I cannot rate or review the physicians of this facility because I did not get that far. I can, and will, review the appointment setting personnel . I called last month to make my six year old an appointment for a hearing test. The appointment setter was kind and very helpful. She made the appointment and took my insurance information. I ended the call with an appointment and thought it was that easy. The day of the appointment I tried to call to verify the appointment and address and no one answered. I took my daughter out of school and we went to the appointment. I got there and receptionist couldn’t find my daughters name at first and then finally found it and said it had been canceled. I never canceled it. She was kind and said they had appointments the following day. She then opened the file again and said that their providers were out of network and that was probably why it was canceled. I have no issue with the insurance and I understand. The issue I have is that the office should have called me when they found out because when I made the appointment a month ago the person I spoke with said everything looked fine. I am just so frustrated because the rest of our day was ruined because one person didn’t take just one more step and call.

*Complete waste of time! Never received the prescription supposed to be sent to pharmacy, never received any call backs when leaving messages and the referrals given do not accept my insurance.Other than the nurse practitioner -who seems good - and the hearing test administrator who was great, the rest of the staff lacks good customer service, a sense of urgency and proper etiquette. Waiting on them to finish there loud personal conversations. The wait time was long as well. Left messages still never received call back !! Appears to have been a waste of time!

Scam artists. Theyll bill and bill and bill, whatever they dont get from your insurance believe me theyre coming for you. They also throw on some no show $50 fees from appointments that theyll schedule and never tell you about.

Everyone is nice from the first phone call to the appointment they seem like they care about their work. From the front end and back end staff amazing nice. Our doctor Kaur she was amazing as well she explained everything so well and great with children. I would definitely recommend this place. So glad the ER recommended them

Ive been treated here for about ten years. Superb service every time. Not one bad appointment. The doctors and staff treat you with kindness and do their utmost to solve your medical issues. I highly recommend and have done so.

For as long as I have gone to Estrella Ear, Nose and Throat for interventions (on many levels) I have had nothing but excellent experiences. Telephone contact, initial contact with front desk staff to and through all members of this incredibly professional, humanistic and caring staff continues to make my visits a pleasure.I have never been disappointed and I have recommended this practice to many. Every single person there is a gift!!!!

Friendly and professional atmosphere. Ive only been here twice but I knew on the first visit that this would be my place for ENT and Allergy services. Thank you Dr. Kaur for listening and taking care of me.

Very poor communication. This is not a rating based on one experience. I have called on multiple occasion for myself and my children. Left numerous messages regarding booking appointments, and not once have I received a call back. Each time, Ive had to call again until Im able to reach a receptionist or office staff member. Last week I called to book an appointment and they said theyd call back the following day, which they never did.

The doctor there is great he helped us a lot thank you so much

Staff was nice but Dr Skibells bedside Manor was not to desirable. It was the end of the day, maybe he was just really tired?

Hubby struggles with vertigo. Everyone was helpful and caring.

This place is the bomb. staff really cares about you and your comfort and are very personable.Drexplained what she was getting ready to do at every step and what to expect.
