Pulled in at 4:02 PM they said they were closed they close at 4 and they wouldnt even help me they must not want their money too bad I will never use them again I drove an hour to pick up an order I made and 2 minutes past 4 they were too lazy to f lazy to help me out and get my money

Im a woodworker / remodeler. This place is amazing. So many species of top quality hardwood. Great selection of sheet goods. Need hardware for drawers and doors they have that too. I have purchased a lot and a little. So dont think you have to buy them out to get great service and fantastic pricing. Oh did I mention the friendly staff. Love this place. Not sure if they are open to the public, but like I said I love this place.

Everything was fine, I was given my order that was placed, BUT the only thing that really bugged me was, I walked into your customer entrance and leaned against the desk waiting for someone to help me for about five minutes! There was five people behind the desk, two on phones helping people, one actually taking to a client but a lady pointedly avoiding me and a man looking very intently at his computer. I waited... It took time for another woman to get off of her call, turn to me and acknowledge I was there. I couldnt believe the lack of customer service from the two obviously free people! I had to go back in my car to get my credit card, when I came inside again I heard the rude woman say, You should say something if you need help not just stand there... and then promptly shut up when she saw me inside.No, absolutely not lady! I am the customer and if youre available, you need to acknowledge me! Like the other lady who had been on the phone had! You obviously do not want to speak or deal with the public and went out of your way to avoid me!This is the kind of junk customer service that your front desk is demonstrating, Rugby! I was not happy at all. Very poor service, very disappointing

Im not surprised to read the disappointing reviews of this placeThe professionalism and customer service is slim and NILI got there this morning to order lumberand hardware as I do for my Employer just about every day.Thousands of dollars is spent there from us.Today tops horrible service that I receivedOne of there representatives named Katy apparently had hardware ready and never told me it was ready It was just sitting there and even their floor manager didnt even bother to see why Id been sitting there waiting for an Hour .These representatives for Rugby need to take a Customer Service class and have a top notch procedure when pulling hardware for their customers.When I asked him why that happened he said he was wondering why Id been waiting so long.I want to know what there procedure isAre they not supposed to li at you know that your supplies are readyOr are you just supposed to guess?My Emplyer needs to find another company to give his money to.The guys that load the lumber we order are probably the Only ones getting it right.I cant complain about their assistance.I guess there is no such thing as customer service anymore.Good Grief!👎👎👎
