I’m been going to Dr. Wilson at West Valley Vision for over 20 years and he is the best! He is thorough, professional and kind. I never feel like just a number. The entire staff is great - efficient, friendly and professional. Special mention and kudos to Jackie who administered the testing, she was very sweet and patient with me (I kept wanting to blink) and to Emily D. who helped me select my new pair of glasses. Emily took the time and listened to what I wanted, described my options and helped me select a great new pair - she even brought in her “Squad” to offer their opinions in a fun way! I highly recommend West Valley Vision!

We have been regular patients for 5 years and will never be back! They called us twice before our appointments to remind us of their mask policy, they also have a recording notification that they only accept patients with appointments! We had appointments and were waiting to be seen when two men one with his nose out of the mask, another with the mask completely hanging off his face walked in. One said he didn’t have any appointment! We asked the staff to enforce their own rule by refusing them service! The manager said “you can wait outside if you want” to us, instead of them! They had a total disregard for the health and safety of everyone else! The Delta Variant can be spread easily, merely by an infected person and their droplets in the air and on surfaces! We were asked to wait outside rather than the two IDIOTS that were not complying with the mask policy, CDC guidelines or recommendations! We will not be back & the manager should be ashamed for not caring about everyone’s health and safety!

Visited an optician today after falling asleep with my glasses on, taking them off, then rolling over on them.. One lens had popped out, and they were crooked on my face. The optician straightened them out for me in a flash, and also tightened up my sunglasses, too. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny - I guess hed seen it all. Ive decided that I should see an optician every 8-12 weeks or so to ensure my glasses are in good condition!Also, this location has a great plan for COVID - great to see them respecting their clients and their employees!

Customer service was excellent. Time management was superb. They do not waste your time. Was called right away upon arriving, and while waiting for my eyes to dilate, they took me to the front to pick out my glasses. What would have taken 90 min. Took 60 and they were able to accommodate my next medical appointment. Than you all who helped and made the experience great. The doctor was also very helpful and knowledgeable and courteous!!!

Was in to pick out glasses when the young guy called my name he ask if I was in to pick out frames I said yes he handed me a box and said put what you find in the box. So Im wondering around the place with no help to see what might be best I was just about to leave when I was ask by Natalie if I needed help she looked up my frames that I got last time made few helpfully hints. Ive never had a bad experience here. The staff and doctors have always been professional, prompt, and courteous. My only issue is they are pricier than other places. Ive never been able to get out the door without leaving $500-$600 behind

The selection of frames is wonderful and with my insurance, it brought down the cost of my lenses so I was able to select much needed prescription sunglasses plus I got a discount on the second pair! Making the appointments was very easy and they worked with my husbands difficult work schedule. On the day of my appointment, Paula the technician who took me back was super friendly and we chatted easily about every day things and of course eyes. I ended up in the pediatric room for the first part of the appointment and it was decorated with Dr Seuss characters which was adorable.This was my first time visiting this facility and she made me feel very comfortable. Dr Nicole Anderson was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Dr. Anderson is fantastic. Takes her time with you and explains everything. The “showroom” employees are great as well. They help you pick out frames within your budget, what would best based on your script, and are honest about how the frames look on you. Wonderful experiences with Adrian and Natalie.

I was running late. They took me anyway. I am new to the state. They were so helpfulWith directions. They were very informative with details about my temporary but very painful eye condition. They explained the possibilities but gave me hope the worst May be where I’m at now. Honestly they are a big operation very busy but handle the patients coming In Quickly and professionally. Absolutely the best. They have gone above and beyond for me in the past. When I had lost a contact while out of town. They found an eye doctor in the state I was in that had the one I needed. They faxed them my prescription, and let me know where to go to get my contact. They have alway been extremely friendly and kind to myself and my family.

Willingness to truly listen is critically important for health professionals. Brent Wilson does this in an exemplary fashion, and coupled with his knowledge makes for a very satisfying relationship. Brett, optician, and a long male tech(name not retained) also gave great professional service.

Excellent experience. Much better experience than a Lens Crafters, Target, or America’s best. Significantly better experience and comparable cost. No brainer, this will be my permanent optical provider.

My Opthalmologist said to go to West Valley Vision Center. The BEST eye exam I have ever had. Very thorough and no pressure to upsell. Dr. Wilson and staff examined my eyes, took retinal pictures, and explained all results.

It was big clinic and has various selections. I like that they have a tray for you so they can disinfect the ones you tried before returning them. Although if you are looking for a low priced sunglasses or trying to reuse your own frame this wouldnt be the ideal place for you. The person helping gave me a quote of almost $300+ if they put the lenses on my old frames for my backup use and this is after i purchase 2 glasses from them.My first time here, medical (optical) part was quick, professional and very personalable. Dr Anna was knowledgeable and explains a lot about the causes of my headache and blurred visions. Good thing I went first my family will be trying somewhere else more reasonable unfortunately.

First off Id like to say that Dr.Mullen is great and so are a majority of the staff which is why I gave them 3 stars. However, the front desk lady at check out was so rude that it left a bad taste in my mouth. She made me not want to order my contacts or glasses through them and I ended up leaving. Not sure if I’ll be coming back even though she made me an appointment without consulting me at all.

We needed a new optometrist because our old one stopped taking our insurance. We were very pleased with West Valley Vision Center. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Its a busy place but we got in for our appointments right on time. Dr. Mullen was very personable and took time to explain all of the tests he did and the results. Were definitely glad we picked WVVC as a replacement.

Called for an appointment and was lucky enough to get in next day! Everyone there is super thorough detailed organized and caring. Went over some eye health information for my particular eye issues and explored all of their designer frame collections and found an awesome pair of new glasses I can’t wait to pick up. They take VSP eye insurance huge win and very happy with my experience there.

They were so wonderful with my son :) We just moved here from out of state and my 10 year old was ready to try contacts! They were so patient, kind and helpful with getting him to put in and take out his new contacts!

Had an emergency today. Though they didnt have any openings, they told me to come in anyway and fit me in between scheduled patients. I appreciate that they did that as I drive for a living and depend on my vision to do my job. I highly recommend West Valley Vision Center ♥️

West Valley Vision has been my go to for my vision care for at least 15 years. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Moore are awesome. I am completely comfortable seeing either Drs. Both Drs are very personable and caring. They both take their time to explain and be sure all of your questions and concerns are taken care of. My personal preference would be to see Dr. Moore only because I feel she is closer to my age and she seems relate to my issues and concerns more on my personal level. Dont worry though, because Dr. Wilson is my alternative choice. He has the same level of care and concern.They have this Opto map device that takes a picture of your retina, nerve and vessels instead of dilating your eye. This is amazing. I have been going and getting this done that they can look back to see any differences in case of any concerns. It is well worth paying extra if you have to pay.Sometimes the front office staff at the front desk are not to the care level of the Drs and you have to be sure you are understood. They seem to keep their face in their computer and are starting to lack the personal attention and care to the patients.The opticians where you can get your glasses are awesome. They help you the best they can to fit your budget and style. Sometimes I do wish that they had a price list of lens charges so when they add all of those charges up its not a huge surprise.Overall I really do love my eye Dr. Moore and Dr. Wilson here.

I received excellent service at West Valley Vision Center! It has a relaxing atmosphere and very clean. Good system is in place to help stop the spread of germs. My experience with West Valley Vision Center today was excellent!! So safety conscious but still efficient. Ran thru a series of tests and had a discussion with Dr Moore and she explained in detail what my diagnosis was and exactly how to treat it. I could not have asked for more. The technician helped pick out the frames and sent off my order. Very thorough and pleasant. Of course I’ll go back.

Exceptional service and quality. My last pair is still usable from 2 years ago and my new pair is great. My glasses arrived when promised and were fit with care when I picked them up. They even readjusted my old frames and replaced the nose pieces in them. Exceptional customer service all around.

I love the customer care here! I love how my optometrist builds a rapport with me and talks to me like a human being. The optician informed me how the frame selection works because of COVID- you basically tell them what you’re looking for and they pick frames for you that they think you’d like. I actually love it this way because I usually can’t decide and it becomes frustrating instead of fun. Rosa did a wonderful job and found frames for me that fit my personality/ wants. Dr Wilson is very personable and professional. Reviewed my history and gave me a very thorough exam. Took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The staff is warm and welcoming.

I was impressed by Dr Mullen’s care for a new patient with a concern which he immediately addressed once diagnosed of the issue, even after hours to assure I am taken care of when transferred to a retina specialist. The assistant took real good care of me as well.

My daughter needed a medical eye exam due to blurred vision and they got her in the next day. The doctor was amazing, diagnosed her, and directed us to the ER of the children’s hospital for treatment. I’m eternally grateful.

The initial visit was great. Super friendly. After that it took 6 weeks to get my glasses. The receptionist That answered on 2/8 9:40 sounds like she doesn’t like her job. And they don’t let you in to try your new glasses on to see if they fit correctly. I will be finding another eye glass center.

Great place! I was confused about my insurance and the receptionist called billing and helped me to figure it all out.l, which is a lot more than other places in town did. When I arrived I got in right away for my appointment and the doctor was helpful and informative.

WVV is not in my eye care network but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The comprehensive testing, evaluation, diagnosis and recommendations are all thorough and complete.

I recently went to renew my eye prescription and was very impressed with the care they took related to Covid 19. Constantly sanitizing and tagging areas that were sanitized so you know the room/chair you were in was clean and ready for you. Lots of extra work but THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH! 😊Also a great eye exam. Got my new glasses and everything looks great!

Brought my son in today for his annual check and I was glad with how they are handling precautionary measures to ensure safety against COVID. Everybody was wearing masks, they have a dedicated hand washing area upon entering and the checkup process was streamlined and quick with very less to no contact with unnecessary people. Everything was sanitized and clean. Not to mention the staff were all very accommodating and nice.

Have been a patient here for years. They have a huge selection of beautiful eyewear & they are on the more expensive price range understandably because some are high end brands. They are worth keeping for a long time though. Luckily I have great insurance & get awesome discounts on my co pays.TBH, I tried to go to another place to get cheaper eyewear only to come back here. The eyewear consultants are so patient(you never feel rushed) in assisting you to find the perfect eyeglasses to your specifications & have a great eye on style, shape, color, fashion & trends.Today, Suzzie went above & beyond to keep me from rescheduling another appointment because my prescription came from another clinic. I really appreciated her for saving me time & taking care of my eyewear needs. They earn stars for safety, excellent service & quality not quantity.
