It was a very nice store they just did not have piano music.

I called Keyboard World to ask some questions about an electric keyboard I was interest in. They did not have the model I was calling about but Greg was so super helpful and kind. He shred his knowledge about different brands and was very nice about it! I called another place in Grand Rapids and they were rather short and frustrated as to why I would call. So Thank You Keyboard world!! I appreciate your zeal for your trade and I thank you for sharing your knowledge!

An excellent place to get all your questions answered! I recently purchased a Roland keyboard for our church, and I am most pleased with the quality and sound of the instrument. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for any kind of piano or keyboard.

Didnt catch her name but I went to return a piano with some issues and I was treated pretty disrespectfully, was told that there are a bunch of other keys on the piano so why am I worried about 3 or 4, then proceeding to play hard on the piano asking me why Im worried about it if other notes drown it out, Greg however, was great to me when I bought it

Katie is a gem of a person and demonstrates the epitome of true Customer Service! Doug helped to arrange connections when there was miscommunication about picking up our trade-in and Joanie worked hard to set things right after their business account was compromised by fraud causing their check to us to bounce. They immediately rectified the situation by issuing a check and reimbursing fees from our bank. Definitely a company with business standards, morals and ethics of old. Will refer and use again.
