The Rotisserie Chicken is the best, so much favor and moist. Never getting it anywhere else.

Terrible customer service and plenty of fake 5 star reviews. HUGOs doesnt deserve to be open.

Employ says its mask mandate in check out line another employee come up says have to cover your nose. Employee didnt have nose cover. Were in check out line she said cover nose or we cant help you. Fk your store give me my money left it all there horrible store..

I have shopped here my entire life Im 28 I may raise a family here and I will never again shop at any hugos and will encourage the same.....one word......aggresive.....on many levels. I loved that it was local I hate that they lost respect and future business

We left a wallet at one of their stores. It was at customer service when we called. I read through many of these reviews and many people said they were too expensive. Hugos employs hundreds of local people. They support our community through countless charities and events. Hugos has been a cornerstone of our business community for decades. While we love to bemoan the loss of brick and mortar stores in our malls and on our main streets, we still find it easy to complain about what we still have. Think of the number of competitive grocers that have come and gone. If Hugos was not competitive, those other stores might have stuck around. Time to get off my soapbox. It was built to hold 200 pounds and Im stressing it out.

Do Not like old weak people in charge.

Expensive and the meat dept. is horrible. Especially the very expensive ground beef.

It’s unclear why people would want to pay double the price for many/most items by shopping here. Sales are basically normal prices in stores like T@rget. You’d think a huge company like Hugo’s could help their community by not robbing them blind. Yet..... people shop here and pay the exorbitant prices.

Usually pretty quick in and out. Staff are friendly. Prices are a bit high for some things other things are prove just right. Usually Hugos has great deals every week

I purchased from express line. Today there was deals on some items and I have bought most of the items that was on sale. This lady charged me what was written on product and didn’t give me the sale value. I saw it after getting home. And employees seemed to not care about customer.

No longer using Hugos. We try to shop local....but. We both teach and are almost always carrying backpacks with computers and grade books etc. I also keep my wallet there, sitting on it is bad for the back. When accosted to surrender my backpack...not going to with 2 computers in it that I dont want to freeze in the car they are more than rude. When I question it I get the responce that people with backpacks steal from them. Well they can bet I will tell my colleagues and students at the university not to shop there. And I will spend the evening putting this on every review site I can.And anyway...women dont surrender their purses which are as big as small backpacks...done with them at Hugos. .

They FINALLY quit moving items around. Aisles are really wide items are reachable. If you want to know anything about a meat product they dont know. Use Google.

I love the produce in the location on 32nd Ave. The bakery is fantastic too. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Hugos is always clean and well lit. The produce and bakery sections are very nice. Pricing is generally close to walmart, but the experience is far nicer. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the store still has thathometown feel.

Loved this place. Had self serve salad bar with soups. Self serve nuts and cadies.

I have always loved the fact that they will get you exactly what you want if its at all possible.

Has anything you need for cooking. And I even has a deli! Whats not to love! Would recommend.

The staff is always welcoming. Out of all of the Hugos in town, in my experience, this one gets the most interesting customers.

I went in at about 10:45 online it says it should be open until 12 am. The doors opened so I went in and I got yelled at by a man to the point where he made me cry

Looked a bit run down and creepy even during day light. As long as Im with someone I will go again but not sure abiut going by myself. They did have jarritos (mexican pop/soda) there though which not many places carry. They also carry stamps which was great. Not very many people there also.

Honestly I really like Hugos. They have good donuts, Caribou Coffee, and its a nice clean store.

Id honestly give this zero stars if I could. Their produce section is a mess. I literally could only find organic produce because they either didnt have regular shelves stocked and when I asked someone to check for product in the back their response was that there were too many carts of produce in the back to sort through to try and find anything. Also visited the deli counter and was about to purchase some dressing off the shelf only to find that it was expired by nearly a month. I figured Id let a staff member know as Im sure theyd want the expired product off the shelf and she literally just kind of stared at me, removed 2 of the like 10 expired bottles that were in the front and went about her business. Such poor customer service and terribly organized store.

Hugos always has a good selection of fresh vegetables. There is a good organic section and prices are very reasonable.

Very unpleasant experience being african american. They follow u throughout the store and watch u like a hawk. Cubs in the twin cities does not do that.
