I rented several units and when I asked that they all be put in one billing cycle, management did that for me. All of the alerts help with making payments as well.Staff was always very nice to talk with.

I was able to do no-contact when receiving my storage unit. When I arrived they key was already there and ready for me. Great customer service!

While the staff has always been friendly and helpful, I cant give this facility or company a better rating since they increased my monthly rate from $153 to $190 after 6 months. A jump of $37 per month!! I am/was expecting to rent my storage place for 2 1/2 years, and youve already increased my rates by 25% for no apparent reason. Supply and demand? Then increase the advertised rates for new customers, not your existing ones who are on autopay and give you no problems. This was also not made entirely clear (that they would be increasing rates basically every 6 months) when I originally signed up for my unit and told the rep I was planning on renting for a period between 2-3 years. When I called to complain about my rate increase, I was met with essentially, too bad, youll find these same higher rates everywhere.

T, the manager, is great! Friendly, helpful- made sure I understood all the details. The storage unit is clean, well-ventilated, and easy to use.

Parked my car, walked up to the door, dirt and trash everywhere. Walk inside and I see little cotton nests everywhere. Get to my unit and there is a half dead mouse next to my unit. This place is very gross. It obviously is never cleaned.

This place is very clean and safe. I went in one day and the lights didn’t come on until I was all the way to my unit making me a little uncomfortable. I related this to the office and the next day it was fixed! Very responsive service.

My first contact was with Corporate by phone. Honestly, this is usually the last place I want to be, but it was a real person...she was very helpful and the explicit service continued throughout the process. The rental process ended with personal service from the Manager on site. She was very busy multi-tasking, but managed to give us the personal service we needed. She was great.

Found a mouse in my storage unit, asked management what they could do to reduce the number of mice in the facility and no response after 2 days. This place was recommended to me, but I would not recommend to others.

Lisa is the pinnacle of customer service.. extremely helpful and especially friendly. I was pleased with the pricing and the cleanliness of the facility. She definitely deserves a raise for the level of professionalism she showed me. I will definitely be sharing my great experience

Ive been with this storage room for two years. Since cubesmart took over they have raised my monthly rent by $25 twice with only a month notice. The place is indoor but still extremely cold. Bathrooms inside are trash. I only come and go with my holiday decor and there is a radio playing 24/7 which is nice but not if its going to cost me an extra $50. Not like anyone other than employee are listening to it. Highly irritated!

I used this storage facility for about 8 months. It was really good and convenient with the Budget Truck rental on-site. You can drive a big truck right into the facility and load or unload your storage unit. I highly recommend. Staff is great too!

Tyler was very helpful. He had his hands full with me and another person wanting to look at a unit at the same time. He did great. We both got the units we wanted and he did it quickly.

The manager at this storage facility is amazing. Really goes above and beyond to help her customers! I had a relocation company move my things from another state to the storage facility and to make a long story short i had to open up 2 extra units just to fit my things. The relocation company made a horrible miss calculation in the amount of cubic feet needed to store my belongings adding an extra 245$/month on to what i was already paying. The manager gave me a discount on the 3rd unit i opened which really helped out!The units are also very clean and secure!

I highly recommend this team! They were fast, friendly and professional. I contacted them by phone while on the road, and by the time I arrived, my paperwork was ready to go. I also appreciated their site location and space recommendations. Very helpful!

The prices are too high while other places are renting out the same space with climate control with 24 hour access for 40-50 less. When trying to close account they want a full monthly payment when only there for 9 days. The manager Nia Depas is very rude when explaining things and locking doors so you cant come in while she changes the trash. She also tells people she will put a lock on your unit illegally so you cant get your things for wanting to move out your unit early. Bad service and prices. Will not recommend to anyone.

You have to give them a 10 day move out notice to get a refund.The price increased about 20.00 per month per year. They are rude when you call them. The facility isnt that clean, when we moved out we seen at least 2 mice...which we didnt have when we moved in. I have been with another local storage place for 3 years and have never had a price increase and the have a 20x30 for less than a 10x20 at simply storage/cube smart. With much kinder customer service along with a clean well maintained facility. I will forever more be an Everkept Storage customer!
