The rudest manager her name was nancy tryed scaming us 15 dollars on a sim card tryed charging me 32 dollars after telling me it would be 15 never go to this store

Bought a Samsung offline from boost website. When I received the phone I had to invest another 40 dollars on a different sim and a activation fee. On top of the 250.00 I spent for the phone. And Ive been with them over a year. Just seemed like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of a loyal customer.

Paying 7$ a month for 7 months, phone breaksand they give me a1-800 #

I love coming to this boost mobile, i drive all the way from warsaw. Other stores charge too much and are not very helpful. Employees always very nice and helpful. I always get very good discounts.

My experience with boost isnt good! Take my advice...dont switch to them! Went in 3 days after I got my phone to exchange the woman there were very rude! Half the time I dont have internet! Taking my service elsewhere!

I would give zero stars if I could. Went to them not even a week ago to port two lines to boost mobile one phone four data later stops working. So I went to return it and was told there is a $35 charge to do the return and and since didnt want to chance getting the same model again and have the same issues..i was told inwould have. To pay the $35 restock fee plus full retail price for a different phone if I didnt want to take another of the same model.. I was also told that they always have problems with the brand pgone I got but no one bothered to tell me that when I was there on Tuesday.

Everytime I call not one person answers the phone.

No one here can help you with any technical stuff at all all theyll tell you to do is call a number. Phones suck too. It all depends on what you pick and only a select few are any good dont go here

The staff here are slow, unprofessional, and will take your money. I had to return a phone after it would not work... Returned it that afternoon and the lady kept my receipt. Later that day I found out my card was charged an extra 90 and then they refused to credit me my money because I did not have my receipt. This store is a joke!! Seriously dont waste your time or your money here! Never doing business here again.

The two girls there where in there own world watching videos on there work PCs and gave not a greeting or warm. Only tone when asked questions with a very quick response and with a tone. We are there to buy. By that I mean we had 4 new customers for them for due the unlimited gigs promo w/20 gb hotspot for the first phone being $60 and $40 a line for 3 others plus were were buying two new phones. We also were in the area, but not locals to goshen but are from Warsaw. So we figured we should check this store out. When we first walked in the girls faces this annoyed look that clearly was disrupting the fun time. Needless to say we ended leaving feeling very unhappy about even wanting to ever go to this store ever again. Which we ended up just going to the Warsaw store on winnona avenue and talked to Zachary. Who was the most professional phone representative we have ever had(we were with sprint 8 years and there new leasing plans are horabile for existing customers hence our switching to boost. Different plans same Amazing sprint coverage.)Thanks too these very unprofessional employees of this goshen store buy Krogers in goshen across from Bob evens we ended up spending over $365.00 dollars that boost still got, but not this store.Avoid this store like the plague! You will not regret it...how ever if you do heed my warning you will.

Girl working there is so rude. She is always in her stupid phone and has a bad attitude. I was there for a few minutes and the costumers ahead of me walked out upset and so we did. She should not be working with a bulldog face if she doesn’t want or like to work.The worker in this place always serves badly. Hes always on his stupid phone and he doesnt even pay attention to you. Customers who were in front of me always have a bad temper and we also left in a bad mood from there because of their terrible service.
