Very fast service needed battery charged.

Wont go any where else. Guy was new but he took the info for what I needed. And went and got it himself. Fast in and out with what I needed. Thank you to the guy who is there today Saturday . Running the shop. His employees are very helpful. Thank you all. Went to 2 other auto part stores they had workers who didnt seem to want to help. Just toss you a sku number to find your own items. At one, the worker literally plucked her eyelashes after she gave me some numbers. Great business operation Auto Zone really.

The staff here is a joke. I went in for a simple part, they didnt know how to look up what I wanted without a part number. The manager actually suggested I use duct tape instead. Since I apparently have to do their job for them, I looked up a part number online and the store manager told me he was sure it would be the correct one for what I needed even though I voiced concerns of it not being the correct size. I went out to the parking lot to attempt to replace the part and the bag with receipt blew away in the wind. I discovered that the part was wrong and went back in two minutes later to get a refund. The manager wouldnt help me because he was busy doing something and told me he couldnt be interrupted while the salesperson who had just checked me out seemed to instantly forget I had just been there, telling me I couldnt return the part ($7.99) because I didnt have the receipt. Finally the store manager agreed to return it but needed to know approximately what time, uh, like 5 minutes ago and what register, your guy literally just checked me out at the only register that was open, no one else was even in the store. Long story short, I get the refund and go right down the way to Advanced Auto Parts where they were able to look up the correct part within a minute. Two minutes later the part has been replaced and Im back on the road. Ill never shop at this Autozone again. A lot of trouble for what should have been a 5 minute endeavor.

I LOVE this Auto Zone. An employee just put new windshield wipers on for us IN POURING RAIN. One was stuck, and it was not easy. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken for me to do in the rain without tools. Previously, employees have also been exceptionally helpful. I keep returning to this location because of their amazing service. Thank you Auto Zone Grandview!!

Bad service. Multiple employees gathered outside focusing on personal project while I waited for service. After they finally decided to come inside and do their jobs: I had previously ordered a part online for pickup - got an email from autozone saying it was ready for pickup - they said in the store it wasn’t in stock, when I pushed back about it the employee went out to the sales floor and found the 1 they had left in stock. They never picked the order for online pickup, and just took it out of stock from the store in their system. These guys have no idea what their doing. I needed other parts this day as well, and drove to advance down the street to get them, I’m not spending another dollar in this store.

I had a bent tie rod and the manager was extremely helpful and lent me tools to get it drivable and upgraded my part at no charge. Thank you!!!

Extremely helpful. I ordered a fuel filter for my Volvo XC90 to pickup in the store. The part came on time and when I went to pick it up, upon checking out, the employee (may have been manager - he was sharp) went through the extra step of ensuring it was the correct filter for my truck. Overall very helpful, professional, fast, and pro-active. Definitely recommended! Keep up the great work guys!

My Ford battery died. Jumped the car and took it to them. Their Duralast battery is good value for money and they installed it as well. Very convenient shopping experience.

Always helpful at every location. Even with a online order or special orders, if you have a problem or need to return a core you can take it to any store with no hassle.

Went into the store looking for a rebuild kit for a carburetor. No joke, the store manager thought the carburetor was a master cylinder. How do you sell parts if you don’t know what parts are. Needless to say I found what I was looking for at another store. This is sad.

I was driving from Kansas to Texas and my car died. The woman who took care of me was amazing! She was very helpful, personable, and knew what she was doing. Literally, MAYBE ten minutes for the whole visit. She checked it with the diagnostic device and rang me up, paid, and installed so quickly! What I thought was going to be at least an hour delay on my trip back was SOOO fast. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! Thanks Auto Zone and thank you to the woman who helped (sorry i dont remember her name).

Went to return a product. Had to wait for the clerk to get off a personal call before I serviced. Acted kind of defensive to me for bring back something a month later that I never used. And was more focus on what am guessing was another coworker but I couldnt tell. I been coming to this autozone for 15 plus. Customers service definitely isnt the same. Am starting going to the 95th street autozone in overland park for now on

If I call or go in the store it doesn’t matter. Their customer service is above all others. It’s literally a night and day difference compared to advance auto in the same area.

Worst AutoZone I ever been to the GM is horrible very rude she didnt want to help me didnt even say welcome to AutoZone let me know if you need any help she refused me the restroom I have never been to an AutoZone that refused me the restroom Im a loyal customer here in kcmo and in arizona have been for at least 15 years so I think I deserve better service then that I received that day so so rude I didnt even feel like I was at AutoZone she was just mean to me even tho I kept trying to be friendly with her and she had the worst AutoZone attire I could have confused her for a customer her nails are so long she was having trouble scanning my items she gave me my change and didnt offer me a bag I will never go there again that visit was SO uncalled for so I give her a big fat zero thank you for reading

My first time at The Grandview location. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Bad customer service, not helpful at all. Went in to get a motorcycle battery tested. The person at the front didnt talk to me with the normal hi or anything. They then said my battery was too small to test, but eventually tested it and it passed. I then asked if they sold motorcycle parts and they looked at me like I was dumb and said no.
