Great service. Since wapato les scwab switched to tire center, I now drive from wapato to Grandview to see Matt and John. Trustworthy people who treat you right. As we all know auto maintenance can be a hassle at times and having people you can count on goes a long way. I recommend this branch to all. Have yet to meet other employees but are just as welcoming as the ones Im familiar with. Chevy suburban, ford focus, toyota t100....doesnt matter I trust all my vehicles will be treated properly.

I live in Prosser but choose to do all my appointments and work through the Les Schwab in Grandview. The staff is professional and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and always make me feel at ease after my car comes back from them.

My battery is leaking acid but they claim nothing is wrong with it. This place is a joke. Never doing business with these guys. Its always something. The service has gone way down. Never buy a battery from this company. Always something with these guys. Edit. Why didnt you tell me this when I was there? Bunch of time wasters you guys are. And the battery is not leaking from the terminals. You guys are a joke. Do not buy into this act that they care because they do not. Its all an act to make you guys look good when in fact it is clear that you guys just do not care.

These guys are great! I got stranded on the highway and they did everything they could to get me going as fast as possible. At a very fair price to boot!

Had my tire fixed there on hour ago and its flat now

Watch out for the employee that works the desk her name is Alexis. She has an annoyed attitude with all customers, will roll her eyes, and will act like what ever issue you have with your car is a big inconvenience for her. I would strongly recommend that Chris do an evaluation on her performance since her customer service is quite lacking. If I had to rate this store, I’d say it was “okay” about the service provided to my vehicle, but the customer service was very low. The manager did a good job on resolving the issue, but I’ve noticed that Alexis doesn’t quite understand the specializations required for a Les Schwab. If the issue is hiring bilingual people, I am more than happy to reach out to the owner and recommend some. Let’s keep Grandview to the standard we all know it to have people, proficient in both Spanish and English.

We were taking a very long road trip, and had our second flat of the day right before Grandview. Luckily, there was a Les Schwab in Grandview and we were able to make it there before the tire was completely flat. This was our second flat of the day (on a separate tire).Arturo G took great care of us and fixed the tire while we had lunch across the street. When I got back, he wouldnt let us pay to fix it! I was trying to pay but he refused. In dollar terms it was maybe a small gesture, but it made a huge impression and Ill be getting my tires from Les Schwab from now on :)

I dropped off a flat tire at 8 in the morning and I called all day to check on it and was told it still was not done at 3:30! Poor customer service! When I asked about the tire they blew me off and had to pick up my tire! Horrible experience! They didnt even apoligize! What a joke!

Fixed tire and it didnt cost me a thing.
