Have gone to cone city since I was a child. Im a grandmother now. Last time was a few years ago and it was not as clean or nice as I remembered it. My sister and I decided to give it a try again. Was in much better condition from what it was a few years ago. Much cleaner, staff very polite, flurries where very good. The signage in windows looked more professionally put together so whom ever owns it now, or whom ever is in charge now is doing a spectacular job in raising the standards of this ice cream shop. Very impressed, will stop more often now. GOOD JOB!

Theyre flurries are to die for. . . My mom and I always get the almond Joy Florey but this summer they had an animal cracker flurry oh my gosh!!! Im going to miss them this winter.

Asked how long the wait would be ahead of time (there was 5 people in front of me) was told no more than 10 minutes then 20 minutes passed finally got our ice cream, one simple vanilla ice cream would take 5 minutes to come out I don’t understand🥲

I got a flurry from here and wasnt really impressed with the taste.

My husband had the Hudsonville banana split and it was HUGE! He was more than happy. Great selection and good prices. Well be back again for sure

They have an amazingly diverse and extensive flavored soft serve menu. My personal favorites are cheesecake, red velvet, and caramel apple. This past summer, they seemed to have run out of the cheesecake flavor about halfway through summer which was a major bummer. Hopefully next summer they order a bigger stock.

Best place for ice cream the lines was fast and had tow windows available to order really impressed on their service although my cheeseburger was cold it was still good I just hope next time they can make my cheeseburger not cold but still good food and the ice cream was the best, always coming back to Cone City for ice cream

The ice cream is good. They have soft serve and scoop ice cream, shakes etc... (only ice cream related products). There are flavors and toppings to please everyone. FYI: They do not serve regular food items.

Great place to go pick up some ice cream, warning that they are pretty busy in the evenings during the season. The shakes/malts are kind of overpriced in my opinion, but just because I cant personally justify spending a ton of money on a shake doesnt mean you cant. Workers are always pleasant, but can be slow at times. Also, its one of the fewplaces around town that still charge you if you use a credit/debit card.

The flavors of soft serve that they have didnt taste like anything. I tried a peanut butter flavor, it just tasted like vanilla.

Tastes good. But I dont understand why places put hot fudge in a flurry. It turns it into a shake.

Great softserve icecream, but their burgers a pretty strange. The color and texture of the meet are unlike any Ive ever seen, and the toppings are overpowering. Instead of sliced pickles they put chopped up dill pickles in thick chunks. It was a little too much

Your online information says you close at 10pm. I got there at 9:05 and at 9:11 I was told we couldnt be served because you close at 9pm. There was one other person that was in line with me and my son and they didnt get served either. Poor poor customer service! I dont think Ill be back!And to top it off, we walked a mile to go there and now walking a mile back empty handed!

Seasonal ice cream stand is the best in the area when it is open, usually late April through late September.

Service is super slow. They got my order wrong twice. How hard is it to put three scoops in a cup with no fudge? The ice cream was full of chunks of ice and the fudge was lackluster.
