It isnt hard to get a five star rating for an ice cream stand, and this place checks all the essentials. 1. Great service, smiles and offering help 2. Speedy orders 3. Giving you enough ice cream to go wow how am I going to eat this. The hot fudge and vanilla ice cream both taste great. Great presentation.

After trying 2 fast food places looking for ice cream, my wife and I landed on 44th street dog & dairy. The staff was super friendly and patient. There was a customer in front of us who kept changing their mind, causing some confusion, but the staff never lost their smile, or their upbeat attitude to serve. I was surprised to see the price of their cheeseburger was around $4, and it tasted really good! It also came with toppings, which is a bargain! Overall a good choice for food or ice cream.

Not the place for burgers 🤮 its like middle school cafeteria meat. ¢50 burger sold for $4. Good lord. ice cream hit the spot though. Id take the burger off the menu.

Their ice cream is by far the best Ive ever had. But the burgers are way over priced for the quality. Theyre the kind you get in a public school cafeteria. Not worth the $4.But the staff is great. The girl working the stand was 🔥🔥

Had a delicious banana split with all the fixings. Been YEARS since Ive had a banana slit. Of course it was vanilla/strawberry/chocolate hard/normal ice creme with strawberries, pineapple, banana halves on each side and nuts with one cherry. 🤤

My corn dog was great, but my cookie dough flurry was gross. The cookie dough was not in hard chunks, but was blended through out the ice cream.

I will now never go here again. When I arrived everyone was in the front talking and the man had to tell the girl to take my order. When she came to the window I said hello and was greeted with what do you want?. It seemed like the last thing she wanted to do in the world was take my order. I order just one ice cream cone to which I said thank you to the girl who handed me my ice cream with no response. There was a hole in my cone so ice cream was dripping already so, I asked for a napkin. The girl who took my order rudly slammed the screen in my face and says as she walks away that they are on the other side. There are to many other nice ice cream places for them to be so unpleasant. I will gladly take my business else where it just makes me sad because up until then I drove out of my way to come to this place.

Mom and I wanted to have a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. She has been talking about supporting local lately and must of drove by this place. I thought it was just icecream but they have good combos for a nice outdoor lunch. I had a surprisingly good chili dog and crinkle cut fries and mom had a cheeseburger and fries. Then we had dessert (they asked if we wanted it after lunch then made it when we told them we were done.) I had a small Rieces Pieces flurry and mom had a small turtle. They were huge haha, since we already ate we only finished about 3/4th of each. Nice stop!

Outstanding ice cream..

Had delicious ice cream with a local family run for years feel! It is in a kind of sketchy area so just be aware of that. The prices were amazing with even some higher end ice creams available. It had hudsonville ice cream (if youre from out of state it is an ice cream brand that most michiganders are familiar with) which was a huge plus for my family and I!

Super employees and a wonderful, caring owner. They have a huge yummy menu to choose from at very reasonable prices. They also give out a little dish of ice cream for your dog for free! The owner always remembers me and likes to come out and visit my dog and feed him his ice cream when possible. The employees remember me and have my dogs ice cream ready right away. Theyre so sweet. Theyre fast and have never messed up my order. I do wish they had frozen yogurt, though. But like the name implies, Dog n Dairy, so they use real ice cream, and its good!

One of the few places around here to get a fairly decent Coney dog . And a Polish sausage dog.

This ice cream and dogs place has such a good combination for treats and sweets for relaxing with friends or just a quick bite. Many interesting varieties of ice cream flavors. The staff was very polite. The atmosphere made you want to try all of their items offered and never leave.

I tried this place for the 1st time, Id go back.They have a nice selection of ice cream products and are pretty quick. The only negatives are a small hot food selection and I found the seats very uncomfortable for a big guy.Its easy access and family friendly.

Went here yesterday with my boyfriend and our dogs and they hooked us up! I got a small ice cream cone and there was nothing small about it. The banana split my boyfriend got was huge as well. Worth every penny and the dogs loved their ice cream as well.
