I think its awesome that they have masks available for customers who dont have one. I received prompt service, the guy who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable. And was able to get me set up with a Wi-Fi router and out the door within 10 minutes. Set up was done flawlessly and worked by the time I got to the car. I would recommend

Im closest to its location I normally do not like it because the people were not very Helpful. But I went in today and the manager Logan was Incredibly helpful I will definitely go back to this location.

Left without being taken care of after standing for at least half an hr. Customer before me was buying a new phone & girl taking care of her was having problems with. Guess they didnt have another one in a box just like it. The girl looked like she was 16Service in general from Verizon is just terrible these days.

When we arrived both agents were helping someone with two people in line waiting. No one greeting at the door. Not once did either agent bother to apologize for the wait and two people even left. After waiting for nearly a half and a half the agent tells me so cant help me because my product was bought online. The most frustrating part of this is having to wait that long and hear the agent have a drawn out conversation with the people she was already helping that had nothing to do with purchasing or resolving a phone situation. I would say if you are a customers service rep you should be more aware of other people in your store. Some people travel 45mins away to get issues taking care of and losing almost an hour and half of time is absolutely crazy. This lady was unapologetic I would not recommend anyone to go to this store location ever!
