I made a 3 1/2 hour drive to this location in need of desperate help for my feet. I was greeted and felt welcomed as we discussed my situation. I was given a pair of orthotics to try out in the store, so I wore them around for almost an hour to get a feel and finally purchased them with no pressure or obligation to buy. Today is a couple days shy of having them 2 weeks and so far a big improvement. I stand on a hard floor at work for 10-12 hours a day and it has helped alot so far. I still have some pains and swelling but at least I can walk without limping or being in tears from the pain. Im sure as time goes by, my feet will adjust more and more. I cant thank enough

Rob and Mark were great to work with, They know their stuff and worked very hard to get what I needed. However, my feet are size 10 1/2 and because they only had an 11 I was given the 11 with an insert to make it a 10 1/2. Not! The shoes are about 3/4 to 1 inch longer than the 10 1/2 that I purchased elsewhere. I was always tripping and catching my feet on things. I have only worn them about 15 to 20 times and just cant get comfortable with them. Anyone need a lightly used pair of Brooks Addiction Black at a real low price?

I buy a pair of shoes here every 3 years or so. Thats how long they last.

Anyone that thinks they can go in any store and magically have their pain gone is wrong. It didn’t happen overnight and it’s not going to be gone in a day. Very knowledgeable employees! I just purchased my third pair of the same type of tennis shoe. The first pair I wore to Israel and Jordan. The second pair went to France. Hopefully the third pair will accompany my feet to Italy. Most comfortable tennis shoes Ive owned in a long time.

I like being listened to and having things explained to me. I love that when I leave the store I always leave feeling better. Their shoes and products allow me to do so much more than I was able to do before. My orthopedic sold me otc orthotics that didnt help my foot pain at all. That doctor also referred me to foot solutions. I will never regret going and I will never regret the money Ive spent on my feet there. I bought inserts for my shoes from foot solutions over a year ago. Now, I can walk miles, garden, do housework, even hike, with little to no pain during or after. Most knowledgeable shoe store around. Doctor wanted to do injection in my heel spur and if that didnt work surgery. They explained what causes heel spurs. So now after low priced inserts in my shoes and a pair of Brooks Dyads and I can shop all day with no problem. No more heel spur!

Have purchased several pairs of shoes here as well as supports for good shoes I already had. Love the Brooks tennis shoes. The gal worked w/ me. Rob worked w/ me recently to fit a support in shoes purchased elsewhere but still a good shoe (cant wear cheap shoes so dont but them in the first place); however, he proceeded to tell me they wouldnt be good for much walking. While there, he tried to convince another customer a shoe 1/2 size bigger was best but she insisted the smaller one looked & felt better on her foot. She bought that one. Mark is always loud, condescending & actually mocked me about the shoe I had brought in. I should have walked out right then. Both have know it all attitudes. Each time (probably 8 times now) I tolerate them. Will never go there again. There are other stores in G.R. that sell Taos & Noat shoes. Mierras has pleasant & respectful sales people & I will be purchasing from them in the future.

I have high arches and had heel and arch pain in one foot. I tried lots of inserts but nothing helped. Mark looked at my current shoes and inserts, had me walk around the shop, took careful foot measurements, and then recommended inserts and sandals with arch support. He helped confirm that what I had was plantar fasciitis. Mark sold me only what I needed and gave me detailed instructions on how to adjust to the new inserts and what activities might irritate my foot. For the first few days the inserts felt weird on my injured foot but comfortable on my other foot. After 2 weeks my foot felt a lot better and I could no longer feel the insert, and after 2 months all the pain is gone and Im back to my old routine of 4+ miles each day. So happy I went!

Mark and Rob are both pros at helping the hurting! I have a left foot that hasn’t been right since LisFranc surgery in February of 2008. Initially, Rob put me in the Brooks Dyad, which I wore until they wore out. Recently, I spent about an hour with Mark, trying on the new Dyad 10 in black and some tooled oAlegria rockers. I have custom orthotics from my foot surgeon, but they didn’t address the protruding nuckle of my fourth toe, which pops as I walk barefoot on any hard floor, and has caused a thick callus on the bottom of my foot. Mark stuck a small pad on the bottom of my orthotic, and that did the trick! It took the pressure off of that nuckle, and my callus has greatly diminished! I love the Dyad 10’s so much that I have ordered them in the burgundy! Thanks, Mark and Rob, for being so knowledgeable and helpful!
