Just got my storage unit when I moved in it was very clean people are very friendly here easy access in and out no hassles seems like a great location I like it so far

The 28th st Extra Space location is clean, professional, and well managed. I had great service on the phone, signed up online, and my space was ready within an hour or two. When I arrived the manager Audrey was there to help and has since also been very helpful with payment and insurance issues. She does a great job and I highly recommend this location for storage needs.

The star rating reflects the price point, as well. This is an affordable option for all your storage needs. Tye staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend

Extra space storage has been a lifesaver.The storage lease manager is one of the best.Due to my complex situation Ive used a few units around the city and this is by far the best one.Theres 24-7 security and no pesky rodent problem to worry about.Its not overly priced and theres at least three different unit sizes to choose from.Andrey gives a motherly vibe which is amazing,some days I stop by just to say hi.I give Extra space storage a 5star rating but where is the 6star rating?

This place is amazing and Audrey She is absolutely AMAZING i love her! I went to a few other storage for quotes and got terrible service the people were just rude about it. I came here and and I met her and I said to myself wow she is really nice.Me and my brother have a space here. I’ve had my storage for two and a half years. I have never been late on a payment. Recently I over exceeded the grace period time and was given a reversal of my late payment to honor my good payment history. I appreciate Ms. Audrey and Mr. John for all there hard work. Not to mention my things have lasted in pretty good condition. Definitely a great storage facility for both service and quality.

The front desk woman wouldn’t stop pressuring me into opening up Google reviews and leaving 5 stars when I came in and filled out paperwork for the unit I briefly used for a month while moving. The storage unit was fine, but it was really weird that she wouldn’t stop asking me to open Google reviews and leave 5 stars before even using the unit.

Audry and Steve have been awesome. The units are large and clean. All sizes for whatever your need is. The pricing is fantastic!

Have had only good experiences here. I use a storage unit to hold products for my job, which are commonly delivered via FedEx when I am not at the unit. Audrey has always been extremely accommodating making sure my items are delivered appropriately. The employees are always courteous, and make the process of accessing and leaving the unit extremely easy. There are also security cameras set up on the premises to provide additional security for stored items.Would highly recommend!

I never expected a storage facility to be any more than “storage”, but they have taken this type of business to a new level through the courteous way they handle their operation. I received a promotion fro work that required a move, and VERY short notice I called Extra Space Storage hoping I could find a unit to store the entirety of my homes possessions. I had never used a storage unit before and was unaware of how much space I would need or what would work best. The staff took a verbal inventory of my items and recommended the perfect unit. They were flexible with me on when I could come in and sign the paperwork and answered all my questions when it came to procedure. My move was out of state and the staff completely eased my nerves and made me feel so comfortable that all my possessions were here. Wow! Absolutely the BEST customer service. Audrey and Mona were a delight to talk to over the phone. I met Steve in person on move-in day, and he showed me the ins and outs of the complex. He is also a patient and clear communicator. Everyone made the transition from my apartment to storage unit as smooth as possible. I trust them with my life if we were in an apocalyptic situation. The unit itself fit my belongings perfectly. (4x8 for one room of belongings) I love that pest control is included in my rent. I will stop here because the English language has no more adequate words of praise for my experience with Extra Space Storage.
