We had the pleasure of working with Peter Gourlie. Peter was polite and extremely informative in helping us to arrive at the correct mattress for our needs. And most importantly he was not pushy. He also knew about his products which was not what we experienced at other stores.We give Peter five stars (we would give higher if it was possible) and only purchased at this store because of him. Thank you Peter.However we were VERY disappointed with Steinhafles because two other places were offering $300 incentives - and one on the exact same bed and foundation that we purchased. The incentive was a $300 Visa gift card.Steinhafels was not willing to increase their incentive. This is very chintzy on their part as the $300 would have been only nine and one half percent off of the total purchase. We have purchased from Steinhafels for over 30 years and they seem to be more and more inflexible on their incentives. Steinhafels gets a two star rating.

It was a great experience. We werent pushed into buying anything or followed around by a salesman. Peter answered all of our questions and we even left and came back before purchasing and never once felt pressured.

Salesperson did not explain prior to purchase:A) 15% Return/Reselection/Cancellation FeesB) $149.00 Fee associated with the 120/night mattress guarantee Return/Reselection.C) Possible “handling fee” for Cancelation/Rescheduling.In my opinion this practice is highly unethical. I expected more from the Steinhafel family and I’m greatly disappointed.

Timothy was very helpful he was working alone yet provided me an my adopted mom with help as quickly as possible and answered all of our questions with the best answers we were very happy and satisfied with the service

Was there on 4/24/21 and wouldnt ever go back. The guy that was working was arraogant, rude, etc.....Felt also like he wanted to go back and sit at his desk and that we were bothering him. Steinhafels, I would look into who you had working on this day. He isnt helping sell your products. My daughter warned me before going there because she had a bad experience also. I descriped the guy and it was the same one.

The furniture looks good the prices are irreasonable however the quality and everything Ive bought is substandard

Peter is the reason why a consumer should avoid those mattress stores that have no sales personnel. he was knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. I cannot wait to try out our new mattress and pillows!!

Good selection, however the sales man that helped me was nice till I was surprised by the cost of one of the mattresses around $4k I had a thought process of a good mattress to be around 2 to 3k. At that moment, the mood changed. It felt like i was waisting this guys time. I was then showed a tiny bed in the corner. Absolutely insulting!I dont buy mattresses for a living and do not know how much a good mattress cost. My surprise was not that I cant afford it, far from it. It was more on the lines of wow I was way off on costs. ( First place I started looking other then the internet). There is to many places to buy a mattress to be treated like a cheap sale, and rushed out. When I left, I reached out to shake his hand, he winced and left me hang there for a couple long moments and begrudgingly shook my hand. Very strange and degrading experience. I would not recommend.

They had exactly what was advertised on the website and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable. We ended up upgrading our initial purchase plan after discussing financing with him. It was so easy and we cant wait to sleep on the new purple mattress we bought.

Just purchased a Harmony Plush Queen size mattress at Steinhafels Furniture in Grafton. The salesperson, Peter, was very patience with my family and I as we took three visits to decide on our purchase. Besides being very patience with us, Peter was very knowledgeable!

Everyone we dealt with were helpful, informative, and made the process easy. Almost everything in our house came from Steinhafels and we’re going to keep it that way. Very positive experience and they even had it delivered quickly!I think a determining factor in the value of an organization is how they not only handle a sale, but how they handle problems. We had a warranty claim with the old mattress and the whole claim process was easy, they were helpful and of course the replacement was easy.Highly recommend!

We love steinhafels! I had picked out a mattress online. I went to the store to try it out before it got delivered and found it was awful. The manager help me pick out a new mattress in my price range, got me free boxspring and free pillows. And free delivery! I am so happy and love their mattresses. Their staff is amazingly helpful and I am super excited for our new mattress!

First time visiting a Steinhafels store for both my wife and myself. We drove over specifically from Sheboygan a 50 mile trip one way. I had seen A Presidents Sale add on TV and it mentioned Sterns & Foster Beds. Which is what we wanted to look at. Selection in Sheboygan was very limited.We were met by a friendly and courteous individual, He was extremely knowledgeable about each style of bed and explained attributes very well. Also after talking with us, seemed to understand exactly what our idea of a great bed would be. He explained he had been in the mattress business for a long time. After the drive back to Sheboygan and a chance to talk about, we decided we would purchase the two twin long mattresses. My wife called the store back and told the salesman we would be buying the mattresses. That is when I learn our salesman was Thomas Steinhafel. Thank you for your time and patience with us. A lot of help with deciding which mattress to choose. Im very unhappy that my old mattress is not being taken away. And, just found out the mattress is being delivered to my old house tomorrow despite my updating the address when I purchased it.

AWFUL customer service. Was asked what size I was looking for, and When I had responded, the man gave me a rude remark with an eye roll. He just had an overall bad attitude. Wanted to leave immediately! I didnt catch his name, but I will certainly not EVER go there again. Only gave it 1 star so everyone could read my comment! If I could, I would rate this store, a -5. Dont go here

Horrible customer experience. Salesperson was very arrogant and inconsiderate.

Wasn’t overly impressed. Delivery guys were the best part of the experience. Platinum Mattress ( not cheap)was a pillow top and hard as a rock. Sent it back with no issues, except having to buy &120.00 mattress cover and restock fee of 149.00. WGR mattress cover and restock way cheaper. We went to Verlo! Awesome product and service! WGR has the same trial allowed, in fact it is 124 days. I will say staff was nice to deal with.
