Horrible service - no service without mask even with medical exemption. Apparently these stores only read part of the order. The taste of bad service will last much longer than a mask mandate. Local print shop more than happy to accommodate.

I’m now inclined to write a review after my experience tonight. Grand Haven, Not much different than my experience in Muskegon. What do people even do there???? 4 people behind the counter, and only one person at the register with 3 people in line. After waiting in line with my three children I finally get to the register to pick up my pre-paid Christmas cards and she wants me to get out of the line to go stand right next to her (at the same counter) to go ask one of the other three people who aren’t doing anything for my Christmas cards when the other three people can clearly hear me and see that I have been waiting there for sometime. I understand that I was standing 6 feet from the wrong spot of the same counter that I was supposed to be at, however I think it is pretty absurd someone can’t just say “I’ll be happy to get your Christmas cards for you. Thanks for choosing Staples”What is wrong with people?What made me even more frustrated tonight is the same thing happened to me about three weeks ago when I was in Muskegon Staples buying dry a race markers. Stood in line while only one person checked out a line of 6 people while no one else was being productive on site.Seriously Staples be real humans not robots.

I called in to have a 18x24 sign printed. I had a small graphic that would’ve been blurry to enlarge. Staples told me they could send it out to have their pro clean it up for a fee, but then refused to take a credit card over the phone. Said I had to drive all the way there to pay. I went on to vista print’s site and when I uploaded the graphic, it auto-cleaned it up instantly, and I placed the order instantly for 1/3 the price...

My husband went in to pick up his order and couldnt because you tried to force him to wear a mask. He has a lung condition and is unable to wear one. It is unconstitutional to force someone to wear a mask. It is not a law like people think it is, and is not written in our constitution. Its not our fault the governor is violating out 14th amendment. We will take our business elsewhere.

Heres a little secret: if you want to frame your own photos, Staples is an affordable, quality option. You can go to a frame store and pay tens and tens and tens of dollars, after printing your photos or developing them for even more, but at Staples their print service department does the work for you and it wont put you in the poor house.I usually print my 8 1/2 x 11 photos for as little as $5 and I can get them framed for less than $20. You cant beat that with a Stapler.

The printing team at this Staples has saved my life multiple times before - always helping me get the best product right on time.But Mark went above and beyond what I’d ever experienced in customer service before - he was amazing as we went back and forth for 3 days about some postcards I was sending with my boss to a conference. It was really important that these looked good and were on time, and I was having so many tech issues and design flaws on my part - and Mark followed up and worked like crazy to get these things to me before my boss left. It was amazing and I’m so grateful for the awesome service. Thanks Mark!

I dont recommend this store, its worth the drive to the Muskegon staples if you want to get stuff done on time. Was getting something laminated It wasnt a rush at the time so it took me about a week to get to the store. They called me twice during the week to let me know it was completed. Got there and it was not laminated. I was told that the paper was to thin. I also had another item that I brought with me that I needed laminated and they told me they were to busy and did not have time. There were no workers working on anything so they couldnt have been that busy. I didnt put up a fight I just left went to the muskegon staples, who were very nice. I had everything completed and out the door in 25min.

Horrible service if you want to deal with shipping via UPS. Worst in town!!!Its better to go to UPS Grand Haven, the staff there are 100 times friendlier & helpful.Copier machine is available for self serve, best wiring with machines then humans ;)

I have been to the Staples in Grand Haven a few times for some projects and they have always been very helpful. Every time I go I discover something else Staples is able to do to help me accomplish what I need to. Thanks Staples of Grand Haven!!!-Leah

On the smaller size for a Staples store. The staff is friendly but the prices recently have not been competitive for simply things like copy paper and the like. Walmart in town has better prices for that stuff in general.

What a TERRIBLE manager on duty this morning! I had a cart with about $75 worth of items for my business. I was headed to an out of town meeting and needed just 2 sheets of colored paper. The manager refused to allow the Copy Center to sell me the 2 sheets of paper, even if I had paid for them at the price of full color copies! So, although I have shopped at Staples for over 20 years, am a Rewards Member and was buying about 12 items in my cart, I couldnt buy 2 sheets of paper with a total value less than 5 cents. I will NEVER shop there again. What a bad business decision on that managers part. She needs to be schooled in improved business management and customer service. Theyve lost a life long customer over 5 cents.....

Be sure to check the actual stores hours by calling to see if the store is truly open. The posted store hours listed here starting at 8am are not accurate. The store currently opens at 9am.Call before you leave, save yourself the aggravation of getting there too early and having to either come back later, or wait for the store to open.
