Came here since it looked empty and it was the closest location. Will stay with them as long as I live in Granf Forks.My wifes phone was having issues and Josh Sapa, Manager fixed it right away. Granted it only took a soft reset. Wed thought about how to improve our cell situation and plan since we were 4 months past our 2 years contract expiration.Josh talked us through multiple options. He gave us the breakdown for pricing on each. In the end, we were able to increase our shared data significantly, add a third child, and upgrade with and new iPhone 6s, walking out of the store for just over $200 with our monthly bill being a little bit less than it has been.I cant promise it will happen to you, but give it a try.

The sales man told me he gave me free activation for a tablet I purchased. Well I just received the bill and he was sure to charge it on there!!! He was a manager named Josh Sapa. Sad for customer service but seems to be a common Verizon wireless lie.
