. Unbelievable!

I walk in and there are 4 employees standing around chating and talking bad about there customers and about life. I dont want to hear that. I walk in and know body looks my way or every ask if i need any help so start walking around looking for glasses for 20mins nobody every ask if i need help or nothing. Then i sit down because i have a appointment soon got there early about 30mins early. Worse customer service ever. The sad thing is that the manager was there to i cant believe this. Never coming back to this location.
I went in for a contact exam and everyone in there was new it seemed. The DR i went to didnt explain to me whats going during the exam didnt seem to sure when i asked her about different contacts. Then gave me the wrong RX for my contacts I tried to tell them before they ordered them that I dont think that its right because they gave me the wrong RX for my glasses . The lady that was ordering my contacts looked at me and said well i think that your eyes can change from day to day.I wnt in a week later to get my trail pair and they put the sticker to tell which eye i which on the wrong RX I then called the day after i received my trial pair to explain to them once again that my RX was wrong they told me that i would need to come in for a follow up with a different DR. I honestly dont feel right going back there and wasting my time and waiting another week for another trial pair then another week after that for my contacts. I need to know who to contact to get a refund from my eye exam i dont think i received a good exam and everything about it was bad.
Very rude and they get pissed off when u ask them to do their job... Ive spent almost $500 at this place and Im the one that had to do their job for them and call them to find out if they got my glasses in and they have had them for 4 days and no one ever called me to tell me that... I will never go back to this place and I will never recommend anyone
Went into this location to fill a new prescription. The quality of frames offered were not worth purchasing so I used my own frames to fill a new prescription. It took months to get the final pair of glasses made.
I ordered glasses and was told they would be ready a certain time and at the day they were not yet ready, so no biggie, I call again two days later and they said they would call me when their done, and I called again two days after that and they were agrivated and rude about me calling. So I wont call again lol.
$39 eye exam buy one get one free frames. Still cost me with $513. with the hidden costs. I dont see them staying open long.

The staff is very rude . you need to learn people send money here and that in turns pays for your employment there for try to give people respect and not be rude the min they walk in the door .
Terrible service i went in to get my nose piece replaced was told by the doctor any adjustments or nose pieces changed out come back in. Within a week my nose piece came off went in to get it repaired the lady said o those particular nose pieces were out of let me go check yeah we are..okay so when do you get more ?in about10-14 days so you were sure you were out of those particular nose pieces and decided too wait for a customer to come in to order them...and then suggested to me driving completely out of the way to go spend money to get a nose piece at a repair shop...false advertising saying you will adjust and replace nose pieces BS business
Paid $99 for nothing. Never got a prescription for glasses or contacts. Would rather walk the earth squinting than allow any of these people near my eyes. So rude and unprofessional.

Ive been here twice ready to buy and looking at frames. Staff both times was disengaged and ambivalent. No doctor on site for an exam either time. Needless to say, took my business elsewhere.
This is a business that takes your money you dont take their money and they treat you rudely cannot believe the employees how they act towards the customers who pay their salary unbelievable
