I know the thomas family for a long time. From Mrs Thomas being my school bus driver to auto parts and rentals of U-haul. To mechanic work on my vehicles. I always get honesty from them. They are all wonderful business people and always give quality help. I cant say enough about them! They are a wonderful family owned business.

I really wanted to like these guys because my brother in law recommended them, but their customer service is very poor. They apparently do good work if you dont need it done when its scheduled to be done. Just dont be in a hurry. Theyre happy to leave you standing in their shop for 20 minutes while they chew the fat about nothing with some good ole boy who must be retired. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when they were supposed to do some work on my rig on a Saturday wed had arranged for over a week. I dropped it off Friday night, handed the older guy the keys with instructions and he assured me all was well. Well, all was not well when I called at 3pm Saturday (their quitting time) and was told, O by the way we cant get to it tonight... Why couldnt they give the courtesy of a call *to me*, but I had to call them to find out they would not do the work because they were too busy? O well there are many other shops out there. I dont have to accept this kind of customer abuse. If you have several vehicles and all the time in the world, theyre probably OK. They replied recently that there had been a death in the family. If thats true Im sorry. But the excuse they gave me at the time was they had somebodys car in for an emergency repair that took a lot longer than they thought it would.

I needed to rent a U-haul and with so many places being shut down at this time, this simple task almost turned into a nightmare. However, this man went above and beyond what most people would have done. My day started a little later than I had planned but thanks to these good people, at least I was able to get done what I needed.

I went to pick up a trailer with some friend, they not only rent uhaul but also they do some mechanic work if you need your vehicle fixed. customer service was awesome. guy helped us throughout the whole process. everything went smooth. very nice, you help they help, get them business they work with you.

Experienced, communicative, and quality work. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here since I was a kid and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
