My husband and I experienced great service from Nick B. as we purchased new phones. He asked what we were looking for in a phone and how we used our phone. He showed us a model that would work for us without any pressure to purchase a more expensive model. He and a coworker did an excellent job of tag-teaming as other customers as they entered the store so everyone received that attention they needed without long wait times. NIck also helped us set up the new phones and answered questions we had. He was extremely friendly and personable. We were very impressed with the overall service we received and we are grateful for it.

Went to this store bought a new phone was given a paper with a website to go to and get free samsung accessories. Went to site had trouble called Samsung and found out the offer had expired and it was for pre orders for phones only. Called store they take my name and number for manager to call me back to see if they could do anything for me since they gave me an expired offer well no manager called me. Now I got an email thanking me from insurance saying the insurance will be billed on my phone bill. I already have insurance on my account and I told them that the day I bought it so now have I have call and make sure I am not getting double billed.i will be going to another store from now on or doing all of my business online.

I visited on a Friday Aug 2 Jacob had to order my S10+ from Elkhart store said I could pick up the next day Jacob was an excellent salesman but the employee on Saturday stated he took the phone HOME on Friday and forgot it. And I was asking for a refund and then he remembered the phone. Thats when he stated he took it HOME I was not Happy with his service

I switched from Boost Mobile to AT&T for the reliable internet service. Eric was our representative and he went above and beyond as well as representative Angel. I recommend this location.

Not very personal

I have been with at&t for three years now, the customer service has always been satisfactory but not great, recently I went to the goshen location to find out if they would release my number to another carrier, planning on switching. Instead of switching I added a line to my account and bought two new phones. Nicholas Bucher was my customer service representative, he was the most helpful salesperson I have ever had in a phone e store. Got me a great deal and transferred my old phones data to the new ones for me.

Josh was extremely helpful today. He answered my questions and adjusted my bill to the correct amount. He even suggested a way to allow us watch our grandsons baseball games this weekend using our cell phones and TV.

The pinnacle of fast, simple, knowledgeable, and excellence. The guys there make everything fun and relaxed. I would recommend this store to absolutely anyone.

Lots of turn over of employees. I’ve been waiting for them to fix the mess that one of his “Assistant Manager” Nick did. Josh the Manager was working on it, but got promoted and left it to Amanda his wife, still nothing. Spoke with Regional Manager Tiffany, She told the new manager who was present in my appointment to discuss the mess and overcharges, this was in January, and still I’m getting overcharged. Maybe the hiring company name is Spring, because they like to bounce responsibilities, and also employees start and bounce out. Disgusted by their service, lies, tricks, poor knowledge from the low position to the high. Don’t go to this store, go to a corporate store. THIS IS NOT AN AT&T CORPORATE STORE.

Pulled up at 6:40 in the evening employee locked the door before I could go in... even called store they said open till 7... planned on buying new phone guess Verizon is we’re I’m going
