Always enjoy taking my family here. The line moves fast even when they are slammed. The orders are always accurate and the staff actually seem to enjoy being there. In these times that we are in right now that is absolutely noticed and appreciated!

Lets start by saying that you should try The Elvis sundae. When were in the general area, this is the ice cream shop that the kids and I prefer. Its a good value and weve never been disappointed.

If you enjoy waiting in line for 45 minutes or so, paying too much for what you get, and REALLY being treated poorly, then this is definitely the place for you. OH, and if they tell you to go find somewhere to park and they will bring you the rest of your order...DON’T do it!!! Stay right there at the window until you have everything....they are NOT going to ever show up with the rest of your order but rather just pocket the money...genius idea on their part, though...who is going to wait in line AGAIN to try to either get your order or your money back? 😂😂😂😂😂

Traditional ice cream stand with all the expected items on the menu. We came here on a summer evening and there were a steady stream of locals. Staff knew some of them by name. This looks like a longtime fixture of the neighborhood and represents a slice of Americana.

Have loved coming here as long as i can remember. Tables to sit at out front, drive thru. Good selection of ice cream, smoothies, slushies. They also have some hot dogs as well. Good time for making some family memories. Worth the wait in line when they are busy and a great way to cool down on a hot day.

I left a negative review of this place a few years ago, because the gal I met when I tried to go here got quite mouthy and condescending with me when I wanted to pay with a card. It kept me away for a couple years, but eventually I decided to go back. Once they caught up to the late 90s and started accepting debit cards, I found out they actually do have one of the best root ever floats in GR.

Great little Ice Cream shop....I have been going here for for years.. Super good and so glad they are still around. Sometimes soft serve have a weird taste but this one tastes great. (One tiny mistake, listen to the customers request. I ordered a m&m flurries and then a hot fudge twist sundae and for some reason, the girl made the flurry from twist ice cream as well so my husband wasnt too happy but he still ate it)

Wonderful place for a refreshing treat. They have lactose free Dole Whips and all kinds of ice cream, soft serve and traditional scoop ice cream. There are floats, sundaes, and a drive through window so you dont even have to leave your car.

Its ice cream - not much can go wrong on that respect, but this little gem of a place is more than just ice cream. Sweet Rewards is an icon and something we always look forward to to kick off the sunny season. The workers are kind and quick to serve; and they dont charge you extra for the occasional extra cup to put your cone in! Its a must stop for those craving or celebratory moments.

Go to place on the south side of Kent county. Ice cream is creamy and thick. So many other places have gone to cheaper soft serve Ice Cream they have not. Staff is quick and friendly even with the larger lines (it can be quite busy).

Quick and polite service. The food is standard fare. Prices are fair on the ice cream. There is parking in back, and covered tables for shad while you eat. Theres usually a line, but they serve people quickly so dont let that dissuade you. I love coming here on a hot summers day.

They have lots of tables and chairs and picnic tables to sit and enjoy your ice cream. I like that the prices already include tax. I dont care for the fact they dont have frozen yogurt. They have dole whip. Its horrible. Its like chalk and has an aftertaste. One day I asked for a shake without dairy. I got so sick!! If you use a credit card, you will be charged 49 cents extra. They usually stay open until 10:30 which I liked because some people get out of work or activities later. But now they close at 10 suddenly. I was to meet a friend there. I told him it was open until 10:30, because it was just a couple days prior. We got there just after they closed. Check Google daily for hours before you head there.

They run out of butterscotch flavor burst every year way before Summers even close to being over. If I was the owner I would be doing back stock orders seeings how that is one of the number one selling ice cream flavors at every shop just to make sure I have enough to make it through the summer

The ice cream, service, and overall enjoyment was great. But when I look in and see the employee cutting up food with their bare hands, it is appalling.

I watch my Grandson a couple times a week and I always take him for a walk in the cutlerville area. And of course we have to stop at sweet rewards for a small twist or flavor burst. He seems to like it. Girls are very friendly and they are fast.

Changed from a 4 star to a 2 star. The pricing is still decent, but the amount of ice cream and the amount of toppings has really decreased over the last two years. You used to get a great specialityy flurry that was filled all the way to the top and the amount of candy they stuffed into it was ridiculous. Now when you order a large, you get mostly ice cream and they leave it an inch below the top of the cup on the large. My wife and I have definitely starting coming less because of this. Well probably give it a another chace next year and if it still the same, well find a new place to go.
