Got here super early for appointment (09:00 for a 15:00 appt) since I was ahead of schedule. Warehouse guy was super nice and had me loaded by noon. Its 14:00 and Im still waiting on paperwork. Apparently they office people feel no rush to get to it saying, he wasnt supposed to be here till 3 anyway. Will avoid next time.
