Visited the store looking for a laptop store looked very empty however I was greeted when I walked in. Jeremy the store manager assisted me and my friend, he gave exceptional customer service and was very knowledgeable about products and services that was offered.

Is it really so difficult to pick up the phone?

I have had great experiences at this location for years until now. I stopped by the store 2/24. 2 empl 2 cust plus me. I left after 10 mins. No one even acknowledged me at all. So i called today. Ashley answered and she had a attitude in her voice so i asked for a specific person who i was told no longer works there. So i said my new ink cartridge i put in is giving me a msg.. she immediately pushed me off and said i had to call the mnfctr. You sell us these machines you act like you know them inside and out!!! I asked if the other gal went to another location or moved away Ashley said she cant gv out personal info. I understand so i told her i got to know her on a personal level and as i tried to say i wish her well Ashley cut me off more than once and said do you have anything professional to discuss with me or not . I was floored!! I thought she may gv her the msg if she ever saw her or talked to her. I was so caught off guard bcz i am a super personable person. I apologized and hung upon her. Thats the difference of somebody who is kind compassionate and knowledgeable versus someone who is not. I will not go into this location ever again because of Ashley and her attitude and being so rude and nonhelpful.

Super rude clerk dealing with Fed Ex packages. She had the personality of a rock. That’s all. :-)

This store DOES NOT require face masks to be worn in the store. Despite the sign, at least 2 customers (both interacting with employees) did not have a mask on and were not asked to wear one. I seriously question how much you are spreading Covid-19.

They didnt have the items in stock that I needed.... They dont stock many every day items like file folders but they had a lot of stylized folders. They did have good customer service and friendly associates.

As usual, outstanding. Great company with an employee and customer satisfaction outlook. Forward looking Mission Statement.

The staff needs some training in people skills and to look more alive please. My biggest complaint is for the store owner. You really need to clean your bathrooms! Have they been cleaned since the store opened!?!? Absolutely disgusting!

Good store. They had a unique item that I needed.

Staff basically confirms they could be replaced with google and self checkout kiosks. Get rid of the employees, they are worthless.

Gal helped me make some prints for my sons resume. She was very patient and helpful.

They have what you need but as typical with OfficeMax they are not overly helpful.

Took a little while because I think they got an influx of people and were a little short handed for it. But very helpful.

Lots of different office supplies and very well organized

Poor selection, seems to always be dead yet so much is not in stock. Usually only stop in when I have other shopping in area, will not go for must haves since they will probably be out of what I am looking for.

Worst Office Max Ive shopped at. Ive been here twice - and both times the store was disorganized, not particularly clean, had generally low stock levels, and didnt have what I was after (how do you run out of papermate felt-tip pens and black dry-erase markers?)

The store sucked. It was very trashy and the employes were teribel and made a huge mistake. WILL NEVER EVER go-to office Max /Depot.

Prices are good. Customer service not so good.

Not much of a back to school selection. Maybe its to early. Also, the comodes in the womens bathroom look like swimming pools for gremlins. Nasty and need to be upgraded/replaced.

I use this store for all my printing needs, and they are usually quite prompt, although youre in trouble if you get in line behind someone with a complicated order, youll be waiting a while. Printing department rarely has more then one attendant.

Terrible! Do they have any intention of restocking, or are they just trying to clear their shelves? Staff is horrible...they are unknowledgeable, rude, lack an incredible amount of energy, and may actually be lacking a pulse. They avoid you like the plague, and when you ask where something is, or if they carry it, they essentially point you away from them, and direct you to see for yourself.

Staff was terribly RUDE. One worker yelling at another and talking down to her like a bully. So uncomfortable. I will never go to this store again.
