This store has provided the best service that I have ever had inside a phone retailer. The staff was patient and answers all of my questions and has the best management I have seen. Not only was very helpful assisting me but also helping his staff. I amNew to the ATT service so I can not comment on that. So far it seems great but I can and would like to say how wonderful the crew is at this location!!

The worst customer service if I wanted to be served with attitude I would call Comcast.

Victory was helpful and got us a new phone but at first she was complaining that she was not gonna get done with work on time and complaining that she might have to stay late. At first she didn’t want to help us since it was 1 hour and 20 mins before close. That’s retail for you and part of your job. If you stay late helping a customer and your job is so worried about you doing overtime then they can cut your hours the next day but it’s not right to try to turn down people just because your company (connect wireless) is worried about paying overtime

My husband and I had the best experience at this location. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It just made my day coming in the store .We came in just to look and we come out with two new phone and a few other little things . Keep up the good work 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a new phone last Friday (2/19/21} at this store in Grand Forks, ND... it was a terrible experience as I went in there with the intent to buy a new phone that would be ready to go with all the pictures, downloads, and apps from my old phone transferred onto the new phone by the representative that was selling me the phone. I was sent home with the pictures transferred but that’s it. I was told I had to do the rest myself.. Now that’s fine for most computer savvy folks... I’m not one of them... that’s why I went into the store to purchase the phone in the first place so they could do it correctly for me. Not only was the person having trouble getting my information transferred but there were 3 other reps just sitting at a table nearby visiting how bored they were.. why didn’t they help the person working with me so all my information could be transferred? I’m really thinking about taking this phone back and also my business if service is so. Poor. Please help me with problem. Thanks.

I have Verizon as my cell phone carrier and I only wish the staff at Verizon were as patient and accommodating at AT&T staff. Wow!!

Dont waste your time if youre looking for a phone, which youd think is the purpose of a phone store.I literally got the same exact product 6x less at walmart, and these dudes simply didnt want to work with me. No we dont have 3 of the 5 phones youre allowed to add to your monthly plan in stock, if you dont want to pay our astronomical costs I suggest trying Amazon.Theyre right, skip this place.

Absolutely no knowledge of what shes doing... Spending 3,000.00 dollars on 2 new I phones 12 pro Maxs and 2 6 watches and not getting anything you ordered let alone getting the cheaper versions being sent to me. Every item also has a 30 dollar restock fee because she thought she was on her own personal shopping spree. No stars.......

We have been with att for many years. We got new phones last April and they said if we went auto pay and paperless it would save $20.00 a month and we got cheaper phones so that would save another $20.00 dollars a month . It took a while for that to go through with calling the company. Now last month it went up again. Will have to go to Verizon when contract is up.

Vicky was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and even saved us money! I appreciated her multi tasking abilities and she was able to answer every question. Highly recommend AT&T with Vicky!

Great experience! The people there were friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. We worked with Tryg (store manager) and he and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had every question answered and had everything we needed.A+ would highly recommend.

Staff was helpful but were unable to help get me a replacement phone today under warranty. I have to wait til Monday. Doesnt make sense why I wasnt able to get a new phone they had in stick.

Second time in that store, same person waited on us, second time I felt so frustrated and upset. I almost cancelled our service with them. If it wasnt for our son being in the military and we need good reception for the times we can talk, I would have cancelled. The man suggested I call when I got home. I was on the phone for two hours, with no results.

Went back twice too get issue resolved first time no one acknowledge me or advised me they would be with me shortly. Left cameback later spoke with store manager Tyg and he was great at resolved my issues and answered all my questions in a timely manner and with a smile on his face

Im from Canada and they gave me an awesome at&t plan.

Everything is pricy. Guys only focus customer on old or returning customers, hardly give our details, and expect you to make a quick decision.

Sometimes there is a wait here but not usually. Over the guys here are great.

I went this store to activate my phone and they told me if u have ur own phone u dont have to be in contract so i do the same and i bought unlock iphone and activated with them and after a year i canclled my account and after that atnt send me 263 dollers saying that am in contract .i bought my own phone how am in contract i told them about all this but they did not do nothing . So i kindly suggest all the friends think before u go there
