Colin did a great job fitting me with new hearing aids. Ive worn hearing aids for 8 years, but these new ones are amazing. He did a great job listening to what I did in my daily life and finding aids that would work best for me. His office manager, Melissa was easy to work with very professional. I would definitely recommend Freedom Audiology!

Getting a hearing aid is not something I desired. I dreaded the fit...and having hardware showing more then the diamond earrings I had paid a fortune for. Little did I know...technology has gotten so far and my perception of hearing aids was no longer a worry. Colling fit my ear well...made the right adjustments....explained everything along the way. Dr. Cordery is a wonderful audiologist. He is very patient and spends time answering questions. Customer service at the front desk is also great. I placed an order for a new pair of hearing aids and they went above and beyond to make sure they suited my needs.

Dr. Collin is very patient and good at answering questions, great at the setup and tuning as well. Never felt rushed or pressured about any step. Office is always very prompt with responses and friendly during visits. I highly recommend this office, especially if you are on the fence about committing to hearing aids.

“I have struggled with hearing loss for over 20 years - I’ve tried multiple companies and hearing aid styles, none of them were a good fit. Finally, at the bequest of my wife (get your hearing fixed or I’ll kill you) - I went to see Shelley Baltodano with Freedom Audiology - to be perfectly frank, I didn’t expect much… but was I surprised - I’ve never had such a thorough exam - it was very obvious Shelley wasn’t like all of the others I’d seen. He explained various options so that I could make an informed decision in purchasing hearing aids. I didnt know what a difference they would make. I totally recommend Freedom Audiology if you are having difficulty hearing. He knows his business well, and is a pleasure to work with selecting the correct hearing aid. I am enjoying the difference in how much better my hearing is. I do not have to have the television volume at full blast like I use to. He fine tunes your devices to make drastic improvements, and you cannot get this type of service buying from Wal Mart or Costco.

Ive been a hearing aid wearer for over 15 years, and I have to honestly say that Ive NEVER had such a comprehensive hearing exam. My old HAs were not doing the job, and Collin accepted the challenge willingly, and with gusto. My new Phonaks are AMAZING, were priced fairly, and the whole experience from fitting to follow-ups has been exceptional, even with the COVID limitations going on.
