Ive brought my PC here twice for repair now. Both times were nothing but excellent. Super friendly service, fair prices and above all fixes the issue in a timely manner. I can not say enough good things about them!

The worst experience, they do not stand by their services, no accountability, they don’t make customers aware of warranties before a large purchase. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. The least of my worries is picking up my broken computer and it is next to impossible to get any honest communication with you about times when you will actually be there. That is one of my warnings to perspective clients, is that there is hardly anyone available and it is extremely inconvenient to try to drop things off or pick things up. Its all on your terms. Just a fact. However, my biggest problem is you not standing by a brand new Mac Book screen that that only worked for several weeks. We were in a pandemic and we were on a government lock down. My family and I are high risk and we chose to to stay home until we were told it was safe. That is why I called you when the order was lifted, I was never told that the new screen even had a limited warranty, I sadly, expected more from you and thought that there would be no question and that I would receive some kind of restitution on such a horrible and costly repair. Especially, because it was so close to the the 3 months and we were in the middle of a global pandemic where people were told to only leave the house if absolutely necessary!!! So, I am being punished for following government orders. If you had such strict warranty issues, you should have made me aware before I agreed to buy a $700 screen. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I feel its only fair people know that you only care about your own needs. It is just so hard for me to believe that whoever you purchased the screen from wouldnt have extended the warranty by a few weeks because of the pandemic, I feel you didnt try. You got your money and thats all that matters and now you have my brand new charger. Maybe, since you are at home so much you would have had time to mail it to me or drop it off.

I have been working with Precision PC now for over five years for my companies computer needs. They build computers to my specs, offer suggestions for updates as the tech changes, and deliver on time and within budget. Precision PC has built 20+ computers for me, and I have zero complaints.

Went in just looking for a case for my custom P.C. They got me a great case in my price range, and were polite and expedient. I asked a simple question about a MAC which I am not too familiar with and they walked me through the basics taught me how navigate the controls and answered all my questions. It is really nice to talk to someone who is knows enough about their work that they dont have to look up every technical question I asked...they knew the answers. Not to mention the customer service was great...low pressure, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend, I will not take my computer anywhere else!

We have had 3 IT providers in the past year and we had just about given up on the thought of working IT and the proper level of support at a price we could afford. We originally went with larger IT companies thinking that we needed access to a team. Lots of promises made, not very good results including incompatibility of their own recommendations, exorbitant bills and every time we contacted support, we would have additional problems. We were weary. frustrated and struggling with how to move our company forward.Then, we contacted Precision PC. We asked for a review and recommendations and just a truthful answer of whether we were a good fit. For the first time in several years, we have working IT that all works seamlessly. They did what they said they would do. They communicate clearly what they need and what we needed to do. They provided us a bill with each work done that was fair. They make recommendations consistent with the size and complexity of our company. This is a small IT company that provides real results to their customers. No flashy cars or salesman. No big promises. Just great service providing our small company with what we need: working IT. And bonus: a price we can afford. We highly recommend Precision PC!

Awesome job fixing our computer and my in-laws computer. We actually had another company say they were unable to fix the laptop that we had and Precision fixed it. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful and fast service too.

Needed my ipad set up and iphone. the service was fast and Knew exactly what to do and was in and out in no time. Store was easy to find and was very pleasant. I was happy to be able to be in and out. I do not like to have to be without my computer for long . Was not pleased overall. Took my laptop in for a fix. Was not made aware of fee to just look at it until I got an email after I dropped it off. Not a huge deal. When I decided not to have it repaired due to cost and age of laptop, it would not turn on at all. Called and told them that, then was told figured it didnt matter Not a very professional response.

Super fast, super nice, computer repairs! They helped me get set up with a computer that meets my needs and are always available to help when I freak out over it (which is very rare because its great).
