I have never really liked going into a store to purchase a phone. I have always just ordered them online. I decided to give BeMobile a try because I wanted the one-on-one customer service. Well, I am so glad I did because I received THE BEST customer service I have in a long time. Marcel was great and so patient with me and ALL of his customers. Great job! I will definitely be back!!! Helped Me figure something out to take Care of the Problem I was having & Set Me Up with New Products. Gave Me Great Advice & Helped Me so I dont Encounter the same Issues I have been having with a Different Service. The Other Service was Cheaper but I would Rather Pay More to be Protected More than the Other Service could Even Offer. I had two experiences of dealing with this branch and both were horrible!Once went to get the buy one free one phone for a new line which we wanted to add it into the family plan. They DID NOT TELL US to upgrade the service and sold the phone. When the bill came, they asked us to pay much more than our deal (full payment for both phones!).The second time was last week when we went there to buy a new iPhone. I asked the seller this time to make sure about the promotion details... Shall I upgrade the line or any other terms that come with this promo? Then she said you are all set. I did not worry this time as apple had the same deal on that day!!!!! Now, the phone is here and they saying no the seller made mistake but we cant do anything for you and you should pay more! The apple promotion is gone and they dont want to do anything again.When you close a deal with customers stand on your word!Also, you have to wait forever to see the representative!I will meet the manager tomorrow and update this review.Update:The manager couldnt care less about it and said this is what it is.Now the bill came and they added a protection plan for me... I TOLD THEM NOT TO ADD IT AND THEY DID THE OPPOSITE!!!!

Marcel was very personable and explained things so I could understand them. I tend to get lost sometimes in the terminology. He visited with me while my data was transferring to the new phone. He brought me tissues when I had the sniffles. All in all a great experience, very laid back and pleasant :) Youll do well, Marcel!

We visited the store to have our cracked screen protector replaced through the gadget guard program. Our representative immediately took off the damaged screen before we could explain we purchased the gadget guard there. Then he said sorry you will have to order that separately and I guess you are without a screen protector for the next week. We are going camping and that’s not an option. We purchased a new one and could have left the old one on if the sales rep would have been more professional.Terrible experience!!I have been buying my cell phones here for over 20 years and this is how they treat a loyal customer for life. I will be looking for a new store!!

Incredibly frustrating experience!The Verizon store had a pathetic inventory of phones and did not have the type, size, or color of either iPhone that I was hoping to purchase that day. I came into the store to get a replacement phone for my old iPhone. I also needed a replacement for my wifes iPhone. I was hoping to spend $3,000 on two new phones, cases, and screen protectors and had a reasonable expectation to be able to purchase an iPhone from a company whose sole purpose is to sell phones. I was annoyed, at best, to see an embarrassing lack of inventory and a complete lack of responsibility by any of the associates working. No one seemed to care that they were unable to accommodate our simple request to purchase two phones. It was almost as if they were so accustomed to not meeting peoples expectations that it was the normal process for them.I was told that they could order my desired iPhone for me. Frankly, if I wanted to order a phone and wait five days for it to come, I would have ordered the phone directly from Apple. As a brick and mortar retail company, in todays world, the only advantage you have is to provide a customer with what they desire immediately. If you cannot provide the expertise, great customer service, or product for less cost, or quicker, then you will end up like every other brick and mortar retail chain.I also did not appreciate the deceptive pricing strategy for purchasing an iPhone through your Verizon store. The associate said that they provide a $100 discount when I purchased the phone with Verizon, but that discount would require that I not terminate my service plan with Verizon within a year, even if I completely paid for my phone upfront. When I asked the customer service representative what the price was for the iPhone through Verizon, with the $100 discount provided, it was the exact same retail cost of the iPhone if purchased directly through Apple, WITHOUT THE YEAR COMMITMENT. Im not sure why Verizon feels that its necessary to add $100 to the cost of an already expensive phone, only to falsely advertise that a customer gets some sort of discount, when all youre really doing is attaching strings to the deal.Our representative seemed to care more about trying to talk me out of the phones that I requested and into a phone that he liked better. He showed a clear bias towards Android devices and wanted to tell me all the reasons that I should not get an iPhone. If he spent half of that energy in accommodating my request for the specific phones that I needed it might have been a better experience.I literally cringe when thinking about having to enter this Verizon store. It is the reason it has been three years since I got a new phone and the reason my wife has waited five years.It always takes an hour and a half to simply purchase a phone and I consistently seem to leave the store frustrated and disappointed in the customer service, the prices, and the plans.

Not a good experience. Was hoping to get good customer service instead I got a bunch of sleazy salesmen misleading and lying about everything. I wanted 3 lines and was told to expect $160/month. First bill was $463! I went in for an explanation and was told I didn’t read the fine print. Now I’ve already spent 5 hours trying to fix this mess and I’m still on hold. Don’t waist your time. Order online or go somewhere else.

I was having multiple issues with my phone and accessing Asurion in order to use my insurance for a new phone. The associate who helped me, dont remember the name, had great customer service. They helped me through the whole process and made sure when I left, I had everything taken care of and good to go. Their help was greatly appreciated. My first visit went well, but it took a very long time to be able to purchase my phone. The employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. My second time was not as good. A different employee was there and I told him exactly what I wanted. He tried to push other phones onto me despite me saying I was not interested. He was not very knowledgeable about most of the phones besides the Samsung and Apple flagships.

Efficient and knowledgeable service. I received a thank you card a week after my purchase.I have experience working in wireless retail sales. The associate who assisted me did a great job. He asked me a few questions... what I do for work, how I use my phone, and what I liked about my current device. Then, he recommended that I get a device to fit my needs, but also had a great promotional offer. In my opinion, thats an expert. They also have great deals on tablets, Bluetooth speakers, and other accessories. Even if youre not due for an upgrade, I would check them out and get to know a representative down there. They take the time to get to know you and work for you, rather working towards a sale.
